Miyoung was born at St. Mary's Hospital in London, England. She was the second daughter of the Nam family. Her brother Minhyun being four years older than her. 
Her family, owner of the prestigious Nova Group, which includes several companies, had lived in London for a while because the company Miyoung's father was CEO of was located there, sadly, Miyoung only got to live in London for two years, because her grandfather died of a heart attack. Being the eldest son, her father had to take care of the company so Miyoung's family moved to Korea. 

Since Miyoung's mother was korean born in England, she spoke english to her children most of the time, that's why both Miyoung and her brother became fluent in english quickly. 
While Minhyun was raised to become the CEO of the company, Miyoung was given lots of freedom all her life. She felt kinda sad though, because her relationship with her brother wasn't that good. They didn't see each other a lot so they didn't get along much. She admired her brother very much, but she always hoped he had more time to play or hang out with her.

Like stated before, Miyoung was not going to inherit the CEO role of the whole Group, but she was a major shareholder of the company, and was expected to later become the CEO of one of the companies that were part of Nova Group.She decided to go to the Fashion brand of the group called Luxquisite after she finishes college, so she's planning to study something related to fashion. 

Miyoung is not the stereotypical rich girl that wants everything, is whiny and noisy and a total pain in the ...Well, that's most of the time. She has her moments, but, don't we all?

Miyoung was mostly raised by her mother, since she was a housewife. She always thought her daughter to be kind to her employees and the staff that worked at the house, because without them, the house would be a total chaos.
Miyoung grew up without many friends because it was hard for her to make them, being the shy girl she was. She has always had a cheerful personality, so even if she didn't have friends to play with, she'll play by herself. 

Miyoung is one of the most forgetful and clumsy people you'll ever meet. Her parents always nag her because she's always late to the shareholder's meetings or family reunions. The thing is that Miyoung doesn't really pay much attention to her parents because she's always thinking of something else, and her parents hate that. 

Miyoung has one flaw that she hates about herself, but no matter what she does, cannot change: she's a coward. Be it watching a horror movie, or confronting people or problems, she just panics, she absolutely hates it. That's why she was bullied at school sometimes, because she wouldn't do anything to stop the bullies. 

Despite not being the most perfect person in the world, Miyoung is a hardworker. Whenever she's up to do something, she won't stop until it's done and she's happy with it; no matter how long it takes to finish it. 

Overall, Miyoung is a sweet and naive girl who can be a little clueless of her sorroundings, but when she does focus on something, she works hard to get it.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF HOW RIVAL ACTS WITH YOUR CHARACTER. Rian acts like a with Miyoung most of the time. She's a stuck up girl who thinks she's the best at singing and dancing and practically everything. She's always looking down on Miyoung, sometimes even saying that even thought Miyoung's rich, she dresses or looks like hobo. 
Miyoung has never really discovered why Rian hates her so much, but whenever she's near she just wants to hide under a rock or something, to prevent Rian from ruining her day.

MEETING. One day, Miyoung and a friend went shopping and while they were at Gucci, a girl with a bunch of fanboys passed by. "Accidentaly", the girl dropped some juice on the new bag Miyoung had just bought. She looked at it, then at the girl and then at her friend. The girl gave a fake apologize and continued walking with the bunch of fans. 

Miyoung and her friend just stood there, blank. Her friend was about to say something but Miyoung stopped him. 
They didn't really see the girl's face well, so they continued shopping, ignoring what had happened. 

When they were done shopping, they headed back to her friend's car, and when Miyoung threw the car keys to her friend, they missed him and they hit the same girl they had met before in the face. Her friend apologized quickly and they both got inside the car. 
When they were far from the girl's sight, they bursted into laughter, never knowing who that girl was.

PERSONALITY. There's no specific word to describe Mark, he's just...Special.  When you meet him at first, he's super quiet and awkward, he'll just talk to you if completely necesary, so don't expect much from him if you're not friends.

A bad thing about Mark, like mentioned before, would be that's he's too shy and quiet sometimes, so it's kind of hard to approach him at first.
Once he opens up though, it's a complete different story: He's a very goofy guy that loves skinship, loves to make people laugh and is a complete sweetheart.

When he likes a girl he tries to get her attention as much as possible, but not in a loud or scandalous way, but with little details here and there, so that she feels special and not just like any other girl. 

MEETING. Mark and Miyoung met accidentally when they bumped into each other while trying to get to their respective classrooms on time. Their stuff fell to the floor and both of them kept on mumbling "sorry" to each other. When they looked up, they smiled awkwardly at each other and both of them left in a hurry. 

Later that day, Miyoung noticed she had a book with the name "Mark Tuan" on it, obviously not belonging to her. She couldn't believe she just noticed until that moment, when the book was completely different from hers. 
When the class was over, she decided to look for the owner of the book. 
As cliché as it sounds, they met again while bumping into each other, but this time nothing fell to the floor. 
They exchanged their books quickly, mumbling "sorry" once again, along with some other stuff. 

Mark and Miyoung kept encountering each other on school from time to time and they'd greet each other, eventually finding out the other's name, but since they had different classes, because he was a idol, they didn't see each other much.
