Personality :
Haewon has a carefree and playful attitude which makes him fun to hang around with but he can be quite serious when it comes to training and singing, Haewon will work hard and practice the whole day if he needs to but will make sure to take care of his voice. Haewon is also to go out of his way to help his fellow trainees if they need help but will also ask them for help when he needs it. Haewon isn't all sunshine and rainbows though as he also gets very mad when people are ignorant or uncooperative, he'll yell and swear at them until he gets the message across to them. Growing up in Japan most of his life, Haewon tends to be a bit clueless and careless in situations due to the differences of culture in Japan and Korea.
Background :
Haewon was born and raised in Japan due to his father's work requiring him to live in Japan. He lived in Japan until the age of 17 after he completed two years of training under JYP in Japan, where he was then required to move to Korea to further his training. His father and mother mentally and financially supported Haewon while he trained in Korea, who also thought that being back in Korea would be good for him since he lived in Japan for most of his life. Haewon found it hard to adjust at first but after gaining a few friends and acquaintances along the way, he found it to be a fun and exciting time for him.

Mother - Cho Subin - 46 - Retired - Alive - Very sweet and motherly, and like Sungkyu, is also very supportive of Haewon's dream to be a singer. JB can be a little bit blunt sometimes but he makes up for that with being fully supportive of his group and his hoobaes. - Very Close - Haewon and JB met when Haewon started his training in Korea at the JYP headquarters and immediately hit it off with each other, and after a while became best friends. - Haewon and JB like to play a lot of sports together and exercise in their free time. They tend to prank each other a lot but also give each other words of support when they really need it.

Despite the 5 year , Haewon sincerely likes her and wishes he could tell her how he feels, even if she rejects him.

Hyoyeon and Haewon have only met each other once, and that was through a party of one of JYP's artists where a few of SM's artists where invited. They were both a little awkward at first but a few conversatiosn through the night they became friends.

Haewon has always admired and looked up to Ailee as his idol, plus he has a weak spot for pretty girls, so he's always finding himself getting distracted by her beauty when she's tutoring him. Other than that, you'd probably think that these two grew up together due to their closeness.
» How you met? :
Haewon and Ailee met through JB who had previously acted with Ailee in a drama, Dream High 2. Ailee and Haewon talked for a while before Ailee proposed to tutor Haewon in English which he accepted. Haewon and Ailee saw each other every week when Ailee had a free schedule to tutor him in English so they eventually grew closer.

Haewon started training at the age of 15 after successfully auditioning in JYP's Japan auditions. He trained in JYP's Japanese training headquarters before moving to South Korea to further his training. Haewon got along well with the other trainees and showed them perseverance through his hard work and dedication to his training.
Past Experience :
- Competed in 7 singing competitions before auditioning for JYP, gained three 1st places, one 2nd place and one 3rd place
