Raehwan is someone who is childish and playful like a maknae but can be serious and attentive when the situation demands for it. He likes to eat a lot and asks s for money but usually gets rejected so he then goes to asks the other groups of the company. He can make everyone smile with his jokes and playful nature, he brings a postive and happy image wherever he goes. Despite his playful nature, Raehwan is incredibly intelligent, he finished second in his class in the last year of his schooling, you can ask him anythign and he knows the answer to it.

Background:
Raehwan was born on June 29th, 1991 in Seoul to a middle class family. He grew up just on the outskirts of Seoul, next to the seaside where as a child he would often go with his father to fish. At the young age of 8, Raehwan found that he liked to dance and would often compete in local talent competitions, finishing in 1st and 2nd place the majority of the time. When he turned 11, his older sister would often take him to music programs so he could cheer on his idol, Shinhwa, where he was luck enough to get their signatures on a Shinhwa CD he bought. From seeing how much they enjoyed themselves on stage and how the fans enjoyed the music, he decided he wanted to become an idol. His parents were against it at first but seeing his dedication to dancing, they took him to dancing classes. At the age of 15, he auditioned for SM Entertainment but was rejected, so he practiced harder and started practicing his singing. A year later he auditioned for the Shinhwa Company and was accepted where he was a trainee for 2 years before being transferred to Elphant Entertainment under the advice of the CEO.
