since SNSD is my favorite girl group ever, and one of my favorite groups in general, I've been trying to get wifey to like them

so I did this blogpost for wifey

an introduction to the SNSD members

(and things about them you probably don't want to know)

so let's begin with Taeyeon

as you already know, she's the leader, has a voice to die for and is 2nd shortest in SNSD (also the 3rd shortest in ALL OF SM)

but she's also the biggest ert

in fact, she's earned the nickname ByunTaeng, when Byuntae in korean means ert

don't believe me?

no okay now, those are just macros

but I still seriously believe she's a ert

I mean look at some of the stuff she posts on instagram

honestly, I can say that she's my no.1 SNSD bias, but I'm actually not that sure why

she's just so perfect

she's famous for her eyesmile, but I really like her totoro smile  too

I SEE NO DIFFERENCE XD

fun fact: she LOVES pink

she's also really possesive (just like you wifey xDDDD)

BUT LOOK HOW CUTE SHE IS

and she's so pretty I WANNA PUNCH A WALL

and on top of it all, she's a great role model, known for her kindness and being hardworking

an example: “Tiffany cannot lead in dancing or anything but she knows her weakness well, and to improve…for example if we had to master some choreography in one hour, she would practice for another two more hours. So yeah, I was envious of her hard working spirit.” - Yuri

don't like SNSD yet? well then

so Yuri is my 3rd SNSD bias, and it's mainly because she's so damn funny

LOOK AT HER SCARED FACE

don't even ask me what she's doing here

she's not only funny, but also really hot (no homo, just saying)

without being super duper skinny or acting ty she manages to pull off the y look

so Yuri may not be one of the best singers in SNSD

she can't hit the highest and longest notes

but I still really like her voice

it's not so light and squaky but more husky

 

anyhow, now it's time for Sunny, right???

she's the shortest member in SNSD, in fact she's the shortest in all of SM

I think people already know that Sunny is the master of aegyo

if you don't like aegyo = you don't like sunny

her uncle is none other than Lee Soo Man, SM's founder

for that reason, a lot of people think she got accepted into the company without even trying hard

her voice is also pretty underrated, but she's actually a good singer

 

LMAO OKAY THAT MAY NOT HAVE BEEN THE BEST EXAMPLE

but you get me

also a lot of people didn't like her I got a boy hair

BUT I LOVED IT

IT'S SO GORGEOUS

anyways, now that the shortest member is cleared out of the way

here comes SOOYOUNG

Sooyoung is tallest in SNSD, and also very skinny

therefor, many people think DAMN GURL EAT MORE

but no

NO NO

THIS LADY IS IN FACT NICKNAMED SHIKSHIN, WHICH MEANS GOD OF FOOD

she's actually really funny too

look at the height difference between these two ahaha

actually, Sunny and Sooyoung are really good friends

okay so next member is also a shikshin

it's no other than

Yoona~

Yoona is known as the face of the group

and even though I think they're all equally beautiful I can still see why

she has that innocent look that koreans like

BUT DON'T BE DECIEVED

she's actually not that girly but a dork and prankster

she doesn't care if she looks like a fool, she just want to have fun

"she might be the prettiest girl in Korea, but she keeps destroying her own image." - Heechul

she's very good friends with Yuri

maybe it's because Yuri is a prankster too xDD

but also because she's considered the prettiest in SNSD, she has a lot of anti-fans and haters

they see her as "the deadweight" in SNSD, a girl without any talents and that only succeeded through her looks

but that's not true, since she's struggled a lot - she comes from a broken family; her mom abandoned them when she was little

anyways enough about sad stories

now it's time for Hyoyeon

she's not the best at singing

but she makes up for that with dancing

but I think you already know that so no need for me to spam

anyways, she's always had a lot of anti-fans

the only reason being that they think she's ugly

that's really, really stupid. I mean okay if you don't like the way she sings or dance, but her looks?

she's one of the least popular members in korea

but in europe she's really popular

 

they cheered on her more than the other members, yeeeahh~

IT WAS IN FRANCE. BE PROUD WIFEY.

anyhow I don't know what else to say about her. she doesn't take as much place as the other girls, but on the same time SNSD wouldn't be the same without her.

now onto

Jessica

okay so Jessica is also one of the members with a lot of haters

I think it's mostly because people think she's a , or really icy (she's even nicknamed ice princess)

I do have to admit that I thought Jessica looked really icy in the beggining too, but I think that's just how her face is naturally

but she's actually really funny too, but more in the failed sense

once she was going to throw the first pitch at a baseball game and-

yeah that didn't go so well.

she's also really good at drawing

fun fact: she hates cucumber with a passion (like you wifey xDDDD)

Seohyun

so she's the maknae

I don't know really what to say about her, since I don't really pay attention to her... but she has a great voice

I'd say she's the 2nd or 3rd best singer in SNSD
