um, hi? c:

so yesterday 4minute held their showecase/fanbash thingy here in stockholm, and of course I went! it was really awesome and I still can't really believe that it happened there were also a few downsides so I guess I want to make a little blogpost about what I liked the most, some negative parts and the day overall~

• surprisingly, waiting in line wasn't that awful at all. we sat in the stairs, in the beginning of the line and almost always in the shadows, so we didn't get burned by the sun. idk about other euopean countries but here in sweden there aren't that many kpop fans, so it was weird but fun seeing so many kpop fans in the same area ;u; there were 4nias, blackjacks, exotics, you name it... it was fun talking to people and especially when they were playing kpop songs on a high volume~~
   
• towards the end of the waiting, some girls had prepared a small flashmob in the center of the square, where they danced to 4minute songs and omg it was so nice ;w; really got me pumped up and ready for the showcase, and they were really good actually!!
   
• once inside, we were packed like ing sardines. not so fun, compared to the vixx showcase where we got to sit and there was S P A C E. being packed so close means that it's rEALLY ING HOT, and once the showcase started we all sweated like pigs. on top of that, while I could see the entire stage at the vixx showcase, I could barely see the 4minute members when the crowd was jumping up and down. I only got glimpses of them; the ones I saw the most was gayoon and jiyoon, but I also got to see hyuna do some y moves, ayyy~ they were all so pretty in real life, omg. esp hyuna and gayoon sob sob.
   
• but the negatives (not being able to see them + sweating like crazy) weren't that bad compared to how good the positives were. even though the showcase vixx had was better in terms of how they delivered it, I've been a fan of 4minute for so many years and know their songs by heart - this time I could sing along until my throat was raw, lol. it added to the fun; jumping and singing and akfjdkfgj FEEELS.
   
• when the crowd wasn't jumping, I did get so see the members more. gayoon and jihyun were really pretty ;; and hyuna too, omg. so gorgeous. jiyoon was really funny lmao, and sohyun was such a little cutie pie! they were reading questions given from the fans once, and at one point sohyun was like "I LOVE YOUUU" to a person in the crowd and giggled all cutely uwu she also said a lot of swedish phrases! like thank you very much, hi and hello etc. her pronounciation was super cute. and jiyoon was asked it she liked swedish boys, ahaha. and hyuna said that she had meatballs and cinnamon buns, and that they walked around in stockholm (she actually posted bunch of photos from stockholm the day before the showcase~~). and when the crowd said that their favorite 4minute song was volume up, they sang a little acapella, kekeke. and jihyun showed us her eyesmile and the whole crowd went wild xD
   
• after the showcase came almost the best part - the meet and greet. basically what we would get to do was to high five all of the girls and then take a photo with them. I was really nervous because omg high five?? hIGH f ivE? ??? SO CLOSE???? TOUCHING THEIR HANDS?????? anyway, we got to go in small groups of idk how many people, but I know that I had my friend with me. we entered the room and there was 4minute, greeting us all sweetly ;; after that I kinda disconnected? my friend was in front of me so she got to high five them first, and after she high fived hyuna (who was closest) I wasn't sure she already done it omg so I kinda hovered and hyuna held out her hand so I was like omg omg (hyperventilating on the inside) and high fived her ;u; she was so pretty omg. when I high fived the rest of them I just looked at their hands, intent on not embarrassing myself as well as trying to remember to smile. and then when we sat down to take a photo, the 4minute members stood behind us and I heard hyuna say something reALLY REALLY CLOSE TO ME. EXCUSE ME FOR A SECOND SDJFFKFJGKFGJHGKF. and when we stood up, idk really what happened but someone said thank you for the show I guess and 4minute waved and said thank you or something omg I really can't remember because I was a bit dazed but I just waved a little and exited. afterwards my friend said she'd looked at them and that gayoon was super pretty up close, all smiling ;; I said that hyuna's hand had been really tiny and pretty but my friend said it looked like mine, lol, I guess that's a good thing? haha.
   
• later when we were going home, we accidentally took the wrong train... we only discovered it when we had been riding it for a while and my friend was like nO JULIA WE'RE ON THE WRONG ONE KK and I was like whaaAAAT and some guy laughed at us xD (but he later wished us good luck so no harm done). I was really tired and later slept on the bus while listening to 4minute songs at a low volume uwu
   

in the end, I'd say I had a really great time. it that I couldn't see them so well when they were performing and that it was agonizingly hot (and my head hurt and I needed to pee... xD) but it was really fun and a once in a lifetime thing, I guess, since I'm pretty sure 4minute won't be returning to sweden.

the photos we took with 4minute will be uploaded on the even planner's official fb page I think, I really hope I don't look like a mess. now I'm just curious to see if any other kpop groups will come to sweden~♥
