If you’re a reader of mine, please read this!

I’m sorry to say this but there won’t be a sequel to Bad to the Bone. When you read this the foreword to the planned sequel will most likely be deleted.

I’ve decided to delete it because I’ve had a massive writer’s block for the last couple of months and the sequel is working as a great hinder for me to force myself to finish my other fics. I posted the foreword in belief of writing it rather quickly as I already had it outlined, the plot and even conversations and little details written down and at first the writing process went seamlessly but now I am stuck in the middle, and has been so for months.

I tried to force myself to write it but it just won’t turn out the way I want it or the way I think anyone would want it so I’ve decided to remove the foreword. I’m sorry for giving you false hopes and promises, but unfortunately this is all I can do ;;

however, since I’ve written half of it, there is still a possibility that I someday might upload it, whether it is as something half-finished jumbled together or an actual sequel… idk yet. as for now though, I am deleting the foreword.

now about my writer’s block; after I’ve gotten my mind off the sequel I’ll try to finally work on my ongoing chaptered fics. I don’t know why, but over the last months I’ve kind of fallen out of writing. could be because I’m just sick of my old writings, but it could also be because there are less and less authors out there writing jongkey, meaning that I have less to read which leaves me with little to no inspiration.

hopefully I can overcome this writer’s block and quickly finish my chaptered fics in peace or I’ll have to force myself to finish them, but as for now I am deleting the foreword of The Good in the Bad, aka BttB’s sequel. however, I want you to know that I won't be dropping any of my other fics.

Hi. This is my first time saying 'hi' to you and considering the fact that I've read all your fics without leaving a single comment makes me a terrible reader, I guess. For that I'm truly sorry.
Actually when I was finishing the last chapters I was usually too overwhelmed and all I could manage would be: "asfghnj omfg i luv ur writing it's so purrrfect jesus christ take my money and write some moar!!1!11!1!" Well, kind of. So I just didn't want to leave wrong impression. However, I think it's high time for me to say something + I feel like I kind of owe you that for reading those stories.
Firsty of all, I'd like to thank to all gods (if they exist) and magical powers (well those exist for sure, I mean, have you seen a rainbow) that made you a Jongkey shipper. It's so so good to have an amazing writer in your fandom. Aw yissss
Secondly, gurl, your writing style is just so... right. It makes me feel like I'm reading a book and believe me, if you'd write one in the future I'd be the first in line to buy it.
Your English is excellent. I'm Polish so I'm not the one to judge, really, but still. I love it. And wish mine was half as good :/
Now, even though my heart is bleeding to know how the story would end, it's good for you to take a break. If you didn't feel like finishing it, it's fine. Writing should give you pleasure not a burning feeling of unfinished work. I'm not a writer but I work with art and I guess it's quite close?
It's hard to start something with high hopes and then feeling less and less excited about it. Very frustrating to say the least.
Whether you'll continue your stories or not, I want you to know that with your work you've made someone's boring life a bit brighter, more than once.

Aww~ I'm so sorry to hear that. I know what it's like to have a massive writers block or even creativity block. I'm sad that you're not gonna make a sequel but I also understand why.

I totally agree on the JongKey decrease here on AFF. It's like everyone is way too obsessed with EXO and they don't even care about SuJu, GeeGee, FX, BigBang, etc anymore. I'll keep on writing JongKey cuz they be my OTP 4eva :P I can't even live without them anymore.

I think there is only one solution to this problem... we JongKey shippers need to stay strong and motivate each other to write super awesome JongKey stories that will leave the EXOtics in awe of our power.

Oh, I'm sorry you felt forced to finish it at all costs :( When you feel forced to write something at all costs, unfortunately writer's block are often bound to happen ;; I can also feel your pain about less authors dedicating their time to write jongkey...I suffer from the same thing ;; Anyway, I hope you'll feel inspired to finish your other stories and write more in the future (I think I already told you I love them to pieces and that you've become one of my favourite jongkey authors^^").
(oh...but I'm not saying this to pressure you, obviously ò.o Damn, I'm awkward at encouraging people OTL).

Oh... I feel you... I had the same problem once... Well, you should do what you think is right. Some might be disappointed, but that's not really your problem xP

Oh, and I totally get the lack of inspiration because of the lack of jongkey fics... I've been noticing it for a while now how there are less good jongkey fics or any jongkey fics at all... I kinda blame exo for that haha people have been running over to the exotic front. It's a bit sad... Well, that and some authors have just become inactive
