Personality :
Min-ah is strong-willed and determined yet shy and passive. She is a headstrong and independent young woman who is truly beautiful because she doesn't let her anger and sorrow get the better of her. She is kind to most and is in no way depicted as naive or childish. She is extremely mature and has shown that she can overcome her obstacles.
She has also been shown to have a slight sarcastic side of her to her step-family and Liam, the pet cat, but usually keeping such comments to herself. Min-ah has shown to be rather intelligent and clever especially thinking of how poorly raised she was after the absence of her mother. She is also resourceful. She has also shown that she is a very patient and calm young lady.

Family History :
Min-ah's mother died when she was just 5 years old, because of her mother's sickness. All was left was Min-ah's father and her, she's an only child. Just for few years after her mother's death, her father found a new mother for her, and that new mother, was not alone, she has two daughters with her. Min-ah thought that she will have a wonderful life with her new family, but all of it just turned into an imagination. The reality is, her stepmother wasn't as nice as she thought she would be, even her two stepsisters. When Min-ah's father is not around, they will make her their slave, they ordered her to clean the dishes, wash their clothes, make dishes for them and even wash their pet cat.
It was a horrible misery for Min-ah, but she was just doing it for her father's joy. Her stepmother told her to do it or else her stepmother will leave her father, and her father will be depressed again, Min-ah doesn't want that to happened, so she agreed to be their slave as long as they want.
