BACKGROUND:

Olivia Santos is the second child of Aurora Santos and Oliver Santos. She has an older sister named Andriana Santos and two younger brothers named Rayner Santos and Raiver Santos. They were all born in Milan, Italy except Raiver who was born after they moved to Quezon City, Philippines.

Back in the Philippines, Olivia took interest in rapping and even joined the Fliptop Battle League but sadly, she lost. Her classmates who were kpop fans at the time suggested that she try auditioning to be a kpop idol since she has the looks. Olivia took the advice and auditioned for Kpop Star Hunt, a competition among Asian viewers for a once in a lifetime opportunity of becoming a kpop idol. It held an audition in the Philippines and Olivia was chosen as a representative for the Philippines. Olivia's parents and siblings were very supportive of her and let her fly to Seoul alone.

Unfortunately, Olivia just came in second place. But on the bright side, she was then scouted by Big Hit Entertainment which took interest in her rapping skills and she is now training under them. She became friends with the trainees, especially Jimin Park, who then a year later became a member of the group BTS, who is now known worldwide as one of the top boy groups in Korea.

✩ Hello to everyone who is watching and to the producers as well. My name is Olivia Santos and I go by Liv. I am here in behalf of my company, Big Hit Entertainment. Please support me in Produce 101 Season 3. /smiles/

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN WITH your agency AND HOW WAS YOUR "TRAINEE LIFE"?:

✩ I have been a trainee in Big Hit since I was 16 years old, so 5 years. My trainee life was hard, it's a mix of ups and downs. I'm good at this, but I lack at that. Those kind of situations and I think that is why I still haven't debut yet. It was also hard because I'm not that fluent in the Korean language, which makes it hard for me to understand and talk to the other trainees. Thankfully, some of my fellow trainees were really nice and were willing to speak to me even if they don't seem to know more than ten english phrases.

Why did you decide to take part in "PRODUCE 101 SEASON 3 "? :

✩ My company told me it will be a challenge for me as well as a stepping stone. They told me that my debut depends on the results. If I pass, they will let me debut. If I dont, then I guess I have to find another company to train in.

THIS SEASON IS RUMORED TO HAVE MANY CONTESTANTS WHO ALREADY DEBUTED AND SOME OF THEM ARE ALSO QUITE FAMOUS . WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THEM ? :

✩ I'm okay with it. I think it's more unfair for them than it is for us. Since they have already debuted and to try your luck to get notice again takes a lot of pride and courage and I admire them for that. I just hope there won't be any comparison between the new and the old. That's all.

✩ I have confidence in myself. I'm just gonna stay true to myself and do my best, if that doesn't get me there then I guess it still not my time.

STRENGTH : Olivia takes pride when it comes to rapping. She has been rapping on the street with her friends for fun since elementary school. Besides this, she can do archery and beatbox. She became involved with the archery club in her high school and joined a lot of athletic competitions and is now a pro-archer.

WEAKNESS : Olivia can't multitask. She can't dance and sing at the same time. And as an addition, she is just average when it comes to singing. She can't hit high notes like the others do and her voice becomes shaky if she does try.

I've just briefly look at her and she is a very interesting character !
Her personality is very peculiar and his crush on Zico (who is one of the judges) is really adorable !
Moreover, she is very "big hit style" because she reminds me a bit a female version of Rap Monster (even if she is more beautiful ) xD .

I'm sure I will have fun writing about her ! xD
