"If noone is going to love you, it's time to start loving yourself". Soojin looks at her herself in the mirror and smiles to her broken self. Her mascara stained tears left a mess on her face again, which described exactly what was going on inside of her right now. 

What was the point of being NICE all the time? When everyone used it against her.. when everyone didn't appreciate it? What's the point of being LOYAL to a pack and a family that doesn't believe in you and abandomed you the minute you make a mistake? What use does it have to TRUST everyone when they apparently don't trust you back? 

Let's be SELFISH, let's be DISLOYAL, let's have some TRUST ISSUES now and then.

Being this NAIVE has brought Soojin nothing but pain and she's starting to understand that if noone is standing up for her, she needs to be COURAGEOUS enough to do it for herself. 

All those rules that she once loved and followed, which she accepted blindly are no longer holding her back now. She will be INDEPENDENT enough to stand up for her own ideals and only do what she wants to. 

But she also knew that sometimes she was a little IMPULSIVE and needs to think before acting. She had no intend to fight the pack, her family or abandom them. She doesn't want to hate on people or put them down. But she was INTELLIGENT enough to know, that their trust might never return. She was on her own now.

Soojins story couldn't be more Mary Sue. Her parents were great. They earned enough money to get her everything she wanted. She had a loving brother, loving friends at school and her family was the highest ranked in their pack. Her father was the alpha, her mother the head healer, her big brother the Sentinel. They had everything up to the point it was ridicculous. 

But then, half a year ago Soojin made a mistake. She fell in love. 

Lee Hana was the most manipulative person on this planet. She was nice to everyone so they really didn't realise how much she is playing them. Hana was also a member of the pack, but she and her family had always been omegas. Soon she befriended Soojin only because her father was the alpha and used Soojins naive mentality to make her fall in love with her, so she could gain power within the pack.

One night while Soojin and Hana had a sleepover at Soojins house, a big accident happened as Hana was playing around with candles. She stumbled while dancing with a candle in her hand and set the curtains on fire. 

Soon after the fire alarm went off and every other person in the house rushed into the living room. Her father, in shock of what he was seeing yelled at the girls to take Soojins mum and brother and go outside to call the fire fighters. He stayed inside to save some of the packs most ancient books and relics that was usually kept at the alphas house. 

Unfortunatly, neither the books, relics or Soojins father made it out unhurt. 

Some of the books were unreadable, only ashes and some of the relics were melted in the heat. Soojins father had severe burns and was rushed to the hospital. He survived, but in a coma ever since. 

Hana freaked out about what happened, pleaded to Soojin to help her. Hana family wasn't rich or special. They couldn't pay fines for the damages and no money to pay for lawyers. She was crying in front of her, begging to help her. 
It hurt Soojin to see her like this. And she knew if she would take the blame, it wouldn't be as harmful to her like it would've been for Hana.

So she took all the blame, said she was testing out her powers and a fire she created got out of control.

After that, the pack was in rage. Destroying ancient relics and books aswell as hurting the alpha was a crime enough to be banned forever; but it all happening because of misusing her powers for childish games and personal use was way worse. Since they were indeed the family of the alpha, they weren't banned but spared with a warning. Her family's punishment was being degraded to omegas, her mother and brother loosing their rank within the pack.
A new alpha family, head healer and sentinel were appointed and the Kim family were now traitors.

Chinsun and the other friends from school threw her out of loona and even Hana kept her distance - either out of guilt or of fear her cover would blow. 

School life // 12  // Soojin was in 12 grade now and a really eager student. She got good grades and tries to keep them. School was a good distraction from all of the drama at home and within the pack, so she focussed on staying the best student in school.

She'd gladly accept her mothers ideas of getting private teachers. Sort of a "If you are a dissapointment to our family, I'd rather you to at least get the best grades and get into an elite collage."

She was headgirl at the academy and aside from the loona members and Haeun, pretty much loved. But then, she rather prefers having that one best friend whom she trust than having alot of people who don't really know anything about her.

The only friend Soojin has in the academy. She's a human, but she knows about the pack. Soojin tells her everyting and Gyuna is a really good listener. She's exited about this new world that lies hidden and all in all is just really passionate about nearly everything. She is bubbly, loud and sometimes a bit much, but Soojin couldn't live without her.
 

Lim Chinsun // Ex - Best Friend // 17 // Student //
They were best friends before, but after she was downgraded,
Chinsun wouldn't look at her anymore. The same goes for the other Loona members. They weren't really bullying her like in those teenage movies, like filling her locker with gross stuff, trowing her food plate back to stain her shirt and those typical drama . But Soojin could swear that everytime they see or pass each other in the hallway, she gets goosebums and cold sweat all over her body.

He and Soojin were best buddies. Although he was sometimes really strict, he still fools around with his daughter and son.

She is very dissapointed from her daughter. Ever since the incident, there is a weird cold tension inside the house. 

Kim Seokjin // brother // 26 // Owns a self defence School // Former Sentinel // 
They used to be good friends but ever since the incidence he won't miss a chance to tell her how dissapointed he is in her. He is very cold to her nowadays and tries to not stay in a room with her for a long period of time.

 

LIFE

Soojin closes the front door of the Kim House and breathes in like she had hold her breath for far too long. This was her favourite part of the day. Leaving the house. She puts back the smile she always left while walking through that door and heads towards the academy. The walk was short, since their house was only a block away from it, but it was enough to cherish the beauty of nature. Her favourite "shortcut" through the park was actually a longer way, but every reason to ecape their house earlier is a perfect one. And the park was indeed an ointment for her soul. 

She crossed the gate to the school and was welcomed with alot of "Hello."'s and bows to greet her. Friendly faces who hadn't changed their respect for her because of that day. Here she was still head girl. She was still appreciated. She crossed the corner and say Chinsun with the other few Loona members hanging out at the lockers. They immediatly turned quiet and just stared at her. If this would have been a western movie there would've been some straw bales rolling around and the girls would have been ready to draw their guns.

But this wasn't a western movie. This was reality. And reality hurts way more than a bullet in your head. 

Soojin closed her locker and walked the other way as she felt a arm around her shoulder. Her best friend had finally managed to arrive, just a second before the bell ringed. 
"Good morning, lovely. How're things going this morning?", she wiggled her eyebrows at the other girl and followed her through the corridors. She sah Soojin's eyes widen and looked into the direction. 

Haeun. The older girl was walking towards them and hadn't realised she was watched. The moment she met Soojin's gaze, she froze. The younger lifted her hand to wave at her but Hana only stared in shock. She looked uncomfortable and quicky turned around to vanish between other students. 

"Aren't you sick and tired of letting you be treated like that? EVERY MORNING. And still you cannot learn that she's a wicked loonatic that doesn't deserve you?"

Soojin looked a her friend and padded her on the shoulder. "The sad thing is, I know."

Hana perfected manipulation since long ago. Not only within the pack, she also has every teacher and student in the academy wrapped around her finger. Including Soojin. She is the reason the pack hates the younger one but she does not do anything against it. She seems to be in a conflict ever since the accident. Guilty, or scared to beak her cover.. who knows. But actions speak louder .. and she has not done anything, yet.

love story  It's the classic tale of the Lamb and the lion. Why does the lamb fall in love even though it knows the lion will never reply her feelings. She is blinded by love and all her feelings. She took credit for what happened half a year ago due to love. Even if Haeun decides to finally take credit for what she did, we don't know if she even has feelings for Soojin.
