yooahn can't remember exactly when both of them got acquainted (though he 100% believes that he met caleb in the pantry) but one thing's for sure was that they became closer after that one night when yooahn received a call from caleb some time near midnight. even in his groggy state of mind, he internally cursed when he picked up the call as drunk caleb started moping about his relationship with joon. the only thought that went through his mind was why me?? (apparently yooahn was the first on caleb's recently called) but still, he listened and for the entire day at work the following day, yooahn gave caleb with what caleb calls a -eating grin and that was when caleb knew he's ed. with that new piece of information, yooahn could pretty much 1. annoy caleb 2. make caleb's face turn red almost instantly. despite that, he constantly comes to yooahn for advice since the older is known to be the more rational few in the company. despite being in different departments, they often go for lunch together and caleb usually talks about his relationship advancements with joon. (at this point of time you may wonder if their relationship and conversations revolve around caleb and his love interest) yooahn treats caleb like his younger brother, or son, even. the older is often the one who pays for food, often buys him presents (most of them are cosmetic/skincare products and can you guess where yooahn got them from??) and invites the younger over to his house to chill. as of now, caleb has been trying to make yooahn open his mouth about his love interest, but to no avail.

BAE SHIYOON

— director bae / how yooahn refers to shiyoon during office hours. "boss, this is the budget our dept. has came up with that director bae can work within." "hm, okay, why don't you just pass it to her yourself?"

— yoon shiyoon / when yooahn first joined the company, he misheard shiyoon's name as so, which he swears was not on purpose. coincidentally or not, there is an actor with the exact same stage name. it is a no-brainer that shiyoon hates this nickname though. "yoon shiyoon, bo-" "i've had enough of your , yooahn, now please proceed on and shut up." "...."

other than the pointless meetings junmyeon holds and the (many) times where junmyeon was lazy and told yooahn to pass the budget directly to shiyoon, yooahn never really interacted with shiyoon. unless you want to count in the grave mistake yooahn did of mishearing shiyoon's name, resulting him getting on her nerves, of course. it was only until a one company dinner to celebrate a successful business deal, did they talk more. amidst all the drunkards dancing to red velvet's red flavor, yooahn was glad to find shiyoon; both of them practically immune to all the booze they just drank. they started making small talks, mostly surrounding alcohol and yooahn always ask if shiyoon's free for wine tasting. during office hours, yooahn also makes it a point to scream the horrifying nickname across the office to because #yolo. yooahn occasionally enjoys teasing shiyoon about her unrequited love as well. shiyoon's probably very done with him.

— while bringing the financial budget to shiyoon, yooahn accidentally saw the bl mangas that she drew. she had to treat him to lunch for an entire week to shut him up.

— yooahn saves shiyoon's contact on his phone as "윤시윤" which is honestly, a no-brainer. meanwhile, shiyoon most likely saves yooahn by his full name.

— at the rate that both of them are going, they probably would have tasted a whole cellar of wine. (they probably already did)
