chaekyung admires isang's charming side and his ability to make everyone laugh, whether funny or not; she choose not to tell him that, of course. she knows he's been troubled, ever since yongwon's incident, with him coming more often to talk to her (often, he just plops himself in front of her or next to her and says nothing, which is very unlike of isang). she provides countless yet useless amounts of "it's okay"s, but she knows very well that he isn't. therefore, chaekyung unknowingly starts to look out for him a little bit more on the rest, unnecessarily sharing with him funny videos she came across on the social media platforms and treating him to jokbal almost every time he's craving for it (the other members pretty much think that she's biased to him).

sook's young yet mature. in chaekyung's eyes, sook was pretty much forced to grow up, because of everything that was happening around her at a young age, especially when she just joined ngsy. yet chaekyung's thankful for that; she has a lot on her hands and it was a good thing that sook is someone that she does not have to keep close tabs on, but that does not mean she does not care for her though  (chaekyung's glad that binna has been looking out for sook). when chaekyung's not so busy with work, she would find time to talk to sook. sook would always start cracking up when chaekyung gives her looks of concern, and that's when she realises that sook is way stronger than she herself can ever be. 

chaekyung is really thankful for having binna to take care of the members in her stead; she feels that binna is way more reliable than she herself actually is, just a tad too playful. since they are of the same age and are both females, it is a given that both of them naturally got along well (but of course, chaekyung can never get used to binna's habit of walking around the dorm without clothes and, it's just a nO for chaekyung). chaekyung's been self-learning english for years, and binna's been a great help for her (though she did consider asking other members for help since binna's always using this as a chance to ask her for favours). the only thing about binna that worried chaekyung a lot would be her tendency to overthink. 

ryland's a year older than chaekyung, that's why she finds him even more reliable, and someone she can depend on. she does agree that he can be a little too harsh with his words at times, his bark is definitely worse than his bite (chaekyung finds the need to rephrase whatever ryland says to the band members in a fit of anger so that he is not misunderstood by the others; she's protective over him, even). she finds him hard to approach, initially, his inexpressive self and intimidating height pushing most people away. that one time chaekyung chanced upon a video of ryland busking before ngsy's debut, curious as she was (herself having busked before), she asked him about it and they started to click. if anyone ever asked chaekyung if ryland really is the most suited member as ngsy's leader, she would say yes, without a doubt.

the moment chaekyung heard kaeden hum under his breath, she wonders if it was ever possible to fall in love with someone with only their voice (of course, not literally) and proceeds to watch all of his videos he posted on youtube pre-debut. he is in the list of people who enjoys teasing chaekyung just for her reaction, following isang (he always tries to teach chaekyung new english swear words and makes her say it to junwi, while he snickers behind her). minus that, chaekyung admires his passion for music, she sees him always trying to be even better than he already is. aside of that, kaeden is always trying to help chaekyung in publicity matters of the band, and she's always really thankful for the extra help, even if she does not mention it. 

among all the guys in the band, chaekyung's the most comfortable with porter. she treats him as a younger brother (so as she does to the rest of the band), or perhaps she just have a soft spot for the keyboardist, having dreamt of being one herself. chaekyung always found it weird when porter allows her to play with his new keyboards or sends her tunes he played on his keyboard through kkt and asks for her opinion on them (she never confirmed whether he actually knew, of course.). nonetheless, chaekyung loves that she only needs bags of chips or a serving of tteokbokki to get him up and moving (in which she gets calls out for favouritism but she always reason that porter was the only one who listens to her so he deserves it). he is also chaekyung's official go-to person whenever she needs help in english (though his australian accent throws her off a little at times) because he really is always there to help her (unlike kaeden who just wants to tease chaekyung).

chaekyung's both thankful yet resentful towards junwi. thankful for allowing her to have a chance to know these strangers she had grown to adore despite her inexperience in this field, but resentful that she was so near, yet so far away from her dream (she never told him that, but she is surprised that he seems to know, even giving her, in private, a brand new keyboard as a christmas present that now sits in her apartment). chaekyung knows junwi's got a ton on his plate and with the responsibility and authority he had given her, she tries her best to assist junwi in all situations, hoping that she does not make anything worse. their usual conversations during their lunches together ranges from binna to global warming, but undoubtedly, their main concern remains the band. although he occasionally jokes about chaekyung being the actual one in-charge of the band, chaekyung knows it has always been him; afterall, she has seen how many all-nighters he had pulled for the band, even when no one believed in him initially.

yongwon appears to be aloof, but the first time he brought chaekyung to the quiet cafe downtown in seoul (given that chaekyung loves cafes so damn much), she knows he is more of a action kind of person. their relationship never progressed that far (it remained as a business relationship), but chaekyung does care for him a lot. she's tried to call his family
