jung jaekyung has an amiable personality. to everyone, regardless of friends or strangers, she is usually pleasant and helpful towards them. anyone who has a question, knows to look for her without even asking because of her constant smiling face. she is patient and willing to help. jaekyung is also quite charming. she enjoys meeting new people and new people enjoys meeting her. she is full of affection to the people around her. she loves her brother, sorority sisters and friends and she isn't afraid to show it. jaekyung is the type of person who is very touchy-feely with everyone. so unsurprisingly, she's friendly to everyone. as the new member coordinator, jaekyung needs to be. she needs to make the new members feel welcomed and fit in. despite her friendly demeanor which may seem a little too much to some, jaekyung is surprisingly wise. she always has the solutions to problems the sorority sisters have. she knows what to say to comfort whoever is upset. other than that, jaekyung is also extremely responsible. whatever tasks delegated to her, will definitely be completed and when she makes a promise, she will do her best to fulfill it.

jaekyung is a gentle young woman with excellent maternalistic instincts. she's used to looking after others and even enjoys it. as the only daughter in her family, her father has always expected her to do the role of a daughter and female (hateful!). thankfully, her brother did it with her though so it wasn't as torturous. in addition to those, jaekyung is protective and determined. if she sets her mind to it, nothing can stop her. she's extremely protective of the sorority sisters and hates it when any of them are in trouble or upset. she feels the need to protect those around her.

apart from that, jaekyung is the type of person who is cautious about her words and actions. when she decides to do something, you'll know that she has put a lot of thought into it before making a decision. she doesn't take things lightly. due to her cautious personality, jaekyung can also be quite tense. she's not the type to freely show her emotions and troubles. furthermore, jaekyung is also extremely clumsy. she's the kind of person who walks on a flat ground and falls flat on her face. once, she was in her room, getting off her bed when she tripped and fractured her foot. sad life, really. another of jaekyung's traits is that she is assertive. when she has an opinion, she will boldly say it out loud and will defend her opinion. she's not afraid to offend someone for something she believes in. surprisingly, jaekyung is quite gullible. she believes almost everything you tell her. she is very trusting of people and some people take advantage of her through this. it's mostly guys and rival sororities but thankfully, she has her sisters around to scare them off. jaekyung is also a dependent type of person. growing up, she's always had her brother with her so she's used to always being with someone that now, she hates being alone.

BACKGROUND

born in seoul, a super adorable baby girl named jung jaekyung entered this world on the most romantic day of the year, five minutes after a slightly less but still adorable baby boy named jung jaehyun to a jung junho and yang mijoo. junho was a lawyer while mijoo was a university lecturer so both parents were constantly busy and very strict parents. as twins, jaehyun and jaekyung spent a lot of time together. being from a well-off family, jaekyung never lacked anything and had whatever the world has to offer. at the age of 14, the twins were sent to america to complete their high school because their father wanted them to improve their english skills as english was starting to be a very important language to know if you wanted to progress in this world. what better way to help them improve their english than to throw them directly into an english-speaking environment? living in america was tough in the beginning. their english was barely passable and it was only the two of them living together. they learnt to survive and live withou their parents from a young age, though even before the move, they rarely saw their parents. eventually they fit in and their grades while not the best, were above average

when it came time for the twins to begin university, they both chose to return to south korea and attend hyungsin university, as per their father's instructions. jaekyung chose to study early childhood education because it was always their mother's dream for her to be a teacher and she had always loved kids. it was determined for them to attend hyungsin university because their father was a hyungsin alumni. more than that, they were legacies. well, for jaekyung, she was an indirect legacy. her father was a sigma tau brother so he wanted them to join the greek row as well. while he made it a must for jaehyun to join sigma tau, for jaekyung, it was more up to her than a must. but she chose to rush with her brother and went for kappa delta gamma, the best sorority in hyungsin. if she was gonna rush, might as well go for the best.

after being in kappa delta gamma for two years, jaekyung decided to go for the new member coordinator position. she knew how hard it was being in a new environment and not knowing anyone so she wanted to make it different for the pnms. jaekyung wanted them to feel welcome and comfortable as new sisters as well as with her personality, no other position would fit her better other than the new members coordinator.

jaehyun is jaekyung's twin brother, older than her by five minutes. a fact he loves pushing in her face. being twins, both jaehyun and jaekyung have a very close relationship, spending all their childhood together. they were never apart. though they annoy each other a lot, the twins are protective of each other. since jaehyun is dating one of jaekyung's sisters, they still see each other quite often. they call each other names a lot but it's their way of showing affection.

ahreum is jaekyung's sorority sister as well future sister-in-law. jaekyung thinks ahreum is excellent for her annoying brother and uses her as a shield against her brother occasionally. in the entire sorority, ahreum is one of the closest sisters to jaekyung. ahreum is also the most protective of jaekyung after her own family. they first met as they were in the same pledge class along with nayeon. the girls spent a lot of time together. while jaekyung never expected ahreum to end up with her brother, it was a nice surprise.

as nayeon and jaekyung entered kdg in the same year, their relationship isn't too bad. jaekyung respects nayeon as the president and thinks she 's doing great despite her young appearance. she takes great control and has amazing leadership. jaekyung does her best to help nayeon out with sorority issues and takes charge of the baby chicks, making sure they don't cause any troubles for kdg.

oh hayoung is jaekyung's best friend ever. they first met during the first day of classes in first year and while jaekyung always knew she was gonna rush for the greek row, hayoung never even considered it. she only decided to join a sorority after hearing all about it from jaekyung and they rushed together. but one ended up in kdg while the other joined tri delta. their friendship remained close, but some of the troubles between their sororities are bound to cause troubles to their friendship. hayoung tries her best to keep the sorority war out of the friendship and actually has a tiny crush on jaehyun.

dasom is jaekyung's big. as a musical theatre major, dasom is very dramatic, onstage and offstage. she loves joking around and playing pranks but deep down, is one of the sweetest kdg sisters. as jaekyung has a gullible personality, dasom has taken it upon herself to be jaekyung's unofficial protector until she can find her own official knight.

DAILY LIFE

if ahreum is a late owl, then jaekyung is the early bird. typically, jaekyung wakes up at 7am every morning. don't ask why, she just does. waking up, she would make breakfast first then go on her daily run unless she decides to do it later in the day. after her run, she comes back for food then prepares a lunchbox before getting ready to tackle her day. she has classes 3 days a week which lasts for most of the day and one day is spent volunteering at the local orphanage. she helps teaches lessons there as training for her major. no matter how late she sleeps, jaekyung just wakes at 7am. unless of course she slept at 4am or later.

as an exec board member, jaekyung has the privilege to choose a double room though it would've been nice if she could get an individual but oh well. her side of the room is most usually quite tidy except for a few books.jaekyung cleans her room once a week so it's usually quite spotless. she studies quite hard and keeps a minimum 3.4gpa as requested by papa jung. her free time would be spent with friends or sisters. she loves parties and would put her all into planning one. the kdg events planned by jaekyung are usually quite popular, of course except the the social chair. she's a beast.

well, obviously, the best part would be being around so many sisters. they're always there for you and makes the sorority experience the best. the worst would be being around so many females. with so many girls in one house where everyone has different personalities, people are bound to clash. girls are very dramatic and gossipy so sometimes it's hard. yeahhh, the good and bad is the same thing but that makes things interesting, doesn't it?

well, i don't like that they took our no.1 spot but it doesn't matter. we all know kdg is and will always be the best sorority of hyungsin. tri delta only stole our spot through dirty methods.

son hyunwoo is from a rich family. his parents have a business only marriage which means they're only seen together in public and each has their own affairs. this greatly affected his personality growing up

first, let's begin with his positive traits. as a y young man, hyunwoo is incredibly captivating. there's just something about him which attracts people to him regardless of their genders. everyone just loves him. he is also quite masculine. he believes in being a gentleman and treating females right. not only that, he is quite fun-loving. he loves having fun and knows how to let go when the time calls for it.

however hyunwoo is only human and has his own problems. with a family like his, hyunwoo grew up to be quite cynical of life. he doesn't trust others easily. he is also quite disobedient. hyunwoo is the kind of guy who does the opposite of whatever you want him to do. guess, he's having his rebellious phase. though the only thing he would take seriously is his frat. he can't play around with that. their reputation is at stake. unfortunately, hyunwoo can also be quite conceited. he's good-looking, athletic, manly, smart and he knows it. he doesn't hesitate to flaunt it either.

HISTORY

jaekyung first met hyunwoo during one of her runs in second year. she had just broken up with her boyfriend, he-who-shall-not-be-named-and-will-not-be-named from one of the less-known fraternities as he had cheated on her because she didn't want to sleep with him. while running and crying, her ex followed her and asked for forgiveness and that the entire time he slept with the other girl, he was thinking of her. jaekyung, being the gullible girl that she is, almost believed him but hyunwoo who overheard the ex, came over, pretended to be her guy friend and chewed that guy out, saying that if that was true, he wouldn't have slept with the other girl at all. jaekyung was shocked and considered his words, agreeing, asked her ex to leave and he refused which was when hyunwoo stepped in to protect her. at this point, they didn't know each other at all. after the douch left, he offered to walk her home but jaekyung refused.

their official meeting was at a mixer between kappa delta gamma and upsilon chi, of which he was the new member coordinator. hyunwoo saw jaekyung before she saw him. he snuck up behind her and spooked her. jaekyung shrieked and jumped. when she saw it was hyunwoo, she hit him on his arm and he laughed. then they officially introduced themselves. at this point, they didn't like each other yet but was vaguely interested in the other party. jaekyung, because he was a complete stranger yet helped stand up for her and hyunwoo was because she was a pretty girl yet the guy cheated on her? as an exec, hyunwoo couldn't stay with her all night but at the end of the night, he asked for her number and she gave it to him.

over the course of a year, they would randomly text each other just to say hi (their random was actually quite a lot). they were just normal texting friends, occasionally meet up for lunch. sometimes, they made plans, sometimes because ahreum had a date with jaehyun and wonho and asked jaekyung to join while wonho made hyunwoo join. long story short, just normal friends who texted and were interested in the other person yet wouldn't make a move. everyone around them could see it which was probably why ahreum would make her join her date with jaekyung's brother.

when jaekyung thought about running for the new member coordinator positions, she got most of her advice from hyunwoo because he's done the same position but was running for vp instead the new academic year. he was the one who pushed her to do it and gave her the confidence. then when jaekyung got the position, hyunwoo started his official courtship of jung jaekyung. the other kdg sisters told her to play around for a while and make him work for it which she listened. so currently, they're at the you chase and i let you chase part of the relationship but jaekyung is pretty close to saying yes,
(note; while hyunwoo is chasing her and everyone on greek row knows it, he hasn't officially asked the question.)

INTERACTIONS

hyunwoo is a cynical guy as mentioned before. but then he meets this girl who is so friendly and wants to help and protect everyone even though she has trouble protecting herself. his cynical layer seems to fade at her presence. hyunwoo is protective over jaekyung. he understands her and knows how she feels without her saying. with his family being a cold one, he likes how motherly and trusting she is. hyunwoo can't help but do the same after meeting her.

jaekyung likes talking to hyunwoo. she feels comfortable around him. she has a hard time expressing her emotions, even to her brother but with hyunwoo, it's different. she can truly be herself and show how she feels. she knows he would never judge her. she knows she's gullible and can't help but just trust people and give them the benefit of the doubt. after meeting hyunwoo though, she knows that even if people try to mess with her, hyunwoo would be there to protect her.

they text a lot. so even if they're too busy to go on real dates, they go on text dates instead. when you see them, it's pretty obvious they're still in the early stages of their relationship. they're super sweet with each other yet a lot of shy in the air. as jaekyung is a touchy person, hyunwoo feels jealous at times, even if the other person was a female. jaekyung would laugh and tease that he acts like a kid so he would ask her for hugs like a kid. whenever, each one is feeling upset, they would definitely go to the other first instead of their sisters or brothers.
