Because she's the type of girl who comes to you at first with a bright and warm smile. If she doesn't like something, she'll be straight up and say that she doesn't like it. When you ask for an opinion, do not be scared to hear what she really thinks. When she's annoyed, she might hurt you because you are being too noisy or you are in her personal space. Flora was born in Montreal, Canada. She was the third child of a French Canadian couple. Flora grew up with her older brother, Ehtan and her older sister, Jessica. Her childhood was pretty normal. Flora was the one who loved sports a lot. She started soccer at the age of five. She was a little beast in that sport. She had no mercy when she was playing. Flora played a lot along with her older siblings at sports.
Flora grew up listening to rnb a lot thanks to her parents. While listening to rnb music it made her fall in love with this type of music. You could heard her singing all around the house. She never took singing lessons, but she prefered to sing in the choir at her church. Few years later, she got into kpop because of her older sister who was a big hot the grace fan. Her older sister who was a die hard kpop fan heard about radio central doing auditions in Toronto told Flora about it to try the company. Since she heard they were looking for foreigners as trainee, Jessica told Flora to try it for fun.
The family went in the car and went to Toronto. After few rounds of auditions, Flora left. Few days later, her mother got a phone call saying that Flora got accepted as a trainee. Being 12 years old. Her parents didn't felt ready to let her leave the country yet. The company made a contract with a Montreal well-known studio to train her for two years. Flora trained for two years at that studio and in summer, she flew to South Korea to finally train along the other girls.

✕ girl, i love this color so much her favourite color is turquoise and white. the reason why is because turquoise reminds her of the water on a beach and it has a relax feeling to this color. she loves white because it matches everything.
✕ of course, girls can be sport lover too she is a sport lover. she has been playing volleyball since a young age. plus, she was quite good in other sports like basketball, soccer and she even knows how to surf and snowboard.

✕ they aren't beautiful, they are evil this is her ultimate phobia: butterflies. people thinks that butterflies are cute and . flora is deadly scared of them. when she was around 8 years old, it was raining outside and she decided to go outside to "eat" the rain drops. she opened and suddenly, a butterfly in . by reflex, she closes . the butterfly was still in "flying". she ended up coughing it out and ran back home with huge tears. that's why she's so scared of butterflies. so when she sees an actual living butterfly flying she would run her life out or end up crying like crazy. she fainted once because a butterfly flew too close from her.

trainee life
✕ Two years of hell — When Flora got accepted as a trainee she was 12 years old. Her parents made sure she was ready to fly away. She trained in globally in Montreal in a well-known music studio. She did that for two years until she felt ready to fly to south Korea. During those two years, she was training by herself with a teacher. It was way harder since as soon she did a mistake, it was easily spotted. She did her best every week day.
✕ Nine years of bonding — She flew to South Korea during summer vacation. She got to live in a dorm where she met the other girls. During those nine years, she had a crazy schedule. She had training every day and school at the same time. She went to an international school. She had Korean lessons too. Working with the other girls was good. Despite the language barrier with some members they worked well together. Flora did made a closer bond with the France trainee since they both speak French. They used to speak all the time in French when they are always together. Those nine years felt like 2 years because she was confortable and she felt like she was at the right place.
