Procrastinating

It's almost midnight and I have achieved nothing today. I'm supposed to code with bootstrap but I am definitely clueless on how to use it. Like I'm aware it has a css of its own but where does my own input come in? I'm supposed to make a game that needs a log in or registration form and all I know how to do is hangman.

I've not used Bootstrap but doesn't it just modify existing HTML elements? And if so, couldn't you have a PHP script tied to a MySQL database for registration? And you could easily use AJAX so the user didn't have to leave the page.
Also, you are one step ahead of people that don't even know what HTML and CSS are, so you're not that clueless. And you're definitely not as clueless as I am.
