FASHION STYLE ☆  Yoonseok's style is best described as casual neat attire and with an urban touch to it. They'll often will find him wearing a lot of button down shirts with occasionally a hoodie on top. He's most comfortable while wearing jeans with either a comfi hoodie/sweater/vest or simple graphic tee. As for colors he likes to keep it natural. Something would be clearly wrong if he'd be wearing something with a lot of flashy colors. Yoonseok has quite a shoe collection, mostly sneakers and varies from casual to sport. Doesn't wear beanies or snapbacks often as they mess up his hair. The only time he'd wear one of the two is when he has a bad hair day and no time to fix it.

Yoonseok has always felt like he needed to be the best of the best to get the approval of his parents or to be an good example of a brother and person for his younger sibling. What makes him diligent, precise and conscientious with whatever he is consuming his time with. Will it be studying, excersising, his work, keeping the place neat and tidy as well as cooking. A highly intellectual guy. Which can be both positive and negative for himself and others around him. The negative side comes with Yoonseok not always being able to understand why a certain subject is so difficult for others while he has no problem with it. Or him not being patient enough to explain something for more than three times. Like two times should be enough. It occasionally frustrates him to no end, but after a certain someone he tries to see it from another perspective and it somewhat helps him feel less agitated. The positive side is that Yoonseok is basically a walking encyclopedia and has no problem with coming up with an answer, even though he often zones out, into oblivious and his expression is kept blank. As quick-witted as he is. Yoonseok is quick and effectively to a respond, certain action or question that is thrown at him. Leaving many people impressed by his knowledge. To make it clear once and for all, Yoonseok does not let himself be taken advantage off or be pushed around, though there are a few who can actually get him to do something for them. His steps and behavior is for most of the time, calculated and tactical. He doesn't just jump into something without any thoughts or knowledge about it. 

A very curious and observant indiviual. It makes up for his lack of understanding as his curious mind always makes an effort to actually try and observe someone's behavior, coming up with an answer to why a person is acting the way they are. It is something Yoonseok is easily intrigued by. Wanting to find the answers behind a certain structure or expression. It's quite hilarious when seeing him all worked up, serious and determinded, while trying to solve what he sees as a mystery. Whenever Yoonseok decides to open his mouth for once, don't be suprised by the honesty that is coming out of it. He is very sincere and really means what he says. Yoonseok talks with a monotone voice and especially for people who don't know him, it's difficult to hear if he's excited or really not in the mood for something. Heck it's even hard for the people who know him. So don't expect him to sugarcoat everything or show affection if he doesn't feel like it. But overall he wouldn't do something or even think about it if he doesn't believe in it himself. 

The concept of creative and spontaneous actions are rather foreign to him especially when it doesn't seem like it could be fuctional or of any logical use. So his idea of fun is probably very different from others. And most of the time Yoonseok will use sarcastic remarks to get his point across or use it in a joking matter, that isn't always appriciated. As far as his intelligence goes he is rather oblivious when it comes to hurting someone's feelings. Though he is somewhat more careful with what is coming out of his mouth when it's towards the people he cares about.

BACKGROUND ☆ 

Yoonseok was born in Seoul, South Korea with two underage parents. His parents had fallen in love in high school. Both were just 17 and 18 years old when his mother became pregnant. She was ridiculed for getting pregnant before marriage and everyone around them said bad things were to come with a baby being in the future so early on. Both parents of both families wanted nothing more than having the unborn child being put up for adoption as they didn't see anything good coming out of it. It would completely ruin their lives, they wouldn't be able to go to college, get a decent education or even a well payed job. How were they going to raise a kid in that condition, besides they were still teenagers themselves. They should be studying, going out with friends, building up a future, not taking care of a baby. Still Yoonseok's parents decided to decline the option of giving up their son for adoption and instead they chose the responsibility of taking care of their son. Their supposed good future that had been planned in the earlier days of the pregnancy soon withered and everything began to slowly fall apart at the rims.

It all seemed to go well at first as Yoonseok's parents were both able to go to college and even graduated with his father having the status of being one of the top students of his year. His parents soon found out that their son was a quick learner and was able to crawl and mumble words in his early stages. After all the mumbling Yoonseok started to develop his speech improvement and was able to create and understand full sentences. His ability to walk came a bit later and to be honest that was a busy and stressful time as he would often walk off on his own, going and doing god knows what. Yoonseok had always been a curious boy and is known for wanted to know everything so he would often ask questions about things that fasinated him. That all stared around the age of four/five. To their parents and others around him Yoonseok was a ball of energy and needed a lot attention which he mostly got from his grandparents as his parents were busy with school or work. At that time his father was planning on building up his own business and was well on his way to making it big on the market. He would come home late, work long nights, and would barely give little to no attention at all to his son. Yoonseok's mother indicated that his father didn't spend enough time with his son and stipulated that he should spend more time with her and his son other than work all day. From that moment on it started to go south.

As said, the couple began fighting and really started to neglecting their son. It was terrible for him to come home and he would often stay at his grandparents place as his parents were too busy arguing. It was at that time, while turning thirteen that Yoonseok began to get interested in playing video games online and saw it as a coping mechanism. He became more rebelious towards his parents and even went as far as hacking in to his father's computer to see how far he could go to get their attention. Maybe it's for the best but his father even until now could never find the culpit who hacked into his computer. After meeting two of his now closest friends, did Yoonseok stop with all the hacking or at least he stopped hacking into his father's computer. It was clear that Yoonseok had steady hands and great reflexes, but had terrible concentration problems. Probably caused by all the fighting his parents did. Yoonseok stayed over at his grandparents place more than at his parents, thought he felt bad for leaving his mother alone with his dad. Whenever he was at home with his mother and his father at work, would the two cook together, from three course menu to desserts . It was something Yoonseok clearly enjoyed doing and they made a habit out of it, causing the two to repair some part of the mother-son relationship.  

Over the years, he was given one more sibling, but his parents attitude towards each other never really changed. The two stayed together for the benefit of their family but it was clear to the children that they absolutely loathed each other. So Yoonseok made it his responsibility to love his liitle sister and vowed in the future to treat his own children with love and respect.

FAMILY ☆ 

— father, Yang Keunbae ☆ 40 ☆ CEO of Jeon's cooperations (engineering) ☆ blunt, half-hearted, selfish ☆ You can't really call this a relationship. His father was never really there for him as he is too busy with himself and even until now hasn't taken the time to get to know his son. His father has stopped drinking like he used to now that his business is starting to take off. Though his family occasionally finds him passed out on the ground on the nights he is going out for a drink.

Until he turned six did his mother and Yoonseok share a somewhat mother-son relationship, taking him outdoors, with her to work and brining him to school and back. But after that age it all started to change when she and his father began to argue about whatever they could find to irritate the heck out of each other. The two grew closer again when Yoonseok was fifteen. Does make small phonecalls to his mother and sibling whenever he has some free time. Just to see how they are doing.
— younger sister, Yang Yujin ☆ 8 ☆ elementry student ☆ blabbermouth, adventurous, curious ☆ His little angel of the family. He really adores his sibling and doesn't know how their parents would have ended up if she wasn't born. Probably nothing good. He is very protective over his sister and doesn't let anyone not even his father lay a hand on her. Yujin is the one that talks a alot, and I mean A LOT. So Yoonseok often listens to her creative stories and occasionally gets pulled along to go on one of her adventures, often the backyard.

FRIENDS ☆ 

— I'll make you pretty in no time, Ahn Boram ☆ 21 ☆ university student; fashion design major ☆ persistant, talkative, honest ☆ they've met in junior high school ☆ If Yoonseok is in need of a new outfit he'll go to Boram. The two treat each other like brother and sister at least that's how these two think about it. Others might have a feeling the two are dating, but that's far from the truth. Boram loves to design new outfits for whatever occasion and isn't much of a prude when it comes to measurring sizes or whatever comes with it. She's quite harsh and never fails to flirt or embarrass Yoonseok whenever she can, even if it's unintentionally most of the time.
— A little bromance never killed somebody, Jeo Kwangseo ☆ 22 ☆ university student; acting major / part-time barista ☆ flamboyant, outgoing, witty ☆ they've met when their parents introduced them to each other as they were neighbors ☆ Kwangseo is a very forthcoming and isn't afraid of showing himself of to others. A real entertainer who loves all the attention he can get. One of the first people Yoonseok met when moving into the same neighborhood as him in Seoul and is still until now one of his best friends. Yoonseok isn't that found of skinship, but when it's kwangseo or any of his friends he'll make an exception. Kwangseo wouldn't listen anyways. The two often try to make time for each other and their outings are mostly consisting of them going to starbucks. Kwangseo would drop whatever he is doing when Yoonseok is asking for his help even if it's something he can't just walk away from. "They'll do fine without me" /can hear someone falling on one of some safety nets
— gaming buddy, Im Woojin ☆ 21 ☆ University student; computer science major ☆ collected, caring, dependant ☆ They've met in junior high school ☆ The one who got him into gaming and is basically his saving angel. Yoonseok owns him a lot as he is the main reason he stopped hacking into his father's computer to mess around. Woojin and Yoonseok are one hell of a team when it comes to battle strategy and are known among the gaming community. Out of his friends, Woojin is the one he sees the most as he follows the same classes as Yoonseok.

OTHERS ☆ 

— how about no, the playboy ☆ tba ☆ tba ☆ ignorant, charming, sweet-talker ☆ at the boarding house  ☆ The first time they met it was already clear they didn't appriciate each other. Yoonseok couldn't stand his cockiness and smooth talk, while the play boy saw Yoonseok as way too serious and emotionless. They definitely have their differences, be it their perspective on life as well as their way of thinking. The two don't easily agree with each other and are for most of the time at each other's throat, but when they actually do agree with one another and are nice towards each other, it will make heads turn in horror.
— gaming rivals, the hyper ☆ tba ☆ tba ☆ loud, determinded, outgoing ☆ at the boarding house ☆ Yoonseok doesn't warm up towards people he just met, but she has caught his interest after seeing her determintation of wanting to beat him at gaming, The two often bicker and hyper often tries to make Yoonseok lose his cool while gaming against each other, so he would be too distracted and she would win. Unfortunatly for her it hasn't worked in her advantage yet. Doesn't mean she won't stop trying, She is one of the few who actually get Yoonseok to smile even if it's just barely visible.

How did you found out about the boarding house?  ☆  The flyer was literally shoved in my face, while I was walking through the neighborhood. I was about to throw it away, until I read that they were looking for tentants. Fortunately for them I was looking for a place to stay myself.

Why did you decide to stay in a boarding house? ☆  Simple. Since i've been looking for a place to rent, that has a nicer apartment and is closer to the university than where I live now. This boarding house fits the description well.

Do you think you'll get along with the other tenants? ☆  /looking in my mind palace for a to give. ... More or less. I'm prepared for everything.

A sociable butterfly is a accurate describtion about Daehyun. He enjoys talking and welcoming anyone new with open arms and an open heart. Daehyun is a blunt person and to make it clear once and for all this guy has no filter when it comes to the people who work with or under him. If he says something needs to be done, you better get your lazy going and start with whatever he tells you to do. Having the authority to boss people around is something he enjoys most about his job. On the other hand Daehyun is quite obedient when he is the one getting the orders from his supervisor, whatever it is he'll just get it over with. No questions asked. He takes his job serious and won't hesitate to whoop someone's whenever they make his job difficult for him. If someone gets him into trouble for that they probably won't see any daylight. However if a friend would ask him for a favor even if it would get Daehyun into a lot of trouble he would probably help them out, but not without a price. Something he could benefit from as well. So don't come empty handed when asking for a favor.

Of course he has some soft spots for a certain among of people, 3 maybe 4 and can be quite protective over them. It's not adviced to mess with the people he cares about. He won't hesitate to punish them in the most creative ways. To everyone else, he might come off as brave if he jumps into an unknown situation head first. When really, it’s just him deciding that he’d rather not stand around waiting like a confused sheep when he could just test the waters. So if he has an idea that sounds the least bit appealing to him, he’ll jump into action. Even if there’s a huge possibility that he’ll injure himself. (Which happens most of the time)  

RELATIONSHIP☆  Both Yoonseok and Daehyun are rather straighforward with their opinions about each other and that definitely refects in the way the two interact even though Yoonseok isn't always aware that Daehyun is very much, 100%, flirting with him, while Daehyun makes it pretty obvious. Yoonseok would probably answer way too seriously, making Daehyun blush uncontrollably or just chuckle and at the end when Yoonseok catches on he'll act all embarrassed in his own way. It's not really working, but when other people are around them the two try to be more subtle, but most of the time seem to fail miserably. They keep each other on their toes and often challenging one another to see who will give in this time and take the first step. It not a suprise that they care for each other and when Daehyun is actually done with his shift, the two head wherever they were planning to go, will it be staying outside, Daehyun's apartment or Yoonseok's. When Daehyun comes over to the boarding house it's more of a  silent agreement that the two will cook dinner together, with the loud cheering of Yoonseok's roommates in the background.   

HISTORY☆  Whenever Yoonseok went to or from SNU, he would always stop by at that time a newly opened coffee shop.  It wasn't that much of a suprise to see Yoonseok checking it out right away. The coffee tasted amazing and from that day on he decided to visit the shop more often. It wasn't the only reason of course. And it took his three closest friends  one visit to find out what that reason was. As if Yoonseok couldn't be more obvious in his own way. Pulling his friends with him the four of them entered the coffee shop and at the counter stood Jung Daehyun with a mischievous grin on his face when seeing Yoonseok. Yoonseok returned the structure and kwangseo's first words after staring at the two for quite a while was 'oh my god'  Already seeing where this was going.
