( appearance ) : Demyan looks are what makes people's had turn when he walks passed them. Mostly because of his blond hair and glasz colored eyes. He has a slender body structure and occasionally works out as he likes his body to be in shape and healthy. That also goes for his skin, which take him at least 21 minutes to get ready.

( style ) : If someone haven't noticed this yet, they'd probably never paid attention to demyan. otherwise they would have seen that him wearing the same outfit twice in a row, is unheard of. He must be either under a lot of stress or depressed. It's common to see him wearing long sleeved shirts that cling to his toned arms and torso, with jeans that match the outfit. something that he can't be seen without (if it matches the outfit) are his scarves. Indoors, demyan wears more loose fitting tees or even oversized shirts and close fitting jeans. however he does refuse to wear anything over his head, like a beanie or a snapback as it'll just ruin his oh so precious styled hair.

the deep end
"oh please, you guys love me. i keep it real and i'm hilarious"
( short intro ) : to keep it short, demyan isn't very fond of his ice manipulation powers and would rather live without any powers than with what he has to live with now. that doesn't mean he doesn't use his power at all, because he does and will when he thinks it's needed. causing quite unexpected outcomes.
( personality traits ) : witty, adaptive, compasionate, forgiving, competitive, mischievious, dramatic
( elaboration ) : This guy has his own brand of what most people describe as sharp-wit- the sort that one might find in a person that everyone scolds, but secretly loves all the same. His way with words are rather brutaly honest and not everyone can appriciate it. Sure, he may get himself into tight situations, or strange ones, often enough because of it, but demyan also has the capacity to change and evolve enough to eventually turn these situations into ones that will benefit him in a way. Perhaps he may not solve the long-term problem, but demyan can deal with the now. though he occasionally will keep his mouth shut when a certain situation, even for demyan, is uncalled for. He's able to come up with insults, jokes and comebacks on reflex. Making him an extremely fun person to talk to, an extremely frustrating person when angry, and a of a person to go up against in a verbal spar.
Demyan shows a lot of compassion towards people in general. Even if it collides with how others see him. Love is demyan's biggest weakness so far - when he falls in love, he falls hard. Often putting the people he cares about before his own wants, unless they need a good smack down. This might come as a shock to others, but demyan never had the heart to hold grudges for a long period of time. of course he gets hurt, dissapointed etc, but most of the time he'll find the closure to forgive someone for what they did to him. it is however a very different story when his loved ones are the ones getting hurt, he becomes extremely cold with his words. What interferes the most with his compassionate tendencies, is his competitve drive. he will raise to any challenge that's set out before him, and won't let an oppurtunity slide when it comes to being in the spotlight.
Taking his Manipulative to a new level, demyan has this habit of wrapping certain people around his fingers to an extent. he isn't always aware of it, but he has been surrounding himself with people who prove beneficial to him and his state in life. think of it as a passive trait that he himself has yet to actually decipher-- no, demyan doesn't really see himself as manipulative, although his actions prove otherwise. he treats certain people better than others, a purely instinctive trait that has assured his survival. You have to see it like this, It's a way for him to make himself feel secure and in control of his own life.

They interweave with his flair for dramatics- something that has been a source of amusement and irritation for those around him for many years. If he is going to do something, demyan will do it big. He doesn't do one-acts or half-shows or 'good efforts'. If life is a stage, and poorly cast, demyan plans to be the exception to the rule.

( background ) : Demyan was born in San diego, united states and was raised by his father, for the most part of his life. His mother past away when he was eight years old, in a car accident. At that time demyan was still trying to learn how to control his powers and more often than not caused quite some amusing incidents, as well as some that are the reason demyan dislikes his powers so much. To say that the impact of losing his mother at a young age didn't have any effect on him would be bat crazy, cause it is most definitely lurking in the back of his mind. especially since he feels responsible for it. the day it happened, demyan was practicing on his own and just dabbling with his powers until he accidently hit something inside the front lid of his parents car. because he was scared that his parents would be furious about it and because he didn't see any damage to the car, did demyan decide to keep his mouth shut. Something he, even until today, has never told a living soul about. The cause of the accident was however caused by a total different matter, but demyan still can't get it out of his head, that what he did, had somehow, something to do with it.
Other than the problems that include his powers, demyan had a relatively okay life. to his suprise and relief, his father, magnus roche, wasn't the least bit suprised when his son told him, in his rambling speech, that he was in fact gay. They end up talking about it for the whole evening, his father admitting that he isn't very good at this kind of stuff and still missing his wife, as demyan's mother was always better at the talking part. The two eventually finish the conversation with demyan telling his father that he doesn't have to worry about getting anyone pregnant. The kids at high school on the other hand didn't react in a good way when he came out and for them it was just another reason to make his high school days a living hell. It also didn't help that he was basically the only openly gay guy at his school. Hence one of thw reasons, why he doesn't believe in god. if god really excists, he's kind of a jerk you know. I mean he makes me gay and then has his followers going around telling me it's something that I chose. as if someone would choose to be mocked every single day of his life. the only good thing that came out of this all was that he found out who his real friends were and it kept him motivated and determined to get himself out of San Diego.

"It's been weeks already. maybe build a bridge and get over it. or perhaps fall and drown."
( what powers does your character have ) : ice manipulation, he has the ability to create, shape and manipulate ice. as well as having the ability to not only cover his body with ice, but to actually become organic ice. " if you think I'm going to be positive about this power, you're gonna be disappointed"
( how much does your character hate their power ) : this power caused more damage than what is good for demyan. So it's possitive to say, more than his hair being messed up by the wind. like you, wind!
( how do you want your character to accept their power ) : after eventually accepting the truth with the help of leeroy, the rest of his friends and himself, that what happened to his mother wasn't his fault, it could have played a role in it, but it wasn't what gave the final blow.

( meeting ) : the two met in high school. leeroy was a sophmore who just moved schools, while demyan, a year older, was a junior. it wasn't that suprising that leeroy caught his eyes after walking through the hallway of school and his first though was the new guy is hot apparently he said it out loud as well, cause camille heard it and said in all seriousness you should ask me out. turning completely red, demyan decided to ignore the suggestion and leave his group of friends to go to his locker. He didn't expect for the new guy to lean against one of the lockers next to demyan and looking directly at him with a mischievous glint in his eyes. and definitely didn't expect the following words that came out of his mouth. you know, i heard you and your friend earlier and you should definitely ask me out. up until today they still have to go on that date, to his friend's disappointment, but the two did become best friends.
( interactions ) : let's just say they bring the best as well as the worst out of each other. Creating trouble together seems like their number one prioritly. Demyan loves to rant about what ever is on his mind and leeroy doesn't mind listening to it. it's not a suprise that these two are often seen together as they are constantly trying to find or even create situations where they can spend time together and it's not a secret that the two are often coming on to each other, well the last one is mostly leeroy and demyan is probably rolling his eyes for the most part, though he he can't help but to smile fondly afterwards. the two aren't afraid to express how they feel or what they think, since it would be useless to hide anything for long. even after knowing that they both have feelings for one another the two decided they aren't exclusive, well it's mostly leeroy's decision, Demyan on the other hand, even though he finds it troubling, accepts the line they have drawn between each other. One line that in Demyan's opinion shouldn't even be there. It's only this year that the line often gets crossed by either of them. (drama drama drama)
