"I don't believe this!" The king slammed his fist down on the table, b with rage. "Kyuhyun, that insolent idiot! How could he just leave us like that? Is he really going to abandon his country just for that ... that GIRL?"

The queen looked on silently without a word, watching her husband rant and rage. She had never been much of a talker anyway - what was the use? No matter what they did, Kyuhyun had never been easy to keep in control. Whatever they did, he would immediately rebel against it.

As for Yoona, she simply sat in a corner, gracefully petting her cat. She might not show it, but she was utterly disgusted. She had known Kyuhyun for years, and they had grown up together. He always seemed to enjoy her company in the past - that is, before he knew his parents had arranged for both of them to marry. Not that Yoona minded, of course. After so many years of their childhood together, how could she have not fallen for him? He was everything, EVERYTHING, she had always wanted.

But that had stepped in, and all their memories were ruined along with it. Who was she to snatch Kyuhyun away? Who was she to brainwash him till he was willing to abandon his family, his country, his all just to elope with her? She was obviously self-centred - not caring at all about people. How had both of them even met? On the streets, by the roadside, seeing her on the ground begging for money?

Yoona sniffed with disdain, shaking her head. Kyuhyun was obviously bewitched by this girl, whatever she had done. And the thing was, she wasn't going to lose this battle. Kyuhyun would be hers, and hers alone. She would make sure of that.

Her nails pierced suddenly into the cat's fur, and it shrieked, pouncing off her lap and running out of the room. Slowly, Yoona her friendship bracelet. Kyuhyun had made it for her when they were still young. It was her first ever gift from him, and she had treasured it right till now. What came from her lips next was a deadly whisper, followed by the words -

"I'm not going to let you off so easily, Seo Joohyun. I'm coming."

Oh, and I changed Jiyeon to Yoona. I mean, no one pairs Kyu with Jiyeon ... right? :P
