Head Consultant (Surgery): Luhan

One of the Old Guards who shows you the ropes of the hospital, being the leader of your surgical team. Quiet but affable, you take this opportunity to learn as much as you can from him... But will you let your guard down?

Head Consultant (General Medicine): Kim Minseok

Also another Old Guard of Junmyeon's time, he keeps to himself and prefers to only talk to Junmyeon and Luhan, hardly with the junior staff.

Supervising Registrar (General Medicine): Kim Jongin aka Kai

Son of Junmyeon, whom he has a strained relationship with, for reasons yet to be uncovered. Very talented physician who takes after his father's skill, which explains for his senior position at a young age but his passion lies elsewhere.

Supervising Registrar (Surgery) Do Kyungsoo

Very distant and unapproachable and also very ambitious. Solely focused on work and does not give a single whit about hospital politics, or so it seems. The youngest in Junggu Hospital history to ever reach such a high position. Commonly regarded as Jongin's rival.

Medical Officer (Surgery): Byun Baekhyun

The direct senior of your team, he is a good-natured person you find easy to talk to and open up, although he jokes and flirts around.

House Officer (General Medicine): Oh Sehun

He is the only other house officer to be accepted into Junggu other than you.

Medical Supplies Manager: Park Chanyeol

Your childhood friend and first love, whom you didn't know was working in the same hospital and got reunited again by fate. He is aware of Lay's death but does not know that the medical error was hidden by the hospital.
