The angsty angst ending: 

    Baekhyun lied motionless, continually crying. He knew his decision would break Chanyeol’s heart. Turning so that he was facing the wall with his back facing Chanyeol, sobs racked the boy. What made it even worse was Chanyeol, trying to console the boy, saying sweet things and making him feel even worse. “So, I think you’ve made a decision?” Chanyeol asked, anxious to hear the answer. Crying even harder, Baekhyun looked at Chanyeol, and spilled about earlier, when he had gotten a phone call. 

    The company knew they were dating, somehow somebody spilled and they wanted them both to break up. Looking down, Chanyeol was about to cry. He knew that he wanted to keep dating Baekhyun, he would do anything to keep the man he loved, but he also knew that Baekhyun’s singing career was his number one priority, and he didn’t want to be selfish.  Baekhyun deserved better than that. 

    Baekhyun knew what was coming. He knew what Chanyeol would do, what Chanyeol would sacrifice to keep him happy. He wish he could tear himself away from his career to be with the taller, but he couldn’t. He felt like the most selfish person in the world. He had a loving giant that would do anything for him, and he still chose something else. 

    Chanyeol started to speak and Baekhyun knew what was coming. “It’s okay, Baekhyun. Taeyeon’s a nice girl. Y-you can learn to love her. Maybe as much as your music.” The last sentence had a sort of bitterness behind it. “Hey, stop crying. I-i just want you to know a few things. Baekhyun, you’re the love of my life. I love you so much. I love you more than anything in the world. I would die for you. I know that you feel that way too, just more towards your music. And I respect that.” Chanyeol took a shaky breath, regaining compo
