My body jolts into a sitting position my ears ringing with the memory of screeching tires from my nightmare, I shake my head groaning as I register the protest in my muscles in response to the amount of dancing the day before. I slide the laptop beside the bed onto my lap opening facebook responding to a few messages before changing to a kpop news site scrolling through the articles catching sight of a picture of guards letting a male figure into what seems like the sm building, I blink as I realise the figure is myself and I drop my head down slightly with a sigh.

I glance through the comments seeing a few 'handsome' comments along with a few wondering if I was friends with EXO or if I was a new manager or translator.
I close the device before quickly going to close the curtains which somehow I had forgotten about yet again before changing into jeans a shirt and my usual hoodie and facemask all in black before pulling my grey sneakers on and putting my phone and wallet into my pockets taking hold of my keys. After I step out of my apartment I lock the door dropping my keys into a pocket in my jeans.

I exit my building and quickly run to the side as fangirl screams hit my ears taking a few sidestreets until I cant hear the screams of 'oppa',
I sigh and start walking towards a cafe stepping in and mentally thanking the lack of customers I walk to the counter pulling my facemask down to order a green apple fruit bubble tea along with a chocolate muffin, I take a seat along the side of the shop looking out of the window at the sky, 'looks like it might rain' I think before mentally shrugging 'rain is nice and peaceful anyway'.

My head and eyes turn to the female worker holding my muffin on a plate and my bubble tea, I smile and reach out slightly to take the items starting to say a thank you but being cut off by the worker starting to speak quietly and seemingly shyly "um are you the person who has been in pictures with EXO-M oppas?"
I hold back a sigh to be polite and respond instead "Yes thank is me, is there anything else you would like to ask?" my head tilts questioningly.
I notice her cheeks turning lightly pink and she speaks again "what is your name, age, why did you guard EXO-M oppas at the airport if that was you and are you really an sm trainee like the rumors ive heard?"

I let out a small laugh "I am Nick, im a 96-liner, the reason for guarding them is simply it was obvious that they needed an extra guard and honestly no im not" I chuckle lightly "but a few people are trying to convince me otherwise, and thank you for my order" I smile disarmingly gently taking my muffin and bubble tea before walking out of the shop and towards a park near the sm building to eat and drink in peace.

I sigh happily as I finish my food and stand and stretch starting to walk back to my apartment still drinking the fruity bubble tea. I look up as I start to feel the rain droplets, I look ahead to realise that im half way back.

The rain starts to fall faster and harder and I watch as people enter building to take shelter or open umbrellas to continue walking. I feel my clothes slowly getting heavier as the water soaks the fabric and drags it down, I continue moving in the rain soon able to see my building and I jog a few steps to the door noticing the lack of females outside the next building over. My hand reaches to pull open the door handle when I notice the white paper stating that the building has an emergency gas leak and it will be fixed on monday at the latest along with an apology.

My fist closes and swiftly moves to hit my thigh as I turn to start looking for a hotel to stay in until the monday. I turn to start walking when I notice a white van stopping outside the neighbors building, I start walking away from the buildings as I hear a van door open loudly followed by familiar voices bickering about a shower.

"Nick! Hi!" I hear a familiar voice shouts call out resulting in a sigh escaping my lips as im forced to turn to be polite "hello Chanyeol" I respond less enthusiastically as I notice Suho step out of the van and look at the building I was still by "oh do you live there Nick-shi? I heard it had to close for the weekend do you have anywhere to stay?"
I almost curse at the words, my eyes narrowing as my head barely shakes a no and Suho speaks again "if you wish you can stay with us, we have a spare room our manager used to sleep in"
I narrow my eyes more "why are you offering this?" I ask. 
"Its a thank you for protecting Luhan hyung at the airport the other day"

A sigh escapes my lips "its technically the best option since its so close to mine" all the other EXO members are out and watching me almost expectedly "fine, I accept the offer" my shoulders slump slightly in reluctance as I walk over to their building with a scowl on my face stopping once im under the shelter and pulling my hoodie off to squeeze most of the water out of the fabric, the water dropping to the ground. I squeeze some water out of my shirt aswell before looking up and gesturing for them to lead the way.

I follow the twelve idols to their dorm noting that the twelve of them seem to split 5 rooms all on the same floor, I watch as they start splitting into their seperate rooms. Suho, Tao and Xiumin being first followed by Chanyeol and Kris. Lay, Kai and Kyungsoo split off to their own room as Baekhyun and Luhan went ahead to their room leaving me with Sehun and Chen. I watch warily as Chen reaches to grab my arm before pulling me to the room I would be staying in then he speaks happily and quickly "you take first shower" I barely manage to nod before being pushed into the rooms bathroom to shower.

I soon finish my shower and get out wrapping a towl around my waist as I step out of the room to ask if there is anything I can wear since my own clothes are still dripping, Soon I am pulling some black boxers and a grey shirt on and run my fingers through my hair before flopping onto the bed that seemed to be mine to claim judging by the lack of items around it.

I stretch my body slightly before closing my eyes with the intent to sleep, I fall into the darkness of sleep relaxed and still warm from the heat of the shower.
