It really is a shame you don't have any comments, this is so great;;;; I am in need of cute ot3 fics and I opened all of yours, this one is the first I read. It was so great, though a little short - I would have love to read a more about this universe, Because the whole CARE / government thing is really intriguing! But their relationship and how they care for each other is so cute. I keep your other fics open so I'll have something to read for the next few days ~
