Both were earnestly wishing for just another day together, then they could sit and talk for a long time on what to do and how to deal such mess. She needed to have him now when all just crumbled down and he wanted her to be there where all had tumbled and jumbled up. Both knew that they existed in each other’s mind and thoughts still, yet they just in need of that small assurance of she not hating him and he had forgiven her. Not only that, she wanted to story everything and tell him anything while he needed to hold her close and breathe her in, period. She hated that she was already 26 but she couldn’t (or rather wouldn’t) act upon her own words. He hated that he was the man yet he allowed (or rather pushed) her to take such matter into her own hand. If only there was just another day.
