Description

Author's Note: It's been one year to the day that I graduated college. And as someone who has a writing degree I sure don't do a lot of, you know, writing. So I pushed myself to write this in the hopes that I'll gain momentum or even-- gasp!-- pure inspiration to write future works. Not sure how this story turned out seeing as I did push myself to do it... let me know? Thanks and enjoy~

Chapter 1: A wonderful one-shot, I love it! It seems like the fitst part of the whole story actually takes place in Youngbae's mind rather than in the "real world" and this gives everything a psychological touch, which I really, really like. There often are situations in which we feel conflicted like Youngbae does. It is like a battle between our emotions and our brain. We feel something that is absolutely wonderful but cannot fully enjoy this feeling because we think way too much about it instead of just "relaxing and letting it go". Really, I think it's very relateable! And I love how Jiyong is the one to interrupt Youngbae's thoughts,being the one who pulls him back to reality, so to speak, making Youngbae's nervousness fade way and making him focus on the feeling instead. It's absolutely brilliant! I love how your stories always contain these small messages that everyone can nod their head to :) Also "overthinking" is a typical character trait of the fanfic-Bae whereas dominance is typical for Jiyong. Thus, you have chosen their 'traditional roles' and ofc I can only love that because it so easy to imagine that ^^ Furthermore, I also like what Jiyong says about the universe bringing people together because honestly, I believe that is true. I think that one is destined to meet a certain someome one day. However, that doesn't mean that one should be passive, as Jiyong emphasizes here: "It's up to us in the end to do something about it." This basically like saying that you always have a chance but it is up to you to grab it. It's a very important life lesson and I think it's great that you have included it in such a beautiful way. Aside from all those deep aspects, those making out scenes are just ... damn! O.O I can see everything in front of my eyes while reading, that's how well their passion and desire comes across in this scenes! I like how detailed they are and not so rushed. How can I say this? -con-
