Kyungsoo, 22, suffers from Asperger syndrome. The disorder is similar to autism however not that severe. In his case He can take care of his basic needs but he can't be left alone. Sometimes he's so occupied with drawing he forgets to take care of everything else. His new caretaker is Jongin. His mother has to travel abroad and she hopes that someone around Kyungsoo's age can be more helpful. The selective mute boy isn't fond of the new person in his house.
