“Huh, Wha—“ And there goes Kim Jonghyun, the self proclaimed king of skinship scrambling his notes away from the midst of his dorm mate,  ridiculously scooping them up messily in the process.

“Nothing,” He looks back at his dorm mate, an elbow on his table right above the stuffed papers, his chin resting on his hand, and a loser smile plastered. “Just, you know, homework, studying, stuff.”

Lee Jinki, his old pal and thus his only dorm mate, nods once. But Jonghyun sees it, and he knows his old pal isn’t really buying his lame excuses. So he clambers up a thought in his mixed up mind and announces a “Where are you going, hyung?” when he notices the other’s attire.

“Out,” He answers, “To the library.” He shrugs and topples a smile, making his way to the coat rack.

Jonghyun scoffs, “Nerd.”

When Jinki’s done wrapping his scarf warm around his neck, the sleeves of his coat dangling longer than his chubby fingers, he opens the door and gives Jonghyun one last look.

“Really, Jonghyun. Really? You? Finally doing homework and studying?” And he laughs and closes the door before Jonghyun could throw a pillow, or sometimes his math book, at him.

5 seconds later, Jonghyun smiles and rolls his eyes. He didn’t miss the slight thud from outside the door; he knew Jinki would slip anytime soon since he left his shoes inside their room with only his grey socks on.

Jonghyun ridicules on how the guy forgets to wear some of his garments and bets that he’d probably come out with only his boxers on someday. He snickers and throws off all the messy papers in the bin before Jinki summons back to their room, hair disheveled, and scarf hanging loosely on his shoulder.
