  Her eyes looked at everything but him . She bit her lips trying to think of an excuse or a reasonable explanation .   " Don't you dare lie . "   He growled .    Her eyes widened shocked at his sudden change of mood .    " well ...um .... You know ... Um "   "Yeah just keep beating around the bush I can wait .... "   Yongabe said raising his voice .    Yejins mouth hanged open no words coming out . Her mind was blank all her previous excuses disappeared.    He was getting more frustrated by the second .    His eyes silently boring into her soul.   " he's......yours . "    She finally said sighing .    " thanks for the heads up . I kinda realised today . But I wanted you to admit it . "   He said sarcastically rolling his eyes .      "Why didn't you tell me ! "   He shouted slamming his hand onto the leather sofa . The impact resonating through the silent house .    Yejin flinched closing her eyes . Realising she was shocked he asked his next question softer .    "How ? When ? "   Yejin looked into his eyes all she saw was anger , confusion and betrayal . And a pinch of something else that she couldn't put her finger on .    " the night of Ji Hoon oppa's wedding . We were drunk , really wasted .We kinda did it . And Taehyun came along . I was so shocked I didn't know what to do . "   His eyebrows furrowed in confusion .    " Then why didn't you tell me ? "   She could hear the hurt in his voice .    " I didn't want us to get awkward . You were going to debut the week after I found out . Having a scandal surface before your debut would have affected your career badly . I know it is your dream to become a singer I didn't want what we did unconsciously to affect you from achieving it ."   Yejin reasoned not letting her eyes meet his .    "You must have suffered a lot . I want to apologise but I can't , I wasn't told . Yes I'm hurt and betrayed . I can't believe you didn't tell me I have a child .I didn't know I was a father . I didn't get to see him grow , take his first steps , say his first word . Does he know ? "   Yejin shook her head guilt eating away her soul . Tears pricking the corners of her eyes .    He sighed    " I can't do anything about missing him grow  , but I'm going to do my best to be his father from this moment onwards . You're not going to stop me . "   " I'm sorry . "   Yejin whispered . As the fist tear fell from her eye . She looked at the ceiling trying to blink the tears away .    " I won't stop you . I think he would love a father figure in his life . "   She said finally looking into his eyes , on her lips was a sad smile .    Now he could smile . It wasn't the brightest but it was enough assurance for Yejin to know that he truly cared .      -------------------- YONGBAE POV   I walked out of the penthouse closing the door behind me . I leaned onto the wall as my legs gave way .    I could few tears pricking the corners of my eyes .    The pain and loneliness she must have went through .    I'm a father . I have a child . He thinks I left. My mind was a mess .    Just going through the motions of getting home .    My feelings of betrayal and hurt . Mixed with my thoughts of Taehyun .    Why didn't she tell me earlier .    She didn't want me to give up my dreams because of Taehyun .    Even in her distress she still thought of me .    I smiled sadly . "   My eyes fluttered open to see Taehyun jumping up and down of the bed .    Remembering our plan from yesterday i smiled .   " Taehyun ah ! Omma has a surprise for you."   He immediately stopped jumping .    " really what is it ? "   He asked grinning .    I placed a finger on my lips so that he was silent .    " we are going to meet someone special  tomorrow  . "   His eyes became wider as he grinned
