Growing Pains

Description

Yesung meets Kyuhyun, an old acquaintance, at possibly his lowest moment, on a crowded metro, dressed to the nines, boosted with so much caffeine, and completely clueless as how to live life contently. 

Foreword

Okay, so this is the thing I wrote for Kyusung day. Yes, I am posting this...two weeks late but FINALS guys!! FINALS!! I had my last one on Friday, so this is in fact posted in quite a timely manner. 

A few warnings about this story: 1. it contains adult themes, nothing graphic, but mentions of , smoking, general douchebaggery, existential crisis, etc. 2. I have been reading really depressing boring adult books lately (not by choice, it was for my French Literature class-_-), so this isn't all happy lovey dovey...with a title like Growing Pains, it's pretty obvious what to expect. You have been warned.

Chapter 1: My heart breaks for Kyu... but thank you for not hinting any pain in his heart, if ever there was even that. It's a good story... just not that pretty for a kyusung worshipper like me. LOL <3

Chapter 1: this was really well-written and wow, do i love the way kyuhyun lives xD his life philosophy is so simple yet so fulfilling (though i barely doubt i'll live that way) because you've included a warning, i really shouldn't be surprised by the sad ending but still.... :( i can't believe yesung wouldnt aknowledge kyuhyun as a friend? or someone who's helped him in his life? or even just an 'acquaintance'??? he told his girlfriend that kyuhyun was no one?! that was just... kind of an thing to say :/ oh but i'm not sure why but i loveee the way you described kyuhyun here: "Kyuhyun smiled, not a mocking or condescending smile, a totally Kyuhyun smile, because Kyuhyun's smile was an entity of its own, and Kyuhyun was a strange person that couldn't be explained easily, and Kyuhyun's mind, oh did psychologists ever dream to pick at it, because Kyuhyun's smile was the just answer to Yesung's problems right now, he found himself smiling back at him." nevertheless, obviously, i don't like how it ended xD but you've written this beautifully and although sad, the ending was realistic so... THANK YOU FOR WRITING THIS :D i'm not a very big yekyu/kyusung shipper (wonkyu and changkyu will always be my baes lol) but i thoroughly enjoyed this ;D i hope you don't stop writing! :)

Chapter 1: It is depressing. But i like this fic so far. Still...i want a happy ending thou.
