As Bae Seul Gi knew that she had leukemia, she was afraid and she wanted to kill herself because she didn't want to be a burden anymore, but after Yunho told her that they found a donor for her, she was a bit happy, yet afraid about the surgery

Doctor: Are you ready for your surgery?

Bae Seul Gi: ne

Yunho: I'll be here waiting for you

(Bae Seul Gi was nervous and cry because she was very afraid, but she has hope in Yunho that she will survive)

Bae Seul Gi: Yunho oppa (she kiss his cheeks) I will miss you

Yunho: I'll miss you..

Yoona: Bae Seul Gi, we'll wait here for you..HWAITING!!

Bae Seul Gi: Hwaiting!!

During Surgery

(it has been almost 4 hours since the doctor had been doing her surgery, Yoona and Yunho was getting worried about her)

Yunho: Bae Seul Gi..please fight this..

Yoona> Yunho Oppa, she will be okay

(finally the doctor came out)

Yunho: How is she?

Doctor: (smile) congratulations, the surgery was a success

Yoona: OMO!! KAMSAHAMIDA!!!

Yunho: Kamsahamida!! may we see her?

doctor: not yet, we need her to rest, about the donor...he hope you treat her well

Yunho: ne! Kamsahamida

(as the doctor walk away being happy, Kim Bum and Kim So Eun was at the back knowing that Bae Seul Gi had successed through the surgery)

Kim Bum: I'm glad she's okay

Kim So Eun: aren't you going to say goodbye?

Kim Bum: Aniyo, I already send her a gift...let's go

Inside the room:

Yunho: Bae Seul Gi, I hope you're okay! please wake up! I miss your voice already

Yoona: Yunho oppa, I know she will wake up soon, we must be patient

(nurse came in)

nurse: I'm sorry but visiting hours is over

Yunho: May I stay here? I'm scared that something might happen to her

nurse: ne, I'll bring you some pillows and blankets

Yunho: ne, Kamsahamida

Yoona: Yunho oppa, you should bring some extra clothes

Yunho: ne, that's right..can you stay here until I come back?

Yoona: ne

Yunho's house:

Yunho: I hope she will wake up..please let a miracle happen..(cell phone ranged) Yoboseyo?

Yoona: Yunho oppa!!!  Bae Seul Gi finally woke up!! Get your over here!!

Yunho: Bwoh!! ne! (smile) Bae Seul Gi, please wait for me

Hospital:

Yoona: yah Bae Seul Gi, I was so worried about you

Bae Seul Gi: mian-hae, at least I'm awake now

Yoona: that's true (Yunho barge in)

Yunho: Bae Seul Gi!!!!!!!! (hug her tightly and she was happy) BOGOSHIPOYO!!!

Bae Seul Gi: Yunho oppa..I miss you too 

(she was crying gladly that she trust Yunho and will always be by his side)

Yunho: I will never leave you..I'll be here with you

Bae Seul Gi: Yunho oppa, gwenchana? you look pale

Yunho: I haven't ate anything ever since the surgery

Bae Seul Gi: BWOH!!! yah!! go eat right now!! 

(he ignore her and just hug her tightly)

Yunho: I don't want to!

Bae Seul Gi: GO!

Yunho: no! (acting cute) no

Bae Seul Gi: okay, I won't talk to you

Yunho: Bae Seul Giiiii, unniiiii, talk to meee 

(Yunho was acting cute as Bae Seul Gi ignore him, smiling)

Yunho: ah ah okay, I'll go eat then..I'll bring you some food

(Yunho went outside to eat and Bae Seul Gi found something on the desk)

Bae Seul Gi: omo, what's this? a gift?

Yoona: molla, open it

Bae Seul Gi: it's a letter and a cute teddy bear

Yoona: wah, is it from Yunho oppa

Bae Seul Gi: let's read it (open the letter)

Bae Seul Gi 

how are you doing? it's your Kim Bum Oppa

    I hope you're doing great. I heard that you had leukemia

be strong! Just letting you know about this

      I donate one of my grandfather's bone marrow to you

     I miss you and I hope we'll keep in touch in the future

       Take care of Yunho-sshi and be happy with him

      because I know he loves you dearly from his heart

Yoona: Bae Seul Gi..don't cry

(She heard a familar voice and look up)

Bae Seul Gi: Jaejoong oppa..Changmin oppa..Yoochun oppa..Junsu oppa..komawo

Changmin: we're your guardian angels

Bae Seul Gi: komawo..(Yunho came in)

Yunho: and I am your prince charming..my princess 

(he went and hug her and she let out all her tears)
