I was thinking that you have a kind of teaser in chapter "The Pain and The Past 2". I'm still curious about the secret that Yonghwa keep from Seohyun, but the next chapter doesn't explain about that. Probably you can put that in your next update. Just suggestion though..

liwayway : In this story, yes Hyun is a doctor and the hospital is owned by her family. the reason why Yong use another name is because he felt guilty for Hyun bcoz of the separation before. he also want Hyun to accept him as the one he know before.. Not a celebrity. This is because Hyun, in this fic, really love CNBLUE and her fav is Yonghwa himself. therefore to suit his plan he change his appearance and use his another name , DANIEL when with Seohyun...
