The voice was loud. "Wait. She's alive!" The singular voice called out for the others in the room to understand. Hyera on the other hand only heard a jumbled up version of constonants and vowels but before she had a chance to process more voices flooded her senses.   "&/%%" "@#\|:!" "@#\!" "&:':&!"   The sounds were becoming overwhelming and making Karma's head hurt. Calm, focus on the language. She made her ears listen closer, realizing it to be the 'Korean' language. Having a long life meant lots of time and she divulged into learning things in her spare time. She listened once again, this time with the small feeling of being nudged and shaken.    "Miss!" "Hyera!" "Hye!" "Ma'am!"   It was weird being in a human body. The sounds of everything, the lights shining through her eyelids, the feeling of the blood rushing through her veins, of the cold air on the outside. A distinct smell of... something that she couldn't tell exactly what it was. Everyhing was overloading her senses and so the first thing she did was try to speak. opening just a little and as she tried to find words to say nothing came out.    This isn't what I wanted! I didn't want to fall into someone's life, I wanted to learn my own.    Sighing internally she went to speak again but couldn't, deciding to try a new route she went to open her eyes until the flood of light blinded her making her wince.    "The light. The light may be bothering her. Dim it, will you Hongbin?"   It was a woman that spoke. The timbre in her voice made her seem older compared to the younger man who replied with a swift yes. After a moment or two Karma tried again. Her eyes slowly opening, wincing just a bit before adjusting to everything around her.  To one side was a man with a white coat on. His hair was swept over but he looked to be in his mid thirties. Next to him was a woman in what appeared to be a pink version of the undergarbs the man had on. On the other side was an older man and woman, both dressed in business attire. Both had a little bit of gray appearing in their hair and the finest of wrinkles on their skin. And finally, at the foot of the bed was a young gentleman walking forward dressed in casual formal attired. His hair had a pinkish hue to it and his eyes were both wet and bright. A small smile laid on his lips and above all things he seemed to be clutching onto something that looked like a small chain. The older woman was the first to speak again.    "Oh Hyera... we thought we lost you."   Karma laid there. Hyera must be this girl's name. And so as she laid there, Karmalia tried to speak again managing to get a small croak out before the words filtered out softly. "I.. I'm not.."   "Not.. not what? Can you speak of dear?"    She sighed before trying again. "I'm not.. Hyera."   It was in that moment that Karma really saw them because at this moment they were frozen in time and it was if she could see how they've lived. Hyera's father had a darker light than the others whereas her mom was only a little bit lighter. But this boy, Hongbin. He was the brightest. Not bright like a light, but bright like a warm glow. Maybe I still have some of my talents - to see the good in others. That was the only possible explanation for her seeing these lights and as she went to think more on this she was interrupted by the younger man's hand reaching out to touch hers.    "Hyera, are you saying you don't remember me?"   "I..I'm saying I'm not Hyera... but.. you're Hongbin. The woman called you that."   Conflicted feelings stirred in Hongbin. His heart racing in excitement and fear. Hyera - or not Hyera - was dead seven minutes ago. And here she is alive. Despite her saying she's not herself - she knows his name. But, that being said, she doesn't remember her own parents. He spoke up softly. "Hye.. that's your mom and dad."  Turning his head to nod his regards to Mr. and Mrs. Shin he tried his hardest to not look too long at their hurting faces. It was only when she turned back did he see that Hyera was trying to get up with her arms wobbling. In a swift movement his arms latched underneath her, helping her sit upright. Stunned, Karma sat there.   "T..t..thanks." She whispered, unsure of how to react.    Hongbin simply shook his head as if to say 'no worries' before staying silent for a moment. "These are you parents. If you say you're not Hyera... who are you?"   Karma was quick to think over this. She couldn't say she wa
