Story teaser:

"Hyesung?" I called. "Hyesung! Come here boy!" I made my way through the apartment to find him lazying around on the couch. "Hyesung?" I called again. I was certain he heard me. There he was, ignoring me again. I came to stand right in front of him. "Hyesung! Answer when I call you atleast, you can talk you know?" He looked up at me uncaring and then closed his eyes to nap on the sofa. "Hyesung!" I shook him this time.

"Don't touch me!" he hissed, glaring at me. "You can come find me yourself, why should I come when you call? Am I a dog?" Then he did the most logical thing a cat would do - he the back of his hand - except that he was not a cat anymore.

"DON'T YOURSELF!" I roared at him, making him start and scramble off the sofa in alarm.

"Don't scream at me! And why should I not? I've always done it." He tried himself again but I grabbed his wrist.

"You're human, you're not an animal anymore." I paused. "You want to shower right? Come on, I'll help you shower." I looked at him intently.

"Oh that pool thing you dip yourself into?" he said again, eyes narrowing in suspicion.

"Yes, and it's a bathtub," I said. "I'll show you how to use it so you can do it yourself next time." With that, I pulled him up. First he followed obediently but then he stopped dead in his tracks. "What?" I said.

"You're going to put me in water and rub that nasty foam thing on me like you usually do to yourself right?" he asked, uncertain. Instead of answering his question the first thought that came to my mind was...

"YOU'VE BEEN PEEKING ON ME WHILE I WAS SHOWERING?!" I yelled in outrage as I looked at the man in exasperation. The fact that he was taller than me and had a 'IDGAF' attitude did not help much.

"You always put me there on the chair beside while you were in there, you idiot," he said coldly. Oh right, I forgot that he had been a cat until a while ago. "I am your cat, duh..."

"Yes, which is why I'm gonna give you a shower," I smiled widely as I pulled him towards the bathroom.

"I don't want to!" he exclaimed as he started struggling with me. Again, the fact that he was a fully grown man almost twice my size didn't help much.

"Well, I should congratulate you, keep going like this and you'll find yourself winning a scholarship in no time," Eric was saying in that deep voice of his as he gazed at me.

"Well, it's all thanks to you - " I started but was quickly interrupted.

"Oh? Who is that? Your friend? Cousin?" Eric asked as he looked behind me. I froze in horror. I had told him to stay inside when Eric would come, why would he suddenly show up. I turned my head just in time to see Hyesung striding ever-so-gracefully across the living room while glaring daggers at Eric.

"Go back in, go back in," I was mouthing at him but the stupid cat never listened, as usual.

"Well, yeah..." I stammered, trying to find an explanation. My voice trailed off as Hyesung sat on the couch and put his head on my lap as his arm possessively wrapped around my waist, not before hissing at Eric. Eric opened his mouth in exasperation and then closed it again, too shocked to speak.

I had never felt so embarassed my whole life...

I dropped my pen; somehow the air had become too cold to study in. A cold breeze was flowing into the room. Maybe Hyesung had opened the window? I left my work and went in the corridor to check. There, a sight out of the ordinary unfolded in front of me. There was Hyesung, a leg over the sill of the wide open window.

"Don't!" I screeched as he tried jumping out. " Human beings cannot jump that high! You'll die!" With that, I hauled him back inside and shut the window. "Don't ever try that again!"

Without a word, he turned around and went down the stairs, leaving me sitting there in exasperation.

I was tired...so tired... As soon as I wrapped myself in the sheets and closed my eyes, I felt a weight drop beside me. I opened my eyes to see Hyesung's eyes staring right at me. I backed away, startled.

"What is it?" I asked, eyes narrowed. He was sulking.

"You never cuddle with me, you never pet or kiss me anymore..."

"Well, that is - before you were not..." I barely had the time to explain myself that he was already on top of me, bringing his lips to mine. "Wait! No! Dont'!" I struggled desperately as I tried to get as far as possible from him.

I sniffed as I sat on the couch, trying to gather myself. This was so unsettling, this was not normal. This was too much for me.

"What's wrong?" Hyesung said as he came in the room. "Why are you crying? Did anyone say anything to you? Who should I kill?" He knelt in front of me and tried prying my hands from my face. I could not take this anymore.

"JUST TURN BACK INTO A CAT ALREADY!!! I HATE YOU! YOU'RE NOT NORMAL!!!" As soon as I screamed them, I regretted my words. Hyesung backed away abruptly, as if he had just received a slap on the face. Before I could catch his hand, he silently slid away and then stormed out of the house. The slamming of the front door was the last thing I heard.

A/N: Inspired from Shinhwa's 'Cat' from 'WE' album. Hyesung is not even my bias, but did you see the recent performances? Man is Y!!!

I know I have to update my other story but this seriously could not wait!^^ I have exams to study for and ShinVoting but I really wanted to post this. I will update this on a regular basis together with SDLV. This won't be as long hopefully. Sorry if this has any ressemblance to any other idea or story. I've never read anything like this and was totally inspired from the song. I apologize in advance if the plot has any similaries with anything else.
