Day 2!
My Copenhagen Diet Experience!Hey guys! The second day is here and it's time to log!
Menu:
breakfast - 1 hard boiled egg white, half a yolk (too hungry to just go for the white--) half a grapefruit (switching to pink did not make it any better) and a cup of m+l green tea!
Lunch - 2 hard boiled egg whites, a slice of white toast, the other half of my grapefruit and a cup of delicious m+l green tea~
Dinner - beef steak, and a vegetable salad like my one yesterday~ I put too much balsamic vinegar on yesterday???just a dash is good enough!
Workout?
Today I did a basic arm workout, some exercises to tone my waist and Tiffany's leg workout (is it a workout, is it a game, who knows? It's fun!)
Stats -
neck - 33cm (-1cm from previous)
waist - 82cm (-5cm from previous)
hips - 92cm (-5cm from previous)
and yes I measured myself after doing the same things, eating the same amount at the same time both days and wow? Immediate results much,.. I feel good! Very good in fact, I feel like it's all working for me.
