Day 1!

My Copenhagen Diet Experience!

Day 1

The meal plan:

Breakfast - 3 hard boiled egg whites, 1 white grapefruit, 1 banana (in place of toast), mango and lychee flavoured green tea (because I can't handle coffee - note: this is what I mean by green tea, and it's the only flavour I drink) 
Lunch - 2 hard boiled egg whites, 1 toast (can be substituted with a banana) , m+l flavoured green tea
Dinner - 3 hard boiled egg whites, lettuce and cucumber salad topped with balsamic vinegar (or lemon) - I also included yellow peppers and spinach: delicious!

 

as for exercise, today I went on a long, brisk walk. It took me about one hour total, walking a total three miles which is awesome, and I got to explore the city which is great. It also helped me feel energised! 

 

Well so far so good, no health setbacks: in fact I feel really good. The house smells a little eggy though... I have a minor headache but that could be too much YouTube but hey~ I'll also post my stats which are embarrassing but hey. Let's see if this works! 

 

Current weight: 64kg

Neck: 34cm

Waist: 87cm

Hips: 97cm

 

so let's see if that improves! 

 

Note: last time I weighed myself was December so...maybe it's improved? I don't have scales right now so I won't be logging my weight, but yeah! I hope this is useful, please comment below! Let's keep each other motivated! 

 

My my total calorie intake today was: 515 calories, 128 burned by exercise!
