Happy birthday to Red Velvet's Teddy Bear, Kang Seulgi. She's like my number one bias right before Soojung. This is a reply letter from Jongin after the prequel of Love, Seulgi. The title is because I don't want to ruin their skinny love feelings. They may like each other but they won't know that (hah, evil me). I wish her the very best and I will support her because I love her ever since her pre-debut days. She's so special and I like her in Red Velvet. I'm so anticipating their comeback and let's hope for the best! /I really hope that Jongin wish her a happy birthday because he better be.
