"When are you going back? Why so urgent?" I asked.

"I dont know Youngji, mom wanted us to be with her in Hongkong. I cant say no."

Sadness filled my face. He's my only friend, my protector, my bestfriend. I cant imagine myself walking to school without Jackson walking beside me. I cant imagine doing sleep overs without him.

"Dont be sad, Youngji. I'll be back." He grabbed my hand. "And promise me you wont replace me."

"Replace you for what? --or for who?"

"I mean dont treat someone the way you treated me and do all the things we've done with them. What's ours is ours only, okay?"

Here comes Jackson Wang again. The selfish boy i've met. My one and only best friend.

"Selfish." I laughed while slightly pulled his hand and hugged him.

"Promise?" I raised my head and look at him.

"Promise? Promise what?"

"Promise me you will be back. Promise that you will contact me and promise me I will still be your bestfriend."

He smiled. Those smile. Im going to miss it.

"Of course. You idiot."

He kissed my forehead.

"Jackson!" Jackson's brother, Jason shouted. "Hurry! Dad is in the car already!"

Jackson pouted and slowly looked at me with a sad face.

"I need to go."

I nodded. He is slowly walking away from where I stand and I called him for the last time.

"..and promise me that you will take care of yourself." A tear fell from my eye. Jackson run towards me and gave me a hug. A very long hug. And i will surely miss that.

He ran towards the car and I saw him enter. The car is slowly getting far until I cant see it anymore.

I took a deep breath.

"Goodbye, Jackson. See you soon."
