Whenever he was asked how much he loved him. He stayed quit.

Not because he didn’t knew the answer. He didn’t knew how to explain it.

He was always good with words but this he didn’t knew how to describe as.

It didn’t feel like butterflies in his stomach.
Not a hitch in his throat.
Not a sting in his chest.
Not a mess in his head.
Not even a pleasurable pain in his legs.

No.

It felt like his stomach was turned upside down; ready to vomit all his feelings out.
His throat was burning with every breath.
His chest was nothing, as if his heart didn’t beat anymore.
His head was itching, as if someone pinned something in his brain.

And his legs.

He didn’t have them anymore.

He always wondered how he could be loved.

How he was able to love.

After coming back from that place, he was alone. His friends dead or missing, just like his legs.

At least he got a medal of honor.

But he stopped loving a long time ago.

When he realized everything he once loved was to be taken away.

Until he met him.

Eyes sparkling with joy.
A smile bright as the sun.
and he moved just how he used to be able to before.
Dancing as if no one was watching.

He wished he was able to dance again. To feel the rhythm in his bones, his muscles, his veins.

But he couldn’t.

As time passed and strangers became friends. Friends became lovers.

He suddenly remembered what it felt like again.

To be loved.

To love someone.

He missed his legs sometimes. But less and less.

As his love deepened the pain slowly disappeared.

He became able to fly with the help of Hoseok.

And Jimin was never happier to be able to love again.
