‘My goodness! where the hell are they!?! they promised to help me today, but they didn’t even text even just a blank message. it’s already 4 pm and still I can’t start cooking because I’m waiting for them. it’s ok if Kyuhyun didn’t come because that brat will just bring trouble. but Minnie?? I desperately need him today!. ‘

I was busy panicking when the ringtone of my phone fill the whole room.

“ yah! Cho Kyuhyun! where the hell are you? you promised to help me!” I yelled at him, didn’t even give him the chance to say ‘hello’.

“ Wookie, I’m sorry but something came up. I was on my way there when manager hyung blocked my way, saying that there’s an urgent schedule for all of us today. I swear, if I could I will go there but I can’t escape here. I’m really sorry.” he said pleadingly. I can feel his sincerity so I easily forgive him. and even I got mad at him that won’t help me finish my cooking.

“ so I’ll cook all this food by myself?”I sigh

“ I’m really sorry, Wookie. I swear I didn’t plan this.”

“ it’s ok”

“ I’ll just drop by there later to get the foods.”

“ ok. what time?”

“ maybe 8”

“ ok, be safe”.

“ thanks, bye”

after our conversation, I start moving like a tornado. I still have 4 hours to cook all the food and I guess  that time is already enough.

 it’s already 6:30 and I finished all the foods needed except for one. I feel nervous again.

“ why sungmin is not calling or texting me. I can’t cook that food!”  I exclaimed to myself. I take a rest for a while because it’s really tiring cooking for 2 and a half hours straight. I was thinking of what will I do if Sungmin didn’t show up when my phone ring again. my face lightened up when I see it’s Sungmin. I hurriedly answer the call.

“ hey Minnie, where are you? im almost done with all the food except for the food that is  assigned to you,” I said .

“ Wookie, I’m sorry. “ he started and I feel more nervous. ‘ don’t tell me he can’t come too’  I thought.

“ why?”  I asked nervously.

“ I catch a fever yesterday and mom won’t let me come over there. she said my fever is high and maybe you could understand my situation. ‘ he said and cough.

‘ ! I’m doomed’

I didn’t answer because I m still  shocked to his news.

“ wookie, are you still there? are you mad? if you want I’ll go there now. I think my fever is not that high and mom is just exaggerating,” I was back to reality when I heard him cough again.

“ no. don’t ever come in here.” I said sternly.

“ Wookie are you mad? I swear I didn’t plan on catching a fever yesterday,” he said almost plead.

“ I’m not mad because you will not be able to help me. I’m mad because you’re not taking care of yourself. did you already take your  medicine? did you already eat? I will go there after I finish cooking this last dish. and I swear I’ll give you a hard punch. you deserve it anyway.,” I said with my worried sound voice. I’m really worried about him.  I don’t like the idea of having my friends or family sick and I’m not there to take care of them.

“ yeah. I already ate and I already take my medicine. and don’t come here. you might be sick too if you come near me. I’ m already guilty that I didn’t fulfill my promise of helping you to cook and I will feel more guilty if  you got infected too. so just stay put there. I’ll be ok here and mom is here to take care of me. besides it’s just  a fever nothing serious.” he said calmly.

“ yah! how can you say that it’s nothing serious? it’s still a fever.” I yelled at him didn’t care if he has a fever or not.

“ ok, don’t shout I’m not deaf. I’ll take care of myself ok? so don’t worry. just do what you have to do. Good luck and I’m really sorry.”

“ ok, you’re forgiven. please take care of yourself. don’t forget to take your medicines ok.” I remind him again.

“yeah, you’re like my mom.” he said teasing me.

“ whatever, Lee Sungmin.”

“ok, bye Wookie. Love you!” he said and before I could answer, he already cut the line.

I sigh again and said:

“ you can do this Wookie, hwaiting!”

I look at the wall clock and it’s already 7 pm. 1 hour to go. And I start cooking the food I fear to cook.

“ ok! that’s all for today. good job guys !” Eunhyuk complimented.<
