CHAPTER 9:was it just me or is taemin convincing...?

THE PRESS CONFERENCE-.-

you sat beside taemin and cameras took snapshots of you both.

"so did you forced him to marry you?"
"are you going to jail for indecent behaviour to a young teen?"
"do you think you can get away just because youre the most powerful woman?"

questions were lashed out rudely without a care.
you winced hearing that comment.it somehow hurt your feelings.
taemin realise your tension and gripped your hands tighter.
you slowly calmed down and answered everything in your usual business-like manner.

"i didnt force him..."
"i am most definitely not going there since I didnt went against any violations.eventhough we are legally married,I never once did anything indecent towards him."
"I dont think i can get away with this.we had tried to keep this under covers.taemin-gun was engaged to me before his debut days but i dont think people will understand our confusing situation.people will view me in a different way now..."

some reporters nodded at her answer while taemin rubbed her thigh to relax her.
this was after all,his and your first time going out to the public with your status known.
even your wedding rings need not be kept in drawers or bags no longer.

menawhile,taemin noticed the guys plodded their way through the door quietly.
onew gave a wink as the rest gave a thumbs-up sign.
the had done bribing the security guard to leave his spot.
taemin waited for the moment.
one reporter need to ask the 'question' that will lead to the big 'act'.

"so taemin-gun,you do know that your fans will hope for a divorce right?"

onew is sure smart and psychic...
clearing his throat,the plan is in action.

"WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU ALL?cant you just give us your blessings?!"he cried,tears coming out of his eyes.

so far,the acting lessons paid off.
you just looked at him baffled.
you had no clue of what was happening since you were asleep that day.

"you know what?dont hate her...hate me.I love her with all my soul.if you dont accept us...fine.maybe god will."

with that,taemin marched out of the room.
you just stood frozen then tailed after him.
reporters all tagged after.
taemin was going somewhere....where?

soon,everyone end up at the rooftop.

"taemin ah!!get down!!"yelled jonghyun.

the guys tried to stop him from pulling taemin since one wrong move will send taemin to his doom.

taemin stared down from the sixth storey.
sure enough,fans were there screaming at him to not be stupid.

"taemin ah...dont leave me alone!!"you sobbed.

reporters were trying to persuade taemin to step down.

"NO!!YOU ALL dont want to accept OUR marriage!!what is wrong with being thankful that im married to the most beautiful and nicest person on earth?"taemin boomed aloud;audible enough for the fans to hear.

key grabbed you by the waist to not head over to him.
you were scratching his arms to make him let you go but key supress the pain.

"taemin ah!!I LOVE YOU!!DONT DO THIS!!"you begged to him.

from the distance,taemin gave a thankful smile.

'any minute now...'onew thought.

true enough,it happen.

"OPPA!!!DONT WORRY!!WE WILL GIVE YOU OUR BLESSINGS!!WE SWEAR!!IF IT MAKES YOU HAPPY!!JUST DONT DO THIS!!NOONA IS SO LUCKY TO GET YOU!!"declared the shawol fans from below.

minho tried to hide a smirk as he hid his face in jonghyun's back.

"if the fans are ok...us too,"announced one of the press people.

taemin gave a sigh.he wiped the last of his tears and slowly get down.
you went over to give him a tight hug.

"lee taemin...never do that,"you said.

taemin kissed the crown of your head and nodded.
the reporters cant do anything negative now...the fans have his back.

you head back to shinee's dorm with them.
they all told you about the plan during the ride.
you gave them a long lecture about playing with your feelings.
after a while,things became peaceful.
taemin rest his head on your shoulder as you pat his hand.

"im somehow glad we did that plan.if not,you wouldnt have easily declared your love for me in front of people,"taemin cooed.

you let out a nervous laugh then sighed.

"i have always told you that i love you.whats the difference?anyway,weren't you afraid of heights?how can you actually brave yourself and stand at the edge of the building?"

with that,taemin gave you a quick peck and grinned happily.

"because my love for you is greater than my fears."

you gave a slight blush.
lee taemin is one hell of a cheesy guy.
but still...he is your husband,eventhough he's young,cute,manly,innocent and a ert.
that was why you love him...
...
and would be willing to wait another 2 more years for him to be legal XD
