A vampire is a demon who consumes blood of humans or animals for nourishment. Sometimes a human who has been bit by a vampire will transform into a vampire themselves. Vampires have a fear of anything holy, garlic, and the sun. Vampires have a child-like mentality, as they are unable to enter places or do certain things without permission.
WEREWOLVES (1/-)
A werewolf, also known as a lycanthrope is a human with the ability to shapeshift into a wolf or a therianthropic hybrid wolf-like creature, either purposely or after being placed under a curse or affliction.
Demons (0/-)
a malevolent spirit or devil, especially one thought to possess a person or act as a tormentor in hell. Demons are mostly incorporeal but they posses the power to shapeshift into any corporeal being.
Witch/warlock (3/-)
wtches and warlocks are humans with the ability to use magic for their gain and practice witchcraft or sorcery. a few powerful watches/warlocks are also known to possess 'the sight', an ability to look into the future.
shadowhunter (4/-)
Shadowhunters, also known as Nephilim, are a secretive race of beings who are humans born with angelic blood. They are the appointed warriors on Earth of the Angel Raziel. They are appointed specifically to control and preside over the Shadow World, as well as over the demons and Downworlders who inhabit it.
hybrids (3-)
hybrids are the offspring of two races of different species or varieties. they yield to neither side of their mixed heritage and are known to possess the powers from both sides of their bloodline.
such as, vampire-human hybrids are vampires that possesses beating hearts, may eat human food and can walk in daylight.

humans are regular human beings with no supernatural powers or special abilities which makes them unique compared to the otehr supernatural creatures in the academy. they are the neutral side in every supernatural-species war. they are protected from other students by charms and protection spells.

students under the mage major are trained in mastering the highest forms of magic and spells. they are the most highly skilled in magic in the academy.

>> Protective magic (warding) – wards to defend oneself and others
>> Projective magic (spellcasting) – charms and curses
>> War Magic – intended to develop military-grade sorcerers
>> Mentalist magic – magic including mental projection, shielding, telepathy and mental compulsion
>> Divining – attempting to determine the future. Very few people have any talent for it at all, but the school tests everyone, hoping to find another full-blooded oracle to help them
