Kwon Ji Yong  is one of the best and well known cardiologist  in Korea and Dara is a nurse?!  Whoah!  Wait a minute…haha! Back to my senses. Anyway..let me give you a summary of this story.Dara came from a family of artists and they own the top talent agency in Korea but she chose a path of being a nurse because of her first love (who is he?).  On the other hand, Ji Yong came from a family of elite doctors and follows their path.

One day, they were both assigned in the emergency department. Dara likes  Ji Yong a lot especially when she saw how he warmly talks to his patients while having his rounds. It was the time then that she realized that she wanted a husband and that is Ji Yong. She started to make her first move and that is to impress him. Along the way, she made a bad move...a really bad move. Because of that wrong move,  Ji Yong  saw her incompetence and impulsiveness  in the area and he labeled her as “epinephrine girl” because of that incident (what would that be?). From that point, he always calls Dara’s attention and finds faults in everything she does. His day was never complete without seeing her “not again!” expression.

On Dara’s part, she’s really pissed whenever Ji Yongs calls her attention and makes everything difficult for her but her feelings for him even became stronger. How ironic! 

…but what if something happens?  Park Jin Young’s  (Dara’s Father) highest paid artist who signed a “million dollar” contract for a cosmetic company suddenly vanished and eloped with her boyfriend. Now she’s nowhere to be found and the company will file a lawsuit against the agency. Dara's father negotiated with the said company and an agreement was made. They will not file the case unless they replace her with a “goddess-like” natural beauty who is only SANDARA PARK. They won’t accept any suggestion or recommendation because they only want Park Jin Yong’s daughter to be their endorser. Dara opposed the idea but later gave up and agreed with the company and was forced to resign from her work.

Ji Yong starts to realize his feelings for Dara. How will he tell her? Would Dara’s father approve him? Dong Yong Bae (aka Taeyang) appears in the picture as a highly valued endorser of the company whom Dara will be paired to and who was mistaken to be her boyfriend . How will Ji Yong manage his responsibilities as a doctor and at the same time winning the heart of the girl he wants to be with? What will he choose? His career or his girl?
