“Some DREAMS are so powerful they become REAL…”

“My greatest FEAR is to lose someone I LOVE…”

Foreword

“Run Aye! Run!” shouted the man with great beard which almost covered half of his face. “Go! Do as I say!” he swung his blade in the air, tearing up a giant scorpion’s tail.

“But father, I can’t leave you here al—”

“Just go!” the man ran towards the chaos, screaming.

The entire land was burning. Even the finest and bravest warriors were on fire as they fight.

And now, her father just went in through that blazing ocean where monsters alike keep on coming out from Bugaboo’s scattered pollens.

“Father!” she yelled at the top of her lungs. And then tears welled up in her eyes, sobbing. “Father…” murmured she.

A huge snake suddenly flashed in Aye’s sight but she was too swift for that ferocious beast to even lay a fang on her. She abruptly twisted her hips clockwise, dragging her upper body as her arms are perpendicularly raised on both sides. Her right two fingers pointed above the shaded heavens. And then within a millisecond, lightning struck the predator, just at the same time when directed her fingers at it.

The grilled meat has been a festive dinner for the vultures in the land.

Yet another one came which she sliced in half. Followed by another one… and another… and another.

Aye thought of slaying them all. But there was too many of them.

She has to decide; whether to fight and die or run and live.

At one moment, she heard her father calling out. “Aye! Live! My daughter, you should live! Go! Live for Aeon!”

She never saw where her beloved father was, yet she knew deep in her heart… it was him. “Long live Aeon…” she muttered.

Into the woods, she ran forth. Planning to go anywhere but the waters. It was her weakness, her greatest fear, is be into any huge body of water.

Aye stopped as soon as she reached the end of the land even before realizing that she was actually trapped between the numerous monsters behind and the wide river upfront.

She took a step backwards when Bugaboo surprisingly appeared from the river, splashing the water which rained on the surface.

Bugaboo—the monster of all monsters—that’s how describes it.

The warrior saw her reflection on Bugaboo’s big round golden yellow eyes.

Its iris moved, eyeing directly on Aye.

For some instance, the enemy was still. Not even a blink was done.

Aye was an observant warrior amongst all the Aeonian warriors. She isn’t the type of fighter who does the first move. Neither an aggressive one. Because for her, to surprise the enemy is the key to victory.

So she waited for Bugaboo’s move.

Not until a soft growling sound echoed from its throat.

She held onto her sword tighter and prepared herself in a fighting stance.

The growling becomes louder from time to time.

And when Aye was about to attack, Bugaboo opened up its mouth and vacuumed everything thereof—the trees, the soil, the little monsters, including Aye.
