"Damn, that lady was literally carrying her whole bank account with her!"

Waddup. My name's Hwang Eunae. I'm 19, turning 20 next year. My life has its ups and downs but I'm doing fine. I'm still living and breathing. And I may have a couple of criminal records on me, but the cops just aren't aware of it yet.

Right now I'm in the middle of counting this one lady's 'pocket change'- money in which I guiltlessly pickpocket. If you haven't guessed it then you must be slow; my crime is pickpocketing. Hey, don't judge me. I need money for food and also to make a living. They say its survival of the fittest, and this is my interpretation of it.   I wasn't always like this, nor did I always live like this. You see, I kind of had problems that just led to me living my life like this. At the age of 10 I saw my dad beat my mother. At the age of 12 my dad started beating me. At the age of 13 I ran away from home. From that time onwards I lived on the streets, in abandoned cars and buildings, until I came upon an old unused factory. This is now my home, the only home I'll ever know. I don't need my loving mother. I don't need an abusive father. I don't need anyone. Just me...   Enough with this of the past. Just know that I wasn't that cute little girl back then who didn't know how to throw a fist. Mess with me and I may just about clobber you- I had to learn that the hard way. Tucking the money into my bra, I got up and started getting ready for work. Yeah, I work. It's no place big, just a little convinence store about a mile's walk from here. I really like the place though, because the halmeoni who owns the place is really nice to me.   I'm surprised I can still keep walking back and forth from home to work and vice versa. I'm tired as ! But I guess it's a good thing that I do keep walking, y'know for training; don't want to be caught in a failed attempt when running away from my pick pocketed victims.   "Aigo~! Eunae-ah, you're here so early. You're shift doesn't start till 6:00."   I smiled gently. "It's fine halmeoni. I know you need extra help around here, and I had nothing to do so I came early."   "Aigo, our Eunae is so thoughtful," halmeoni said as she walked to the back of the store.   I smiled thoughtfully. What halmeoni said is half true. I do know that she needs extra help, and I did have nothing to do; but I mainly came early because I get paid extra. I guess I was kissing up to her in a way, but not in a bad way. After all, halmeoni is the only motherly figure I have now.     Hours flew by like nothing. Maybe because there were so many customers today. But then again ever since I started working here, there had been more business- according to halmeoni.   "It's your beauty that gets there attention," she would say.    Hul~! If only I can see that beauty. I mean, I have a nasty mouth, a nasty attitude, I'm violent,
