Poignant Memories

Description

I saw him there. Sitting beside a pond like a lost kid. Clinging to his luggage like it's the only thing he has left. He was pouting out at nothing. I took one cautious step towards where he is, only to stumble back when his head turned around suddenly, his eyes locking on mine. A smile  stretched across his lips, and he stood up, heading towards me with quick, eager steps. He stopped at an arm's length away and offered a hand, introducing himself.
 
Here I am meeting him for the first time. Again.
