“I don’t know what I’m going to do,” Jinyoung said, shaking his head. “I didn’t know it would turn out this badly. I had no idea Youngjae would react like this.”

“It means that he likes you,” Jaebum said with a sigh. “Youngjae likes you and you were too stupid to realize it. Now you might not ever be able to be with him.”

“You’re just making it worse,” Jinyoung said, glaring at his older roommate.

“How we go talk to Jimin, okay?” Jaebum suggested. “I heard his friends are trying to become idols, so he’s probably in the dance room with them.”

“Jimin won’t want to see me,” Jinyoung said with a frown. “No one wants to see me after what I did.”

“Let’s just go, you big baby,” Jaebum said, rolling his eyes. “If you want to fix things with your best friend, then you need to fix things with his boyfriend.”

Jaebum then dragged Jinyoung out of their dorm, leading him to the dance room he knew where Namjoon and his friends usually were. Everyone knows who Namjoon and his friends are. The year before Namjoon had three best friends, one who was a freshman like he was and one who was a sophomore and one who was a junior. This year three new boys moved in to the room with Namjoon’s friend, Hoseok. With that being said, all seven of them must be pretty close now.

As Jaebum thought, Namjoon was in the room, teaching his new younger friends in a dance. Jaebum walked into the room, bowing to Namjoon and causing the boy to stop his lessons. Jaebum told Jinyoung to stay outside for a little bit as he went further into the room. The seven boys stared at him as he made his way over to Namjoon. He could tell that Jimin looked very upset and out of it.

“Im Jaebum,” Namjoon said, nodding at Jaebum. “How are you doing?”

“I’m good,” Jaebum said, giving the boy a small smile. “I have someone here who wants to talk to Jimin, if that’s okay.”

“If it’s Youngjae, I don’t want to see him,” Jimin said, shaking his head with tears in his eyes.

“Why are you mad at Youngjae?” Jaebum asked, turning on the boy. “He didn’t do anything. It’s not his fault Jinyoung yelled at you. Youngjae is really upset. He literally hates Jinyoung right now for what he did.”

“If anyone wants to talk to Jimin, he has to do so in here,” Namjoon said, sternly. “We’re not letting him go anywhere alone. Not in this state.”

“Fine,” Jaebum said, before going to the door and motioning for Jinyoung to come in.

“No, absolutely not!” Namjoon’s friend, Yoongi, cried. “No way will we let him even look at our Jimin.”

“Just hear me out, please,” Jinyoung said, dropping to his knees. “That’s all I ask for.”

“I-” Jimin whispered, shaking his head.

“Please,” Jinyoung said, quietly. “I’m so sorry for what I said. I was completely wrong, and I ruined my best friend’s happiness. I’m the one who is hurting him. I was just jealous and childish. I ruined things with my best friend, and I know you’re a good guy. Oh, Yugyeom made that very known. Please, I’m really sorry. I-”

“Come on, Youngjae!” a new voice cried, alerting everyone. “It’s not so hard to face him! You didn’t even do anything!”

“Bam Bam, Yugyeom, please,” they heard Youngjae whine, making Jinyoung panic.  

“Just get in here,” Yugyeom said, stepping into the room with his back to the others.

“I can’t right now. He doesn’t want to see me,” Youngjae said, sadly.

“Let’s go!” Yugyeom cried, yanking the boy into the room.

Everyone stared at Youngjae as he slowly looked around the room, seeing who was all inside. The second he saw Jinyoung on his knees, his eyes widened and he started shaking his head repeatedly, trying to back out of the room. Jinyoung’s heart broke at the scene. He wished his best friend wouldn’t avoid him like that. Yugyeom also turned around, with Bam Bam coming in right behind him. The whole room fell silent, no one daring to speak.
