Sharp gazes were at her. She could not count the pair of mad eyes staring at her as they overtly outnumbered the number of her fingers. She could clearly see that they are hungry to attack her with those baseball bats and hand knuckles they have with them. They surely are ready to kill her.

20. That’s Yoona’s estimation. Twenty toned girls are surrounding her as of the moment and they are absolutely sure to get rid of her any minute by now.

Their gang war started 15 minutes ago and she could see that some members of the other gang are already down—credit to her who has a very enduring stamina.

She has been fighting for a couple of minutes now and the upper corner of her left eye was already bleeding after one of the red-haired girls threw a very handful punch on her face. That girl immediately went unconscious after she did that to her, though. Thanks to her own reflex, she was able to nudge the incoming second attack and threw her fist right in front of the naughty girl’s face to give her a sound sleep till tomorrow.

“You really are strong Im but you’re weak now. You will never win against us. We still outnumber you!” one of the ladies who was clasping her hands tightly shouted. Instead of worrying, Yoona smirked devilishly that earned an irritated scoff from the girls.

“Oh yeah? Try me…” Yoona uttered confidently. She will not be called Him Yoong for nothing.

“You’re too arrogant Im Yoona!!” the leader of the gang exclaimed furiously before gesturing her members to start taking down the doe-eyed girl again.

The irritated girls went to attack Yoona and the rebellious angel easily dodged their attacks and hit them with her bare hands. She would sometimes be hit on her unguarded areas but she would just shrug off the pain and continue with the beating she was making to her opponents. After all, this was the reason why she fought this filthy people. She believed that pain should be faced with another pain so that eventually, pain will not be felt and it will go away. Wait, that doesn’t make any sense. Well, Yoona thinks, so does her life.

Seventeen… Eighteen… Nineteen…

“No! No… No please! Spare me!” begged the remaining girl who was already down on the floor, helpless without the others. She realized how strong this Im is and she struggled to save her life.

However, Yoona had enough of this . She is tired of this scenario. Every time she is about to hit the last woman standing in a gang, she will always be begged not to. The humane side of her tells her to just let them slip but when she does this, the latter will take advantage of her and attack her again. This time, she’ll not listen to her humane side and just finish this.

“Pp…Please!” the girl who was in the verge of crying blurted out but went knocked out right before she could utter more.

Yoona gazed coldly at the out cold bodies lying on the floor. The deafening silence took over the abandoned ware house where the gang and Yoona had conducted their riotous brawl a while ago. Yoona took this opportunity to exhale. She has been holding this since they have started and she was thankful it was already over.

RRIINNGG!!! RRRIIIINNNGGGG!!

“What’s up?”

“Where are you Yoong? The exam is going to start and our professor will be here any time soon…” the voice of a concerned midget was heard over the line and Yoona certainly knew who it was.

“Yah Yoong! Don’t screw up this time! You know that you already have a record on Mr. Lee and that oldie never forgives dude!” Hyoyeon snarled in addition to the midget’s worried voice.

Oh yes. Her two loud cousins Kim Taeyeon and Kim Hyoyeon never forgot to remind her that she is still a student and she shall never skip class no matter what. Yoona was thankful that she still got them. They are the only people left to remind her that she is still alive.

“Relax…I just went out to exhale. I’ll be there in 10 minutes.”

“Wait Yoo-”

TUUT. TUUT. TUUT.

The rebel angel dropped the call without giving Taeyeon another chance to yell at her and she smiled evilly when she pictured the midget’s possible expression right now.

Priceless. She thought.

But when she attempted to take a step forward, she felt a sudden ache on her right arm that resulted her to limp a bit. Oh yes. She recalled that she was pounded by a baseball bat earlier on the very spot where she felt pain and that she was oblivious of it until now.

Oh great.

Now she has to go to the clinic first before going to her room. But she knew that it’ll take time to get treated there and worse, the nurse might tell her to take a rest in the clinic and not allow her to attend class. She can be a rebel and she may not attend classes often but examination day is the very day when Im Yoona is never absent. Not even once she did that and this injury will not stop her from taking it even if it means having a hard time writing with this severed arm.

And with this, she went.
