"Don't leave me! Andwae!" Ya El shook the stiff body on the bed. "Oppa.. Jebal.. Illeona.." She cried harder when Hongbin did not open his eyes. "Doctor, please, save him!" She shouted at the doctor. The doctor shook his head and said, "I'm sorry, miss. We did our best already, miss." The doctor bowed and left. Ya El slumped to the ground, her hand holding Hongbin's left hand. 

"Oppa.. Why did you left me?" She talked in her cry. After a few seconds, she wiped her tears and stood up. Ya El stared at Hongbin's face, eyes closed, pale faced. She bent down and kissed his forehead for the last time. 

"Good bye, my love. Saranghaeyo. Wait for me up there." With that, her eyes turned dark and she fell to the floor.
