He nodded, understanding his orders. All the instructors thought about how they had in mind but only few clicked. They trained so many trainees, to think of one that was ready was difficult.

"So what about SM Rookies?" Greg asked out of curiosity.

"The majority are still very young," Charles gave a grin, "CEO has another plan for them. So yeah, just give a short list of who you think will be eligible."

"This is kind of sudden, don't you think?"

Charles chuckled, "Sudden is his style."

At a time like this, he felt it was appropriate to meet all of his idols to build relations. So he waited for all of them, and they knew better than to appear late. Soojoon looked at all the idols that were in front of him; how tired and sleep deprived they were. He wasn't a KPOP fan, but he saw how skinny many of them got.

"Hello, I am Lee Soojoon and I will be all of your CEO from this day on," he stated. "I know that 2014 was an awful year for each and everyone of you." He looked at EXO, "Members were lost," he looked at SNSD and Krystal, "and so was a very unforgettable sister to this company." He looked at TVXQ, "I am more than determined to make changes so we won't have to worry about losing our members to greed." He looked at f(x), "Each and every group will be equally and strongly recognized under my reign," then at Red Velvet, "and regardless of your time under SM Entertain, you will be recognize as a part of this team."

He looked at the managers, "From today on, schedules and practiced will not be heavily enforced unless it is of promotion. Each person is allowed at least 6-8 hours of sleep or more, unless there is a mandatory schedule to go to."

The managers took a mental note. The idols sighed in relief.

"To avoid another tragedy like Ladies Code, everyone is to wear their seatbelt at all time regardless of traffic conditions." He looked at all of them, still holding that stern face. "Each and every one of your lives matter to me and I cannot image losing any of you, so please do us all a favor and wear it. Is that clear?"

"Yes," they all said in unison.

"Dieting will still be managed but to a certain extent. If you are happy with your weight or your results, you may remain as you are. However if your managers, member, or I point out any significant weight gain, dieting and exercising will be enforced."

The idols talked amongst themselves.

"This guy's too good to be true."

"I give him a week."

"He seems honest."

"Wow they weren't kidding when they said he was hot."

Soojoon grinned, "Now that I have each and every one of you gathered around, I would like to announce a new group that I will be having."

Everyone stopped. The members of Red Velvet grew more attentive, feeling cheated. f(x) already knew that this group will sink them lower than they already were.

"The members have not been chosen yet, but I hope you all support them and treat them like a fellow member like SMTown usually does. If there are any questions or you just want to talk, you all are more than welcome than to enter my office." He bowed then left the large room.

"I like him," Luna said immediately.

"It's only because he's a attractive." Victoria said.

"I could see how he's like Lee Sooman-sshi," Taemin said with a nodding head.

"I just hope he keeps with his words," Jongin followed up.

"I shouldn't complain about the new group, should I?" Wendy mumbled.

Krystal slightly scoffed to herself, "How do you think we felt about you?"

Leeteuk cleared his throat before anythign serious would happen, "We should just trust that Lee Soojoon-sshi knows what he's doing. After all, he is the son of Lee Sooman and he seems very intelligent. I have a strong feelings about this guy. 2015 will be our company's comeback year. The best we can do is remain optimistic and welcome this new group with open arms."
