“What are you saying Chaerin?”Dara furrow her eyebrows at her wife, she keeps on looking to her then to the old lady standing beside her then she saw the lady walks towards her

 

“Come on Chaerin, stop joking around..”she said and smiled at her

 

“Don’t mind your wife, she really like to joke around sometimes..” Seoyeon said then Sandara looks at her wife, she saw her smile and then look down

 

“I’m sorry baby..”Chaerin said and went towards her, she hugs her tight while the latter is controlling every emotion she has inside her, she broke the hug and look straight at her

 

“Sorry If I scared you. Promise I won’t do it again..”Dara force a smile on her lips then look at the old lady again

 

“By the way she’s Mina-sshi, she’s one of mom’s friends..”Chaerin said and introduce the lady to her wife

 

“Nice to meet you Mina-shhi..”Dara answered and to her surprise, Mina hugs her tight and a bit longer

 

“It’s nice to meet you too Sandara..”she said and she looks at Chaerin, she broke the hug and smiles at her

 

“Ahm why don’t we go outside, I’m sure Darin is happy to see you..”Chaerin said and pull Dara gently

 

“No it’s okay Chaerin, I forgot that I need to meet a friend of mine who has a problem regarding their company and she wants my advice..”

 

“Just say hi to Darin, Mina-sshi..”Dara said

 

“Maybe next time Sandara and I hope that day everything is okay.. I have to go now..”she said and wave at the two, Chaerin calls their driver and told him to drop her off at the hotel. She waves her hand at her and closes the door but before she turn around to face her wife, she closes her eyes one more and took a deep breath

 

“Chaerin..”she heard her voice, she don’t know why she always trembles when she heard her calling her name

 

“Yes baby..”Chaerin answered still not turning around

 

“Are you okay?”this time Chaerin knows she needs to be strong in order for her to know everything, she turn around and smiles at her wife

 

“Of course baby, now let’s go. I think Darin is waiting for us at the back..”she said

 

 

 

 

 

SEOYEON’S POV

 

I am staring outside my window while staring at the bright lights illuminating the whole city of Manila, I want to rest for a while and have some sleep but everytime I close my eyes, all I can see is her face

 

I thought she’s dead. Sunhee said she’s already dead

 

I close my eyes and reminisce my days with Sandara, I love that little girl so much. She always makes me laugh and brighten up my day specially if she knows that I am not well. It broke my heart into million pieces the day we lost her, the day we lost our entire family. All i have left is Sunhee and now she’s dead, why am I not happy to know that Sandara is still alive?

 

‘Maybe because of what we did to Chaerin and her family. For making them live in lies all these years..’I whisper, I sit on the bed and starts to cry

 

‘If only I can turn back the hands of time, this won’t be happening. No one will get hurt, specially Chaerin and Dara..’ I open my bag which I threw on the floor the moment I went in, I took my wallet and opens it, a small smile formed on my lips as I saw the picture of Sunhee and Sandara

“Hey baby where are you?”Dara asked Chaerin that day, they are going to the mall and she’s been waiting for her

 

“Sorry baby, I helped Seungri-Oppa with something..”Chaerin answered, she’s almost running towards Sandara’s house

 

“It’s okay but hurry. I don’t want to miss the movie and I miss you so much..”Chaerin smiles and looks at the bouquet of flowers she’s holding

 

“I miss you more, Sandara. Give me 5 minutes and I’ll be there..”

 

“Okay, wait for me downstairs..”

 

“Sure baby, bye..”Chaerin ended the call, she can’t wait to see her because they’ve been busy with their studies these past few days. When she reach the Park Residence, she let herself in like she used to. She knocks on the door first and opens it, like what Sandara said to her, she wait patiently for her. Minutes pass by and Chaerin felt someone standing behind her and without a word, she felt two hands covering her eyes and kiss her on the cheeks, she then remove the hands on her eyes and furrow her eyebrows at her

 

“What do you think you’re doing, Sunhee?”Chaerin asked her, Sunhee was taken aback when she heard what Chaerin said

 

“How do you know it’s me?’she asked her

 

“I don’t know, I just felt it..”Chaerin answered and look at the stairs

 

“Where’s Sandara?”she asked her again

 

“Upstairs, she’s talking to mom..”Sunhee answered still looking at Chaerin

 

“Why are you looking at me like that?” Chaerin asked

 

“You know how much I like you Chaerin..”she answered

 

“Yeah but I think you do know who I love right?”

 

“Sandara is my twin and I can be like her..”

 

“You can never be like her Sunhee, so please stop doing this because I am not choosing you over her..”Chaerin moves back a little when she saw Sandara running down the stairs

 

“Hey baby!”Sandara said and kiss her on the cheeks

 

“Hello, this is for my lovely girlfriend..”Chaerin said and smiles, Sandara took the flowers and say thank you to her and notice that her twin is standing a few feet away from them

 

“We’re going out Sunhee. Wanna come?”Sandara asked her

 

“No, you two go ahead. I’ll be fine here..”she answered and left the two behind, the two lovers watch her walk-away

 

“What’s with your twin?”Chaerin asked her

 

“I don’t know but she likes to stay indoors than go malling. So let’s go?”

 

“Yup! After you my princess..”Chaerin said while Dara laughs

Seoyeon knows Sunhee’s feelings for Chaerin but she always reminds her that the latter is in love with her sister. She keeps on reminding Sunhee about Chaerin and Sandara but most of the time she’s not listening to her

 

‘I know what we did is not right even though Sunhee did that in order for Chaerin not to get hurt. I hope your memories will return Sandara and be with you one true love..’

 

 

 

 

 

 

EARLY THE NEXT MORNING

 

CHAERIN’S POV

 

I haven’t sleep the whole night, I keep on tossing and turning while thinking about something, I don’t want to cry anymore, I’m still confused on what’s the truth behind these things and even though I tried hard to search for an answer, I always failed. I am watching my wife and daughter reading books, I am at the kitchen having my coffee

 

“Hey sis, what’s your agenda for today?”I heard my brother asked me

 

“Uhm I need to finish something at the office then I’ll be back as soon as I can. I want to treat Sandara for dinner..”I answered and looks at him

 

“Wow! That’s good! Sandara needs to get out of this house once in a while and I know she won’t do that if you’re not with her..”

 

“I know that Oppa, so is it okay for you to baby sit Darin tonight?”

 

“Yep! Haeun will come home later, I think she promised the little girl that they will watch some cartoons..”

 

“Okay Oppa..”I sip on my coffee but I can tell that he’s looking at me

 

“What?”I asked when I look at him

 

“Nothing, nothing. I’ll see you later..”I nod my head at him and watch the two most important people in my life right now

 

I told my wife that I need to finish something at the office and she should be ready for our dinner date tonight, she doesn’t want me to go but I said I’ll be back as soon as I can. I am driving my car but the truth is I’m not going to my office; I just needed some time alone.  I step on the brakes when the light turns red, I need to think and relax my mind. I keep on staring at the papers I am holding while waiting for the light to turn green

 

‘I can’t take this anymore..’I whispered, I wish that someone will tell me everything I needed, Everything! I want answers; I need to know what really happened to her!

 

“!!!”I yelled, I hit the steering once and lean my forehead on it

 

“Why you did this to me? Why did you lie to me?”I asked though I know no one will answer my questions, I heard some honking at my back and I look up, the light turns green and it’s time for me to go, I wipe my tears and starts driving again. I was about to turn to the right when my phone rings, I parked my car on the side of the road so I can take the call

 

“Hello..”I said

 

“Ms. Lee?”I heard a voice on the other line

 

“Yes..”I answered

 

“Can you meet me at Rizal Park in 30 minutes?”

 

“Oh okay, I’ll be there..”

 

“Good. I’ll explain everything to you once you’re here..”I heard the call ended and I look at my phone, I start to drive again. In less than 30 minutes, I arrived at the park and I heard someone knocking at my window and I saw him, I open the door and let him in

 

“Do you have any updates?”I asked him, he smile at me and nods his head

 

“I want you to drive at this address, they are waiting for you there..”

 

“But do they –“he cut me off

 

“No they don’t know who you are but they are expecting us..”

 

“Okay, okay..”I turn my ignition on again and speed off

 

 

 

 

 

Somewhere in Manila..

 

Minji and Hae-won were eating their snacks that afternoon, they talk to Bom and Seunghyun earlier that morning about their Sandara-Unnie

 

“I honestly don’t know what’s going on, I mean I’m still confused..”Hae-won said

 

“Me too! But I hope Unnie is alright. Her situation is a little bit complicated than what we expect..” Minji said

 

“What if Chaerin-Unnie finds out that she’s not her real wife? What about our Unnie?”

 

“I don’t know but Unnie knows what she’s doing. Like what she said, she’s doing this for us and if she needs my help explaining to Chaerin-Unnie everything, I will..”

 

“Same here. Oh by the way, what time will Dongwok-Oppa be here?”

 

“I told him to be here before 4, I don’t know with him. He’s always late you know!”Hae-won smiles when they both saw the door opens

 

“Whew! It’s too hot outside!”Dongwok said, the two girls walks towards their Oppa and hug him

 

“The sun is shining and you’re wearing a jacket?”Hae-won asked him

 

“I’m using a motorcycle so I need protection from my skin, dummy!”he answered and hit her on the head

 

“So are they here? Where’s Sandara?”she asked Minji

 

“Nope they are not here yet and Sandara-Unnie is with her friend. They are applying for a job in Bom-Unnie’s company..” she answered and she looks at Hae-won

 

“Oh okay then I still have time to shower..”Dongwok said but before he can move and went to the bathroom they heard a knock on the door

 

“You open the door, Unnie..”Hae-won said, Minji slowly walks towards the door, turn the knobs and opens it

 

“Hello Miss Minji..”a guy said while smiling

 

“Oh hey Mr. Dong Youngbae, you’re a bit late..”Minji answered

 

“Yeah, traffic. Sorry about that..”

 

“It’s okay. Come in..”

 

“Oh by the way, I brought along a friend of mine who’s looking for Park Sandara..”

 

“Oh really? Good! Our Oppa is already here, they can ask any questions to him..”

 

“Thank you for that and Uhm wait her for a sec..”Youngbae said, Minji nods her head and watch Youngbae wave his hand at someone, Minji hears footsteps approaching their door

 

“Okay Minji, here’s the person who’s looking for your Unnie..”he said, Minji smiles soon fades away as she saw the person standing in front of her

 

“Hello Minji, nice to see you again..”she said
