“I kissed him! I am freaking out! Everything would be weird from now on!” Jaejoong dramatically pulled his dark brown chocolate hair paired with a loud frustrated sigh. He reached for his scotch and gulped it all in one shot. “I am so stupid, Yunho. He has a girlfriend! What am I thinking? I am done with him. He’s been leading me on for a month now, and I am so crazy falling for a guy like him!” He then took his friend’s glass of scotch and drank from it.

“Okay, calm down Jae. We can always leave whenever you want.” Yunho smiled at his best friend and offered him another shot which Jaejoong ignored now as he slumped back on his seat with a pout on his blushing face. “Hey Jae, don’t cry now…”

“I will not!” Yunho smirked as Jaejoong let out a sniff. “Well, I’m trying hard not to…” He sighed again. “Geez, Yunho…How come I became like this?” He played with his glass and stared at it content with his doe teary eyes.

Yunho moved closer and grabbed Jaejoong’s shoulder, making his friend face him. “You are perfectly perfect, Joongie. And Siwon’s the stupid one for leading you on. He might as well break up with his after your kiss.” He smiled. “He doesn’t know what he’s missing…” He let go then leaned on the bar without breaking their eye contact.

That made Jaejoong smile. Yunho’s right. If Siwon did like him, he would break up with his girlfriend in this right instant. “Thanks Yun, you’re such a big help.”

“Always here buddy…” He whispered at his scotch “Always here…” He gulped down his drink to distract himself from the weird feeling of hurt eating up with his system. “Anyway, do you want to leave now? It’s almost morning…”

“Yeah sure…This party is getting boring now and besides, Changmin would get mad if he ever knew we weren’t there in the flat the whole night and we smell like drunkards.” Jaejoong got a last sip from his drink and stood up. “I just have to go to the men’s room for a sec, just wait for me outside, m’kay?” Yunho nodded and walked his way through the exit.

It was snowing, but not that hard. All was calm and cold. It’s a perfect scene for a romantic love story, where two lovers walk on the streets with their hands entwined together and when they reached the girl’s house, they’ll end it up with a good night deep kiss. Well at least Yunho could just imagine that. Because the love of his life was in that bar, trying to make a move with some jerk he calls Siwon, which obviously didn’t know his friend’s worth. And here he was, standing outside, in cold, with a cold ripped heart, waiting for Jae to come to him and realize he’s been here all along.

“Always here, huh.” Yunho rolled his eyes on his thoughts. “Why am I so slave for you…” He shook his hands to distract himself with the cold snowy weather.

“Yunho!” Yunho watched as his beautiful friend hurriedly walked towards him. Jaejoong’s glowing and Yunho couldn’t help but to fall for him again. He’s got no choice. As what he said minutes back there, Jaejoong is perfectly perfect.

Yunho had to cough to stop him from staring at his friend too much. “Hey let’s go—“

“I kissed him again!”

“What?!” Yunho’s eyes expanded and the rip from his heart expanded as well. “You were there in a span of five minutes! How did you manage to kiss him--again?”

Jaejoong blinked in shame. “He was at the men’s room as well; it was like a natural instinct! He went to me and leaned for a kiss! And I was left with no choice! I grabbed him as well… My pants were screaming ‘put me down! Let yo beans out and start doing things!’ but my mind was like ‘No pants! No!’ I am insane Yunho! I…like this guy too much! It’s like he’s got some sort of spell in me and I will always just give in and in the end, he had hurt me all over again…” Jaejoong was at the brink of crying, his eyes were pooling and Yunho’s system weakened at those.

Yunho grabbed him for a hug. “Sshh, it’s okay.” It was everything he could say. Whenever Jaejoong cries, he just wanted to cry as well with him. Everything about Jae makes him speechless. Everything about Jae makes him weak.

Yunho was checking on the folder his secretary gave him half hour ago when he felt a presence at the door. He looked up to see a serious Changmin leaning on a door frame with a judging face.

                Yunho smiled. “Hi Changmin—“

“I know what you did last night.” Changmin cut the crap. He walked in until he reached Yunho’s table. “You were out all night and got drunk.” He spitted out.

The elder waved his hand. “We were not that drunk…”

“No drunks are allowed in MY flat! I only got three rules: One, don’t get drunk, two, never sneak out at night, and lastly don’t go on a party without me!”

“Changmin, you’re such a brat—“

“Say that again.” Changmin spitted out. “And I know you’re off with Jaejoong last night,” Yunho sighed at his statement. “Damn, hyung. What are you? A freaking rock? Stop being Jaejong’s sweet fluffer! It’s either you tell him what you feel, or I’ll tell him what you feel.” Yunho didn’t have to answer that since the maknae had stomped his way out, only to stop at the doorway. “Jaejoong’s outside, it’s your chance now.”

Yunho’s forehead knotted. “Where’s my secretary? She should let me know and let him in.” Changmin frowned earning a very confusing look from his hyung.

“Check your watch,” Yunho immediately glanced at his expensive wristwatch. “It’s lunch break. Go get Jaejoong somewhere to eat AND THEN, you can tell him that you got balls for him.” He then walked out.

“Shut up, Shim Changmin.” Yunho place the folder neatly on his table, grabbed his coat and went outside his office to find Jaejoong.

“Yunho!” Jaejoong called from afar. Yunho turned and saw him sitting in a couch near the visitor’s lounge. He walked slowly towards him and smiled. “Hey, I hope I’m not disturbing anything work-related,” he roamed his eyes around. “I don’t see your secretary, Mr. CEO?”

“Well, she’s on lunch break…I’m sorry you waited this long” Yunho walked Jaejoong towards the elevator. He pushed the button and faced Jaejoong again.

“No it’s cool, I didn’t really wait that long.”  Jaejoong waved it off.

“Oh, okay. How’s the coffee shop going?”

“Good…everything’s good.” The elevator finally opened and Yunho motioned him to go in. Jaejoong froze on his place which earned him a weird shot from Yunho.“Siwon and I…talked.”

Yunho was calm. He breathed. He, again, breathed. He waited for Jaejoong to continue, but to be very frank; he didn’t want to hear anything.

Jaejoong cleared his throat as to why his friend didn’t give him any words yet. “He…didn’t break up with his girl.” Yunho could sense the hurt from every words, considering how his friend had difficulty to say those. “I was stupid enough to even believe that we’ll work…” His tears fell. “I don’t know what’s wrong…maybe I’m at wrong. He has a girlfriend, a very perfect girlfriend! I am so foolish t think I can steal him from her. She deserved him, not me. And Siwon is such a jerk, he led me on for a month and he never told me he’s got a girl. Yunho, I really like Siwon and of all people, you understand me the most…”

“I’m..I’m so sorry…” Yunho was hurting like hell. It was like reality slapped him and is now choking his heart. The words hurt him to the extent that his chest just wanted to bleed. Why couldn’t it be him? Where is his love looking? He’s here. He’s always been here. He stared at his crying love, he held back himself to give him a hug. It pained him enough. This has to stop.

“I…I don’t know what to say…” He scratched his head. Jaejoong’s shaking now from his silent cries. “You know what, why don’t you go home and take a rest.” Yunho mentally punched his self.

Jaejoong stared at his best friend. His eyes were puffy and his limps were red plump and the tears continued to flow freely against his pale cheeks. His eyes finally met with Yunho’s. He found no concern with the latter’s eyes at all. He shook his head and walked out from the scene.

                ‘Stop being Jaejoong’s sweet fluffer.’

“Yunho. You’re such a jerk.” Yunho told his self. He foolishly smiled and held back the urge to go after his love.

It’s been a three weeks since Yunho ever talked to Jaejoong. He saw him every day alright, they’ve been living with the same flat with Changmin. But Jaejoong never talked to him again. It hurt Yunho but it’s the only way he gets his self less pain. Besides, it’s a good start. His heart could finally move on, together with his things because he’s going to move out to his newly-found apartment. He only lived in Changmin’s flat since Jaejoong insisted that he wanted to be roommates with him, which he could never decline. And so now that Jaejong won’t even spare him a glance, there’s no way he could still stay in the flat.

“So you’re really going, huh?” Changmin sat down on the couch with him. “I don’t know what happened between you and Jaejoong hyung, but I think it’s kinda…bad? I don’t wanna know. I want you to have your boundaries and….” Changmin paused. “…I’ll miss you hyung.”

Yunho ‘awwed’ and gave his brat dongsaeng a warm hug. “I’ll miss you too brat, take care of Jaejoong for me.”

“I’m not promising anything…” the maknae laughed at the serious look his hyung shot him. “I cannot take care of him like you do…”

Yunho paused long.

“I need to go.” He finally declared.

“Going where?” Both of the guys turned to the newly awake Jaejoong whose still on his Hello Kitty pajamas with a very confusing look. “Who’s leaving the flat?”

“Yunho hyung.” Changmin answered in his hyung’s behalf. “He found a new apartment and…yeah he’s leaving the flat.” Changmin stood up. “Please stop him.” Changmin said and run towards his room fast, leaving Yunho and Jaejoong in their awkward scene.

No one said anything. That’s Yunho’s cue to leave. He stood up and grabbed his bag, never giving Jaejoong a glance because if he did, he would drop everything and begged for him to talk to him again.

“You’re leaving?”

Yunho paused. “Yes.” He answered looking at anything but Jaejoong.

“And you didn’t tell me?”

“Why would I? You’re mad at me, so much that you wouldn’t even give me a glance.” Yunho spitted out. Jaejoong didn’t answer.

There was a long silence.

Too long it became deafening for the both of them.

Too silent.

Just…too silent.

“I miss you so much….” Jaejoong broke the ice. Yunho turned to Jaejoong, not believing what he just heard. His ears were probably fooling him. No. Jaejoong didn’t say that. He would never ever say that. But the way Jaejoong’s lips were trembling and his eyes starting to pool. Could it be…

Yunho didn’t have any second thoughts. “I love you. “ He immediately moved to Jaejoong and grabbed his shoulders gently.

“I’m really sorry for what happened between you and Siwon…and I’m sorry for being a jerk for not consoling you, I know I had spoiled you with my hugs and comforting quotes but now…”He threw his arms in the air. “I just don’t want to, because I want you to not cry for that bastard who didn’t even know the worth you got. And I’m sorry, if I’m acting like a jerk again to leave the flat without telling you but---you’re ignoring me! How am I supposed to say everything to you? When you’re out there pretending I don’t exist? And Jaejoong…”

Yunho breathed deeply, his tears starting to blur his vision. “You are…the love of my life. When you started to ignore me, it killed me…but I don’t want to be your fluffer anymore that’s why I held it back in, I held it all back in, like what I have been doing from the past years of our friendship. When you’re all trying your shot for every wrong guy, I held all my jealousy in. When you cry because of them dumping you, I held all my anger in. When I started to fall in love with you…I held it all back in, ALL of it.” No tear fell, but Yunho’s system begun to tremble. “So please…If you’re going to dump me, just do it quickly…and gently.”  Yunho stared at Jaejoong. It was obvious that Jaejoong was surprised by the sudden confession. His eyes slightly widened and his lips parted. He didn’t speak though.

Yunho was praying he would speak. This was his last card. His heart thumped crazily, so crazy it would popped out of his chest. Jaejoong’s been too silent it’s killing him whole.

Jaejoong smiled as a precious tear fell. “I love you too…”

Jaejoong patiently waited for his lover on their reserved table in a fancy restaurant he got them in. His lover was three minutes late. He probably just got off late with his work. Yunho had been complaining about the company papers lately. But Jaejoong cared less, if he’s going to wait for his love for an hour, he would gladly do so.

Jaejoong reached for his champagne glass and sip a bit of the content. His eyes smiled as he sighted the presence of his lover coming in the restaurant looking haggard and unbelievably still gorgeous than ever. Jaejoong waved his hand to catch his love’s attention.

Yunho immediately got sight of his waving lover. Their eyes met, never looking away until he reached the table. Yunho swore he could jump his boyfriend right away, on that table. His lover looks stunning with the Armani suit he gave as a gift on his birthday. Well, Jaejoong rarely wears suits since he own a small coffee shop and there’s no room for fancy suits there. But damn, Jaejoong’s digging the clothes.

“Hi…” Jaejoong blushed as he greeted, his arms were resting on the table as he leaned for Yunho’s kiss. “Happy second year Anniversary…”

Yunho dived for another deep kiss and finally got his rest on the chair across Jae’s. “Happy Anniversary.” Yunho reached for his lover’s soft hand. “I love you…”

“I love you too…” came a natural reply from Jaejoong’s mouth with a curve from his lips.

“You look great tonight, you look unbelievably beautiful…” Yunho commented. Jaejoong smirked but then chuckled. “I am not making that up, I’m serious.” Yunho smiled at Jae, loving his lover more and more.

“Thank you then,” Jae answered with a slight smirk. “Your expensive suit did all the work.” They both chuckled at the statement.

Yunho got a tight grip on Jae’s hand. “You look beautiful on everything…but you specially looked gorgeously beautiful without any clothes.” Yunho teased.

Jaejoong blushed level tomato red. “Yunho! We’re in public stop saying weird things about me being , ‘cause that part of the night happens later, dear, on the flat, with just the two of us.” Jae added a wink.

“You’re making me a crazy bastard now.” Yunho stated with lustful look.

“Yunho! Stop.” Jaejoong once again chuckled and picked up something from his bag. “Well, I got you something,” he took out a small box which Yunho easily guessed a men’s perfume. “I know you guessed what it is, but to formally say, it’s a perfume—my perfume.”

Yunho took hold of the little box and had a sniff on it. God how he loves Jaejoong’s perfume. “Thank you Joongie…I love it, I love you…” Yunho scratched his head. “Well…I got you something too.”

Jaejoong smiled. “Really?”

“Yes, but I think it won’t fit in here…” Jaejoong looked confused when Yunho pointed out the glass window beside them. “Yunnie, what are you pointing at? I don’t see anything” Yunho pointed again and Jaejoong’s forehead knotted. “I don’t see anything, just your new car, you bought a new car? How damn rich you are…” Yunho smirked. Jaejoong’s eyes widened slowly at the realization. “Oh my God! No way!”

Yunho’s eyes smiled. “Yes way, happy anniversary!” Yunho brought out the key and placed it gently on his lover’s trembling hand.

“Happy sixth anniversary!!—OH MY GOD THEY’RE !”  Junsu screamed with his hands covering his eyes, his face totally blushing super red. Yunho and Jaejoong, who were sleeping soundly while their bodies totally exposed in the morning air, both groaned with the sudden interruption on their sleep. Yunho carefully grabbed the sheets to cover both of their bodies and kissed Jaejoong’s shoulder, his lover moaned in return. “Oh god, someone moaned! Are you guys doing it?!”

“Junsu…” Yunho yawned, “What are you doing here? “ Yunho also shot a glance to Changmin and Yoochun who were by the door completely amused with the scene. “And the two of you also…”

“I am not involved on this hyung, I’m just here to bring the cake in.” The maknae said in defense. He then smirked at Junsu whose eyes were now unveiled. “That guy there planned this…thing” Junsu smiled to the couple.

“Cake? What cake?” Jaejoong sleepily asked.

“Cake! For your Anniversary!” Junsu hugged both of the lovers with a light warm hug. “Congratulations to the two of you! Six years? Damn that’s long hyungs!”

Changmin held back a chuckle and nudged Yoochun beside him with his elbow. “You’ve got to stop that sweetheart of yours,” Yoochun just smirked in return and went to Junsu’s side. Changmin shook his head and decided to follow them, he stopped and walked fast outside and returned with the strawberry cake in his hands. “Here’s the cake, can we eat now?”

“Uhm, thank you Junsu…” Yunho awkwardly said to his dongsaeng sitting too close to his covered ness. “But uhm..we’re kinda now, I would love to eat that cake later” He added a smile to cheer up Junsu who gave them a down face.

“Later? I wanna eat this now!” Changmin protested

Jaejoong smiled. It was indeed their anniversary. He glanced at his Yunho and couldn’t ignore the dark circles under his lover’s eyes. Yunho went home in the flat very late last night. There were too much paper works and all work related files only he, the CEO, could handle. If Jaejoong have the full knowledge, he would love to give his help to his helpless lover. Jaejoong widened his smile as his eyes met with Yunho’s.

“What are you thinking?” Yunho couldn’t help but to smile. He planted a kiss on Jaejoong’s nose. Jaejoong softly chuckled. The maknae, witnessing all of their exchanged looks, couldn’t help but to roll his eyes.

“Oh god, fluffy alert! Let’s get out of here.” Changmin walked out with the cake, the other two gave their last greetings before stomping off the room following the maknae.

Yunho turned to his lover once again, smile never fading on his face. “So, what are you thinking again?”  He grabbed Jaejng’s tiny waist closer as he lied on the bed. Jaejoong shivered with his warm touch, perhaps he grabbed the ticklish area. He let out a chuckle. “Happy Anniversary, love…”

Jaejoong snuggled his face onto Yunho’s warm hard chest, inhaling his lover’s natural scent was so much addicting to do, especially in morning. “Yes, happy anniversary… sixth year, sixth year…” Yunho grabbed his head gently for a long deep kiss. Jaejoong gladly complied, willingly opened his mouth for Yunho’s dominant tongue.

They continued kissing for a good half minute until Jaejoong broke it to gasp for oxygen. Yunho didn’t stop planting small kisses on Jaejoong’s face. Jaejoong smiled as his lover slightly bit his nose. “Yunnie, what the heck…” He let out a loud chuckle as Yunho continued to on it, he pushed him lightly. “Six years, Yunho…Six years…” Jaejoong giggled once more as he buried his face in the blanket to hide his very amused face.

“I know, love…” Yunho shared the blanket with him and kissed his chin. “I love you…so much”

“I love you too…” was the reply of Jaejoong with a blush on his pale face. “I can’t believe it Yunho, It’s amazing…You’re amazing…” He wrapped his arms around Yunho and kissed his chest, “I am at the brink of crying, I am so fragile right now so don’t tease me.” Yunho chuckled as Jaejoong buried his face totally on his chest and became quiet after, looks like he did cry.

“Shh…I love you..I love you.. I love you.. I love you.. I love you..” Yunho kept whispering on his lover’s head to gave him comfort, but turned out made Jaejoong shake more. “I love you…I will never leave you…I love you...I love you…” Yunho found his eyes starting to blur as well. Six years was indeed amazing. Six years since he got the courage to finally broke his line and tell Jaejoong what he truly feels. Six years of pure love, kisses, hugs, cuddles, teases. Six years of loving his best friend more and more. Six years of happiness. And really, he could thank God for an infinite time for making Jaejoong his.

“Jae…I always have this question I wanted to ask you…” Yunho slowly started when he noticed Jaejoong’s calmness once again.  He felt Jae’s head bobbed up with waiting look. Yunho took a deep breath. “Remember the time I told you I love you?” His lover nodded quickly. “Well…I always wanted to ask you, why did you answer ‘I love you too…’?”

Jaejoong softly chuckled. “It’s because I love you, Yunho”

Yunho chewed his lower lip, obviously not satisfied with his lover’s clarification. “In that short span of time we hadn’t talked, is that when you realize your love for me?”

Jaejoong frowned at his demanding boyfriend. He then kissed his nose softly as if calming Yunho’s confused mind. “You’re such a girl sometimes, Yunnie.” His lover pouted which caused him to softly chuckle. “For those weeks I started ignoring you, I felt the loss, I felt the loss of my half. That’s when I knew I love you the first place. That I’ve been looking for the right guy in a wrong direction, that you’re the one I’ve been looking for all along.”  Jaejoong noticed his boyfriend’s eyes starting to pool. He planted a soft kiss on Yunho’s face, particularly below his eye. “That’s why I answered that, I never explained why…because Yunho, between the two of us, no explanation is needed. Above all, you understand me the most…” Jaejoong’s tear fell, and then another, until Yunho grabbed him for a hug.

“And you understand me the most, Jaejoong…”  Yunho kept his tight hug on Jaejoong’s now shaking body. Yunho’s crying softly too, echoing Jaejoong’s sobs. Yunho had no idea why the two of them began crying like this, but whenever Jaejoong cries, he would cry with him too.

“Yunho…” Jaejoong managed to say between his hiccups and sobs. Yunho let go of his lover to take a good look of his face. Jaejoong’s eyes are puffy once again, lips forever red and pouting. Yunho could kiss those lips the whole day. Jaejoong slowly cupped Yunho’s small face with his cold hand. “Let’s stay together…I don’t believe in ‘forever’, but can we make it possible? Please don’t leave me…”

Yunho smiled and pecked Jaejoong’s wet lips. “I love you…”

“Finally hyung!” Changmin clapped once as Yunho and Jaejoong stepped out of there room. The two of them were wearing their couple pajamas, in to which earned them a smirk from the maknae. “Anyway, let’s eat the cake!”

Junsu hugged the couple and slightly pushed them down the coach. “Come on, come on…I baked the cake!”

“Really?” Jaejoong asked with wide eyes.

“Yes!” Junsu answered. Yunho turned to Junsu’s boyfriend, Yoochun, with a very alarmed face. Junsu got this reputation of being a really bad cook. That’s why Jaejoong once banned him from the kitchen when he tried to cook the rice with oil---too much oil.

Yoochun shrugged a bit. “I helped so no worry…” Yoochun as the couple sighed with relief.

Changmin returned (no one even noticed he went somewhere) to the living room with a Polaroid camera on his left hand and a spoon on his right hand. “Let me take a photo of you, couple—and then we could eat!”

Jaejoong moved closer towards Yunho’s body, slightly leaning, Yunho’s hand reached for his and kissed it. Jaejoong smiled as their eyes met. Both of them turned t the camera as the maknae counted to three.

Changmin flipped the photo paper and waited for it to develop. He then gave it to Jaejoong and started to spoon a big amount of cake. “That’s my yunjae gift by the way, happy anniversary to the both of you.” The maknae mumbled with food still on his mouth. Jaejoong smiled as he got a look on the photo.

“Thank you, Changmin…” Jaejoong tried to give him a bear hug but Changmin shrugged it off.

“And hyung, our gift is this cake…” Yunho took a spoonful piece and ate it. He nodded twice and smiled. Junsu smiled widely, very amused of the fact that they both like the cake and they both didn’t suffer from the too much icing Yoochun had pry not to put, but he did anyway, what’s a cake without so much icing , right?

“So what did you get for Jaejoong-hyung?” Yoochun asked Yunho. Four eyes suddenly darted to Yunho’s presence. You see, Yunho’s known for giving the most luxurious anniversary and birthday gifts to his dear love.

“Don’t tell me you got him another car? When can I get mine?” Changmin pouted then got a bite of a cake.

“Actually…” Yunho was not ready to show Jaejoong what he really got them for this day. Damn who opened this topic again? He glanced at Jaejoong who’s actually like anticipating what he’s going to answer. He sighed and reached for his pocket—

“Yunho your phone is ringing.” Jaejoong interrupted and reached the vibrating phone lying on the coffee table for him. Yunho secretly sighed in a big relief and grabbed his phone. It was from unknown caller which was weird; he never gave his number to anyone not booked on his contact list.

Jaejoong on the other hand was just observing his dear love who’s by the glass window too engrossed with his deep conversation on his phone. He played with his spoon and waited for his lover to come back to the couch. Changmin was about to empty the plate. Damn that guy.  Jaejoong felt a pair of eyes staring. He turned to see Yunho still had the phone against his ear. He then dropped the bomb.

“My father is dead…”

Jaejoong slowly opened his tired heavy eyes and saw an empty space beside him. He slowly drag his body up to look for his lover who probably went out early for random appointment with his people. Yunho got rather busy with those since his father died. His father suffered a severe heart attack which caused him his life; he was at Japan for business trip back then so Yunho got to fix sme papers to transfer the corpse.

Jaejoong breathed with sorrow. Yunho had been dealing a lot of stress nowadays. He could never forget how Yunho got a tight grip on him while he cried against his chest non-stop, how his lover called for his father in a heart breaking way, how Yunho gasped for air as his sorrowful cries continue. Jaejoong was there, he witnessed it all, his weaknesses, his despair, his loss, and he knew how he dealt with them all. Jaejoong was there, to give him the warmest hug, to give him his console and he was there giving his lover lullaby when he couldn’t manage to go to his sleep.

And now, Yunho had been distancing his self with Jaejoong, which he understood that he needed some time for mourning so he decided to get along with it. He did miss Yunho for quite some time now but he was willing to wait until he fully recovers from his melancholy.

He was arranging the sheets when he caught up a presence of a little card lying beside the lamp. It was never there last night, probably Yunho’s wrote it since he didn’t want to bother his sleep. He reached for it and discovered that it was indeed from Yunho.

Joongie,

I love you… you know that right? I will always love you…

Jaejoong stared at the tiny card once again, then he stared a lot more. Unfamiliar feeling built up into his system, he didn’t like it, none a bit. Jaejoong held the card close to his heart. “Yunnie-yah, I don’t like this…why does this feel like goodbye…”

Jaejoong stopped staring at the photo taken a month ago on his and Yunho’s sixth year anniversary, he smiled bitterly before slowly placing it beside Yunho’s wedding invitation card. He blinked, hoping the wedding card would disappear, sadly, it didn’t.

                Yunho never came back.

He had been gone for a month without any communication to Jaejoong, no calls, no messages. By the whole month, Jaejoong had gone crazy; worried that something had happened to his lover. He searched. He searched everywhere, but his lover was nowhere to sight. He cried every night, calling for Yunho, begging him to go back. He tried calling his mother, who he knew, hated him so much. She told him to stop looking for him, but that didn’t stop him. He continued to search with a heavy heart…he never got tired.

Jaejoong was still hoping Yunho would appear right in front of him and everything would go back to normal, until last week, a card came. It was a wedding invitation, to Yunho and his future wife’s wedding.  Jaejoong stared at it for a long time, not slipping any single tear and then gently putted it down and went to his room. Jaejoong knew it was the end.

“You have to stop staring at that…” Changmin placed a mug of coffee in front of his hyung, he never received a response. The maknae sighed and sat beside him. Jaejoong didn’t move. “Hyung, you don’t really have to go…” He was trying to stop him to go for weeks now yet he was still determined to go through this wedding.

Jaejoong turned to his dongsaeng and saw his sad eyes meeting his cold ones. “I will go…” was his soft reply, his lips trembling, his chest suddenly giving him pain. “I want to go…”

Changmin weakened at the sight of his precious hyung: pale, thin and weak. Changmin knew Jaejoong’s in pain, a great pain. A pain that is destroying his precious friend’s whole. The extreme fact was, Changmin never saw his hyung cry, never after receiving the card. By then he knew, Jaejong was dying inside. “Why…”

                “Changmin…”

“He is never going back.” Changmin firmly stated trying to get his hyung to reality. He knew it was a harsh move, but he couldn’t bear this sight of his hyung anymore. He wanted him to cry, to be very frank, that way it would lessen the pain. That way he could easily forget.

Jaejoong softly smiled. “I know…” he whispered.

“Then why…”Changmin’s first tear fell. “Stop it hyung…It would never be the same again.” He felt Jaejoong cupped his cheeks with his cold hands, Changmin held them dearly. “Hyung…” Jaejoong smiled, more wide this time.

“I’m okay…I may not seem like it.” He wiped the maknae’s tear with his thumb. “But really, I’m fine.”

                “You are not. Stop lying…”

“I am still…Yunho’s best friend.” Changmin looked up to meet Jaejoong’s orbs, they reflected emptiness. It was like Jaejooong’s alive but at the same time, he’s not. The maknae’s tears flowed freely through his cheeks and Jaejoong hands which were still cupping his cheeks as he saw those eyes. “I hope you understand…”

Changmin continued to weep as Jaejoong stood up and went back to his room, shutting the door with almost no sound.

                “Yunho!!”

“Yunho get your here, you coward jerk!” Yunho secretly stared at his window to have a glimpse at Junsu and Yoochun standing outside their family’s house shouting like idiots. He never knew how these guys had tried to trace his location. His family transferred to a new and much smaller home, which no one outside the family knew. Yunho was amazed at how his two friends outside managed to even find him.

“Yunho! I know you’re there!” Yunho heard Junsu’s firm shout. “Your coward days need to end! Get out of there!”

“Yunho! You have to talk to us!” Yoochun added.

Yunho took a last glance of his friends outside. He wanted to talk, he really do. He missed those guys so much, but he was too scared…too scared to face them. After all his ditching, what face could he ever give them? They would never forgive him after what happened…especially after what he did to Jaejoong.

Yunho felt his chest tightened at the sudden thought of Jaejoong. His vision blur at the tears waiting to be released from his small puffed orbs. He’d gone crazy for days without Jaejoong by his side. He’d been crying secretly without anyone noticing. He’d been dying inside without anyone knowing.

“YUNHO!!” Another shout came from Junsu. Yunho then turned to his security head, who had been waiting for his word on to what he should do with their shouting guest.

“Tell them to leave…but be gentle.” Yunho firmly ordered. “They’re my friends.” His guard nodded once and started to walk through the door, Yunho breathed deep before stopping him. “One thing…” Yunho leaned on the elder man’s ear to whisper a message. The head nodded once again and walked out, shutting the door behind him.

Junsu’s grip on the metal gate loosened as he got no response so far from their various shouts. It was insane, but to Junsu, it was the only way they could see their friend who went away for a month and came back like jerk with his wife-to-be. Junsu never thought that Yunho could disappoint him this much; he expected none of these from his hyung whom he looked up so dearly.

“Yunho-hyung!” Junsu tried once more. “Are you going to end it all like this?! Will you keep hiding from us?!”

“Junsu…” Yoochun held his lover’s shoulder, “We should go back to our home…you’re tired” he whispered from the back of Junsu’s ear. Junsu had been sick for a week, his body could not entertain all the stress he’s been facing right now.

Junsu shrugged the hand off his shoulder violently. “I am not going back until that son of a comes out from his ing house.” Yoochun slightly gasp from his lover’s words. Never did Junsu address Yunho in a really harsh way, and now that he did, he must have been really pissed off right now.

“Su…come on, your body is still weak.”

“Yunho!! Do you hear me?! Get your down here!”

                “Su…”

                “YUNHO!!”

                “Junsu…”

                “YUNHO!!!”

This time Yoochun had to grab his lover away from the steel grills, earning him a harsh push on his chest. “Junsu, let’s go home.”

“YOU go home! I don’t need you here.” Junsu spitted out but it didn’t affect Yoochun. He was just upset and he understood that there’s nothing that could stop him right now. That’s how stubborn he is. “Damn it. He can’t do this to us. We’re his friends. He can’t do this to us…” Yoochun slowly crawled his hands to Junsu’s weak body, giving him a gentle hug from the back. “I value this friendship! And if he doesn’t, I at least need to punch the daylights out of him!”

                “Junsu…sshh..”

“No! Don’t tell me to stop. I am not stopping here. “The two of them paused as they saw a figure slowly approaching them. It was not Yunho, instead it was some old guy. He stopped by the gate, not opening it for them.”Who are you?” Junsu spitted the words.

“I’m afraid you may have to leave. Mrs. Jung is about to arrive.” Said the old man which pissed Junsu some more.

                Yoochun sighed. “Junsu…You heard him. Let’s go…”

                “No.” Junsu firmly answered.

The old man frowned, “He did leave you a message though…” The couple turned their full attention to the old man speaking. “He says tell Mr. Jaejoong he’s sorry.”

Junsu let the man’s words be absorbed by his system. He felt his whole body tremble, not because he’s about to cry, but he was about to throw a fit. He’s very frustrated with Yunho. He could shrug off the fact that he ignored them, but Junsu would never forgive him about what the old man had just said. Jaejoong has been left abandoned, weak and broken. He deserved a formal break up or at least a sincere apology…but this…this is bull.

“YUNHO!” Junsu screamed with all his might, making sure the bastard will hear all the s he’s going to say. “I know you’re hearing me in there! Well, you! You’re a ing coward. You don’t know how much I wanted to crash your face right now! I hate you right now! You know why? NO. Because you know what? You ditched us! You abandoned us—you abandoned Jaejoong!”

“How about Jaejoong? How about all those hope and love inside him that you have crashed?! How about those six years you’ve been together? How about the love you shared?! How about Jaejoong?” Junsu’s tears streaked heavily through his puffy cheeks. Yoochun had to hold him to keep him from falling. “How about Jaejoong’s tears? How about his sleepless night searching for you?! How about the lies he had to tell to make himself okay?! How about the love he kept dearly for you?!”  Junsu struggled to get out of Yoochun’s body grip, planning to crash the gate instantly but he’s body was too weak.

“Get out of there! Be a man, Yunho! Jaejoong still loves you despite you being ing coward! He still believes you’ll go back to him! Do you hear me with your two ing ears? Or you’re covering them right now because you’re a ing coward?! Listen to me! I am not going to forgive you if something happened to Jaejoong! I am not forgiving you, you hear me? And when we meet, I’ll crash you head so hard you won’t even recognize yourself!”

Changmin squirmed from his position trying to make his self comfortable. He sighed when it didn’t work. He grabbed his pillow and buried his face against it, only ended up gasping for air slightly. He snatched his phone lying on the night table and scanned some messages for a reason he didn’t know. He breathed heavily as he threw the phone back to the table. He stretched both his arms on bed and started squirming once again, still ending up not comfortable.

“.” He cursed at the darkness, the bed sheet to release his stress. He then stared at the ceiling though it was indeed dark.

Jaejoong moved out from the flat three days ago. That was the reason Changmin was uncomfortable. He’s all alone in the flat now. He may be a brat bastard who tend to hate men but deep inside he feared being alone. He’s not quite used to a really silent atmosphere where he no longer sees a clumsy Yunho, who tumbles even on his own feet and then ruins almost every furniture around and a very housewifey Jaejoong, who used to cook anytime Changmin’s hungry and takes care of both of the guys. There’s only emptiness now. It’s just that…the flat doesn’t feel like home now that both of them are gone.

Jaejoong left probably because he didn’t want anything that could remember the memories he once shared with Yunho. Bottom line—he had to leave the flat. Changmin wanted to protest at first, but then again he thought maybe it was for the best, for Jaejoong to feel less pained. Jaejoong left without a smile plastered on his face, his face was calm, and it was never showing any emotions at all. Changmin wished his hyung could tell him something. He wanted to comfort his precious hyung, but he’s scared to since Jaejoong didn’t want any to cross the line he made for himself, a boundary where he just wanted to be alone and be in pain silently. Changmin wanted to cross that boundary and bluntly just hug him until he couldn’t cry anymore, but Changmin was indeed scared…scared that his comforts aren’t good enough like Yunho’s .

Changmin jerked up as a vibration from his phone startled him. “Damn phone,” He hissed, reaching for the ringing phone which he answered almost quickly seeing Jaejoong name flashing at the screen. “Jaejoong hyung?”

                “Changmin…Am I interrupting your sleep?”

“I was not asleep, do you need something?”

                “Changmin…”

Changmin’s anxiousness started to go up as he noticed that Jaejoong’s voice began to tremble. “Hyung, what’s wrong?”

“I’m sorry…but can you go here right now? I’m so sorry…I just…Please…I need someone to talk to…” Jaejoong was now crying from the other line. Changmin jumped from his bed to grab his coat and car keys, not caring that he’s still wearing his pajamas as he stomped of from his flat.  He never unglued his phone against his ear. Jaejoong’s muffled cries could be clearly heard from the line.

“Hyung, I’m on my car now…Don’t move okay? I’ll be there in a minute.”  Changmin swallowed back the fear that crept inside his heart and started the car.

Changmin couldn’t believe what he just saw.

He arrived right away just like what he had promised to Jaejoong. The door was surprisingly open. Changmin didn’t hesitate and went inside, only seeing a very empty living room. He called Jaejoong out but the response was none. He decided to walk towards Jaejoong’s room, which was again, empty. He was about to call the cops when he noticed the bathroom light was on. Changmin walked fast to the bathroom and burst out the door, what he saw made his whole system shake.

There was Jaejoong, slumped on the cold tiled floor, crying against the tub, his face buried against his limp arm as he sobs endlessly.

                There was blood. Everywhere.

                Drip.

                Drip.

                Drip.

                Changmin wanted to throw up.

                Changmin wanted to cry.

Blood was dripping all over the floor from Jaejoong’s right wrist which was severely pierced from Changmin’s view. Jaejoong was wearing his only boxers which was covered with his own blood, everything is covered with blood. The tub, faucet, the floor…everywhere you look, there would be a mark of Jaejoong’s fresh blood.

“H-hyung…” Changmin’s voice was obviously trembling as he slowly approached the sobbing man. He tried to convince himself that it was not the right time to throw up as he steps at the fresh blood feeling slick against his bare feet. Jaejoong didn’t respond despite the call coming from him. “Hyung…” Changmin slowly grabbed Jaejoong weak figure and shook him a bit. “Hyung…”

Jaejoong looked up. His face was very pale. The lips that were forever on a shade of red are now almost drained white. His eyes are puff and red, continuously releasing tears that stream his whole pale face. “I’m sorry…”

Changmin broke down crying after his hyung spoke, his tears were now free flowing through his cheeks. His grip on Jaejoong’s shoulder tightened, as if he was scared to let him go. “What did you do to yourself? Huh…what did you do…” Changmin felt helpless as he cried some more finally grabbing Jaejoong’s pierced wrist, only to see seven more cuts on it. He was left dumfounded, staring at the deep cuts. “You tried to kill yourself…” Changmin couldn’t believe it.

                His hyung…his Jaejoong hyung…

…Had tried to kill his self.

Of all things…Of all ing things that Jaejoong could do, this was the last thing he expected him to do. Jaejoong is a very intelligent person, it would be unlikely of him to slice his wrist deep and be like any suicidal as seen on television. No. Jaejoong was never a suicidal love sick .

He was just hurt. He’s been hurting so much. He had been keeping it all inside of him and now he exploded. Changmin cursed at himself. He should’ve had gave his comforts even though Jaejoong said he don’t need it, he should’ve had forced him to cry in his arms even if he’s against it. He should’ve had battled against his fear.

He stopped drowning on his own drama and turned to Jaejoong who was just sobbing once again against the tub, blood still dripping freely. Changmin reached for the faucet and turned it on. He luckily found a towel hanging not too far from the tub; he slightly soaked it with the running water and motioned it towards Jaejoong.

“Hyung, I am going to clean those cuts. Tell me if I’m hurting you, okay?” Jaejoong just stared with his wet doe eyes at the towel slowly erasing the traces of blood on his hand. He sniffed and hiccupped at the pain creeping up on his hand. “Am I hurting you?”

“…No.”  Changmin gently rubbed the wet towel once more until there was no more blood to be seen.

“I am going to get your bathrobe, okay? It’s just on the other room right?” Jaejoong dumbly nodded, Changmin fought the urge to breakdown once more as he saw Jaejoong weak figure. He needed to be strong right now. No allowed.

“Yunho…” Jaejoong whispered as the maknae finally stomped out of the bathroom. “Yunho…Yunho…Yunho…” He must be really insane right now. Here he cut his wrist badly, almost died and was now pitied by his maknae yet he’s been calling that bastard’s name who caused all of this.  Yunho. “Why are you doing this to me…I love you so much until now…”

                “Stop it.”

Changmin stood by the door, holding a clean robe on his hands. His angry eyes focused on his hyung, his dark orbs met Jaejoong’s empty and wet ones.

                Silence.

Jaejoong felt his chest tightened like never before.

“He’s not coming back…right?” Jaejoong finally spoke. It was a faint whisper but Changmin heard it clearly.

“He’s not coming back.” Changmin, with all the strength and sanity left, lifted up Jaejoong in a bridal way. The latter didn’t argue until he was finally putted down on his soft bed. He quietly picked up the bandage and wrapped it carefully at Jaejoong’s wrist, not talking at all. Jaejoong was still crying, calmer this time, but the brokenness was still there. “It’s time to let him go.”

That night, Changmin stayed beside Jaejoong, silently listening to his muffled calls of Yunho and his cries, never leaving him until his hyung finally falls asleep peacefully.

Yunho was typing his paper works on his laptop when he paused to look at the door which was being opened, revealing his dongsaeng—Shim Changmin who dashed over him fast to give him a one rigid punch—on his face making him fall out o f his expensive swivel chair .

“You son of a !” Changmin hissed.

Yunho’s anger boiled. He got no ing time for this.

Yunho groaned in an obvious pain. He stood up and faced Changmin. Maknae’s eyes are burning with anger. “What was that ?”

“ you.”  Changmin moved fast and grabbed Yunho’s tie, his grip was tight as , making Yunho have a hard time to gasp for air. “This is your entire fault.”

Yunho knew what he was talking about. This all about Jaejoong. Yunho pushed him hard, hid grip finally loosened. Yunho gave him a hard blow on his face as well, which earned Changmin a bleeding lip.  Changmin spitted out the goddamned blood to the carpeted floor.

“You ing —“ Changmin  tried to gave him another blow but he was stopped by Yunho harsh push.

“You ing brat! I know it’s my fault! I never blamed anyone but myself!” He pushed once again as Changmin tried to punch him. “I never wanted to leave him.” Yunho felt his knees go weak; he helplessly fell down on the floor. His system was trembling. But there were no tears shown.

“You’re a coward .”

“I am.”

“You’re a jerk.”

“I am.”

“You’re a selfish bastard who runs from anyone whenever you feel like it!”

Yunho looked up to see a still very angry Changmin glaring at him. “That’s not true.”

Changmin kicked him hard, so hard that Yunho sprawled all over the floor. “Damn then. this . “

Yunho breathed slowly, waiting for the pain to calm, his eyes were pooling but his holding it back. At times like this, it was not best to cry. “It was not my choice to leave…”

“My dad died, and we became broke. That is why I never contacted you guys, I got no money to pay the phone bills. Jihye got sick she’s…” Yunho slowly stood, glancing at Changmin from time to time. “She must be operated and…I…I got no financial support for her medical bills.”

Changmin calmed but still his anger could be traced on his face. “Then why didn’t you tell us? Why didn’t you ever go home? We could’ve helped you.”

“Have you ever been listening? We are totally broke, some bastard investors washed out what was left on our account…I needed to save my family, I wanted to chose both but Jaejoong…he could live without me…”

Changmin felt his anger boiled up to his peak. “You don’t know .” He once again grabbed Yunho’s neck making the latter jerk up in pain. “You’re a selfish .”

“How am I became a selfish one when I don’t gain any from this?!” Yunho angrily shouted right on Changmin’s face. “I will marry that girl and I know I won’t be happy! I chose to leave Jaejoong, the love of my life—even though I know I won’t be feeling the same happiness for my entire life!” Yunho pushed him with all the strength he’s left. “So ing tell me! How am I the selfish bastard?!”

Changmin just stared.

Yunho stared back. “Why are you so mad at me…”

The young man swallowed the saliva forming in his throat. “It’s because Jaejoong-hyung never got angry with you and I think that’s not fair…that you left him and no one punched you for that.”

“You like him.”

“You know I do.”

Yunho felt the sadness creeping up inside him, but then he tried to smile. At least he could leave Jaejoong with the assuredness that someone is going to give him a good care.  “Take care of him…”

Changmin sat down on the carpeted floor, finally giving up with his anger. There was silence between them. Changmin honestly didn’t want to answer what Yunho just said.

Changmin calmly listen to Yunho’s breathing. He finally looked up to meet Yunho’s waiting stare. “Jaejoong tried to kill his self.”

Jaejoong woke up late in the afternoon. His back was killing him. He practically slept with every position uncomfortable. He hissed in pain as he tried to stretch out his arms, only failing as he felt the pain coming from his back. He walked towards the dark kitchen, Changmin must be out again. Everything seemed so silent. He reached for the refrigerator to grab some water when he felt someone staring towards him.

He turned to the familiar figure standing at the kitchen counter. “No…No…No…You’ve got to be kidding me, Changmin! Changmin!” Jaejoong ran back to his room. He must be really insane right now. He literally flew onto the bed to grab his sheets anf cover his whole.

“Don’t come hear…please don’t come here…” Jaejoong softly chanted. He’s not ready for this. No one even warned him!

“Jaejoong.” Jaejoong cursed, hearing Yunho’s firm voice calling his name made his knees gone weak, his grip with his fist suddenly loosened. He’s here.

                He’s really here.

“Please…go.” Jaejoong weakly spoke behind the cloth, his eyes closed tight.

                “Jaejoong…”

Yunho. Yunho. Yunho. Jaejoong wanted to speak his name as well. He wanted to kiss the guy, to hug the guy, to never let him go.

But his mouth said otherwise. “Go…”

                “No.”

Jaejoong felt himself loose breath as Yunho gently grabbed the blanket he’s been holding so dearly. His heart pounded when he finally saw his lover’s face, staring at him, only him.

                “Jaejoong…”

Yunho. Yunho. Yunho. “What are you doing here?” Jaejoong weakly spoke, clutching the blanket slightly to give himself a strain to hug the guy.

                “We need to talk.”

Jaejoong wanted to push the guy until he face the ground, slap him with all his might, punch him so hard. Jaejoong should be hating this guy, should be cursing him. But why…why do all those things so hard to do.

Yunho. Yunho. Yunho. Jaejoong is crazy. He still love this jerk despite the fact that he left him, weak and almost dying.

Jaejoong felt his lover’s hand crawl until it reaches his pale cheek, his nose slowly colliding with his. Yunho breathe against him, making Jaejoong weak, making him love him more.

“Please…talk to me…” Yunho begged, his orbs starting to get wet as Jaejoong was silent all the time.

                Silence.

                Jaejoong didn’t move.

                Jaejoong didn’t talk.

                Still silent.

                Too silent it’s killing Yunho.

                “Please…”

No. Jaejoong knew, this has to stop.

“Jaejoong…I’m sorry.” Yunho finally got the courage to hold his pale lover. He clung to Jaejoong’s thin figure as his tears finally dropped non-stop, “I’m so sorry…”

“ you.” Yunho paused, unsure if he heard his lover right. Did Jaejoong just…curse him?

Yunho slowly let go of Jaejoong’s body, now facing his blank face. Somehow, the blankness hurt him some more.

“You don’t just go, leave me, marry someone, send me an invitation without even breaking up with me, and then come back to say sorry.” Jaejoong couldn’t believe the words spilling through his mouth. He wanted to stop, but at least he wanted to say what he truly felt. “You don’t just leave me and assume I’ll still be waiting for you, Yunho. That’s not how this ing thing works.”

“You can’t just go without telling anyone even me, and then go back to tell us you’re getting married…You can’t just break my heart like that.”

“I know…I know…” Yunho wanted to hear none of this anymore, it’s killing him, Jaejoong’s pain is killing him.

“You can’t just break my heart like that, Yunho…I trusted it to you. I gave it to you. Whole. Why—“ Jaejoong’s tears finally broke. “Of all things, Yunho? Why hurt me this way? You could’ve just killed me---“

“No no no please…stop saying that, you know I love you for real…I truly love you..”

                “I know…”

                “I’m sorry…”

                “I know…”

                “Jaejoong…”

                “Yunho…”

“Can…I hug you…” Jaejoong was a sobbing wreck. He gave up. He loves this guy. He begged God to forgive him for loving this guy so much, almost too much it’s a sin. Jaejoong felt his body being crushed against Yunho’s hard and sculpted ones. Yunho held to him so dearly like his life depended to him. Jaejoong crawled his hands on Yunho’s back, clutching the cloth gently.

“I thought you’ll never forgive me….” Yunho cried, burying his wet face on Jaejoong’s neck.

“Damn it, Yunho…I can never get angry with you…every time I try, it hurts. It hurts…” Jaejoong freely flow his tears. Holding Yunho’s shaking body, trying to take away the pain. He knew it the first place. Yunho truly loves him. And there would be no words needed to say. Jaejoong never doubted Yunho’s love. They’ve been together for six years, six ing years. If there would be someone who will truly understand how Yunho’s love works, it would be Jaejoong, and it would only be him.

                Jaejoong loves Yunho.

                And Yunho loves him.

                Nothing more to say.

“Jaejoong…” Yunho faced him, his face wt due to the heavy tears which are still flowing against his swollen face. “I need to go through this wedding…”

Jaejoong knew he would say it. He prepared his heart for this, but sadly his heart is too worked up for every that’s been happening. That’s why when he finally absorbed Yunho’s words; his heart finally broke, perfectly apart.

Jaejoong slowly nodded, his pain eating him up. “I know…Yunho..I know…”  Jaejoong couldn’t imagine that it would be this painful. His chest hurt so much, he almost found it suffocating.  “You don’t need to explain everything to me, we both know we don’t need them…we’ll end up loving each other more either way…”

“Jaejoong…” Yunho cupped his both cheeks. “Look at me…” Jaejoong’s wet doe eyes met with Yunho’s almond ones. “I love you.”

“I love you too, damn it.”

“I love you…I love you…I love you…I love you…” Yunho chanted through his cries, his forehead touching Jaejoong’s, whose also been crying too much tears. “You’re the only one I will ever love…”

                “No..”

                Yunho looked at him. Confused.

“Yunho…” Jaejoong softly smiled. “You’re going to love your wife…” Jaejoong massaged Yunho shoulder, “You’re going to love her so much…you’ll be ever to forget me…” Yunho was shaking his head in protest but Jaejoong ignore him. “You’ll be kissing her lips, you’ll never imagine it was mine…you will hug her dearly, and you’ll love her curves more than mine. You’ll be staring at her eyes with love and you will never ever think of me again…”

Yunho was shaking his head, unable to speak. That was never going to happen.

“And then…” Jaejoong bit his lips to keep himself sane. “And then…you’ll have kids, one thing I can never—ever give to you. And those kids…” Jaejoong closed his eyes, searching for the strength. “You will love these precious kids so much; you’ll be a perfect dad…”

                “Jaejoong…stop…”

“You will never see me again…” Jaejoong softly finished. “We need to break up…”

Dear Yunho…hyung,

We haven’t talked for about…three years? It’s been so long. I won’t ask how you’re doing right now because to be very honest, I don’t really care about you anymore. I don’t even know why I grabbed this paper and started writing this.

I still hate you by the way, and I know you hate me too. I know you got mad at me when I kidnapped Jaejoong hyung to not attend your wedding and well…I am your best man, and I ignored the wedding and took Jaejoong hyung with me, I know you’re mad, but I don’t give a . It thought it was the best thing. I never regretted taking him away from your so-called-wedding; I think I did the right thing. Anyway, has Junsu punched you yet? I never got contact with that large assed gay since forever and I know you guys don’t talk too, but I just want to make sure that he crashed your face. Did he?

How was your wife? I hope she knows what a jerk you are. Do you guys ever plan on having kids? Or you do have one already? I don’t care.

Let’s get to the point. I know I should be apologizing for taking Jaejoong with me far away from you rich bastards, but really Jaejoong hyung indeed thanked me for what I did. He’s been smiling a lot since then, but you could guess that those were fake ones, but at least he’s trying. We moved to Singapore, it’s a nice place. We rented a home, which cost not much but with the looks of it, it was comfortable. Jaejoong started to work on some random coffee shops, which earned him a lot, considering he did own one there in Korea. And I worked as a regular office employee, which is not a bad thing since I managed to feed the two of us.

For those times, Jaejoong had never really forgotten you. I know you know that the most, but in case you’re doubting, I guess I have to say it still: He still loves you. That’s why I never stood a chance even if the two of us only got each other. He never really looked at me the way he looks at you. He hasn’t forgotten you, but he’s moving forward. He’s making a progress. He’s really okay now, well not the most okay, but he could live with his pain for everyday. He’s a strong guy and I am amazed how he managed to get back on his feet once again after what you did to him.

He once asked me, if I was missing you—the whole gang, he meant. And yes. I missed you guys. Jaejoong smiled back then and told me to meet us up, he said he was ready to meet you again.

Well, that was a week ago.

Yunho hyung, I’m coming back home with Jaejoong. Well not the same Jaejoong hyung you know.

Jaejoong hyung is dead.

He got involved in an accident, it damaged his brain and the doctors said there was no way they could save him. I swear hyung, I convinced them to give it a little try, but the damage has been done. I got lucky Jaejoong hyung was still conscious and I got the chance to talk to him…for the last time. Before he died, he told me he wanted to go home.

That’s why I’m writing this letter to you. Yunho hyung, no matter how much I hate you for being such a jerk, let’s bring Jaejoong hyung home.

                Please come here.

Ps. I sent letter to Junsu and Yoochun too.

Please hurry. Let’s not make Jaejoong hyung wait.

Shim Changmin

A/n: I have no idea how it turned like this, but I went along with it so…I don’t know, how was it?
