Hyaaa~~~ I wrote this months ago for my freshmen challenge stuffs... And... Yeah.. It's just ended up this way.

“ Hye, I’m so sorry, again. I’m going to have lunch with Min Ji. Are you okay with that..? you know that Min Ji....”

Hye Ra, stood up and sighed, “ It’s okay. It’s fine. Enjoy your lunch with your girl.“

“ You don’t have to wait me here, anymore. Min Ji always wanna go with me. I hope that you’re understand. You can go with Seul-hee and Ji young for lunch from now on.”

“ it’s okay, I got that. Just go “

Hye ra turned her back and took a step, while he grabbed her hand.

“ Hye, You’re still my bestfriend, aren’t you..? I know I have no more time for us together, cuz I have Min Ji now. But, don’t get me wrong. I’m not supposed to stay away from you.”

Hye ra turned her back and faced him, “ I got that clearly, don’t worry. It’s fine “      

She tried to smiled as much as possible.

“ Glad to hear that. I’ll treat you next time. I promise ” He smiled back and waved his hand as he walked away from her.

‘ Don’t promised me if you don’t have so much willing to fullfil it, Park Chanyeol’, 

She murmured and walked slowly, tried to hold on to her chest and held herself from tearing. She remembered how it was, how he said she was the one. The only girl he closed to. But it was her thought. Now she realized where she was in his heart. Like what he said before. Only a bestfriend. And she was tried to admit it, her unrequitted love. That broke her heart unconditionally into pieces.

Sadly, who did that is her beloved bestfriend.

“It’s hard Chanyeol-ah. It’s hard to pretend like a bestfriend in front of you. It’s hard to not wanting you anymore”

The rain fell heavily from the sky. Hye Ra sat alone on one side of the bench, in the side of foothpath in the west garden. Her favorite place. Unwanted to move, just let the water washed away. Washed away her tears.

While, he walked slowly, closer and closer to her then sat steadily beside her. Take off his coat and put it on her. She turned to him and faced him.

Wondering.

“ it’s raining a lot. You’ll catch a cold”, He started.

She moved a step away from him. Wondering, a stranger just gave her his coat.  It was raining a lot, her eyes covered with tears and hard to see his face clearly.

“ why are you always sat here alone, sadly. It’s bothering me. Hye ra-ssi.”

She looked after him as her forehead wrinkled.

“ Excuse me, Who are You..? How do you know my name..?”

“ Kim min seok. How could you don’t know me..? we met almost everyday in the library ”

Hye ra’s eyes got widened, she covered that suddenly opened with her both hands. She knew. She remembered him. It was him. The boy that stole her attention everytime she got in to the library.The boy whom she looked for whenever she got bored and desperate. She watched after him, took his picture secretly. But afraid of taking one step ahead towards him. Now he was here, right in front of her. And she was dazzled, unable to believe her eyes how amazing he was, how great her feelings to have him this close with her.

Day after day passed, Kim Min Seok became the most important part for Hye Ra. Like a drug that heals her wounds, buried deeply her painful memories. Filled her days with the only new memories . Kim Min Seok ,her life saver. Which returned the fragility of his soul into force .

just like the day when their fingers intertwined , walking hand in hand down the garden. Hye Ra’s favorite places.When something suddenly caught by her eyes.

Park Chanyeol under the mapple tree, kissing with his girl.

Just like a sudden thunder shocked her heart, a smile on her lips suddenly gone.

Min Seok took a step after her. He turned her body before him. Attracted her head, gently pressed his lips against her for a few minutes
Her eyes blinked for a moment, couldn’t believe what had just happened.

” What are you thinking ? ” Asked him. Still clutching her hand.

“Why ? Why did you kiss me ? “

” Because I don’t  want you to see him again. Look at me Han Hye Ra . From now on, look only at me. Don’t defense anymore, don’t hide quietly. You can hug me as much as you want. “

Her heart stopped, shocked . He just made a confession?

” Kim Min Seok , you make me feels like  there’re a lot of butterflies  fly away from my stomach”

“It’s because I do love you”

He smiled softly and hugged her. In the rain that will never make her cry anymore.

She walked in rush, headed to his apartment. It was a nice Sunday morning. She was consciously want to make him into a surprise. Since, she never got to his place. She knocked at the door twice, immediately.

 

“ Who’s there..?” his voice came from an intercome asked.

 

She knocked again three times, without even answered the voice. The door suddenly wide opened.

It was a girl who opened it, it wasn’t what she had expected before.

 

“ Who are you..?” asked the girl.

 

“Who’s coming dear.?” Min Seok came over to the front door and surprised.

 

“Hye Ra, How do you know this place?!”

 

“How I know..? is that a problem since, I am your—“

 

“Who is she, baby..?” the girl asked with finger pointed at her face.

 

“ And who are you actually..?” Asked Hye Ra impatiently, confused of the situation.

 

“ I’m his Fiance”  the girl answered softly without even know how much those 3 words would destruct her miserably into pieces.
